More than a month since she was arrested by Pasadena PD for her involvement in an automobile accident, “General Hospital” actress Haley Pullos (Molly Lansing-Davis) is being sued by the driver of one of the cars she hit, reports TMZ.

According to the outlet, a man named Courtney Wilder is suing Pullos, alleging it’s her fault he went to the hospital after he tried to swerve his vehicle to avoid Pullos who was driving the wrong way on a freeway offramp.

In his claim, obtained by TMZ, Wilder “didn’t have time to react when he saw headlights coming his way and crashed head-on into Haley.” Wilder was later transported to the hospital in critical condition.

Also referenced in the lawsuit against Pullos is her allegedly hitting a firefighter, yelling, “This is a $400 f***ing shirt!” when the responder tried rendering her care. Wilder was reportedly shocked to hear about the outburst by Pullos, claiming she cared more about an “overpriced shirt” than the “safety and well-being of the crash victims.”

In the lawsuit, Wilder points out that Pullos should have stopped driving immediately after she ran into an earlier vehicle, which became a hit-and-run as Pullos sped away from that incident and would later crash into Wilder on the freeway. Wilder further notes that Pullos shouldn’t have even been behind the wheel of a car after “mixing alcohol with weed edibles.”

At the accident scene, police searched Pullos’ vehicle and allegedly found weed edibles and mini-bottles of tequila. They later arrested the actress for felony DUI when she was taken to the hospital. Pullos allegedly reeked of alcohol, “had watery eyes and slurred speech.”

Monetarily, it’s unknown how much Wilder is suing Pullos over.

When reached for comment, representatives for Pullos had no comment for TMZ.

On May 18, The Daily Mail reported Pullos was driven by her father to a Malibu detox and residential treatment facility. At press time, it was unknown whether the actress remained at the facility or if she had since been discharged.

“General Hospital” has temporarily recast the role of Molly Lansing-Davis with newcomer Holiday Mia Kriegel (“Bull,” “Animal Kingdom”), who made her first appearance on the soap on Thursday, May 25. “Unfortunately, I was involved in an automobile accident and I’m doing okay, but I am going to need a little time to recover. I will be back as soon as possible!” Pullos told Soap Opera Digest a week before news of her arrest as a result of the accident became public.
