I have the book but haven't read it yet. Obviously the movie is HIGHLY anticipated.

Apparently, there's some controversy about the tagline. I happen to like punny humor like that but wonder how well it fits the tone of the movie/book.

i cannot wait for this. I have heard that Shailene is incredible.

It's been having incredible buzz. Honestly, Shailene needs this. She was atrocious on REAL LIFE OF A TEENAGER HO or something like that but this and Divergent will make her into a star.

She was terrible on that show, but I knew as soon as she did The Descendants that some day she would be a star. Between this, Divergent, The Spectacular Now and possibly Spiderman 3, she is definitely going to be around for a long time and could very well have a very long career. She's already taking on serious, award-buzzy roles which means hopefully she won't get trapped in the cycle of pretty young girls only cast in romantic roles way beneath their talents.

Glad to hear that! It's definitely at the top of my reading list and I'll be reading before the movie, naturally.

Yes, it's really great to see a young star bloom in front of our eyes. That show could have destroyed her but she rose above it. I still need to see The Descendants. I hope she's good in all of the movies.

Shailene is, somehow, just like and totally opposite from Jennifer Lawrence. Jennifer Lawrence is definitely the superior of the two in terms of acting, but their backgrounds are similar, the only difference being that JLaw shot to superstardom instantly while Shailene is gradually becoming more and more known and respected.

Oh wow…This is gonna be good. I love Shailene.

So I just sat down and read the book, literally all at once. I couldn't put it down. I cried so damn hard but wow was it amazing. I cannot wait for the movie. So many feelings.

So I'm going to be seeing this in like two weeks! Very exciting. I'll definitely report back.
