On February 17, 2009, federal law requires that all full-power television broadcast stations stop broadcasting in analog format and broadcast only in digital format. This television receiver has only an analog broadcast tuner and will require a converter box. You will still be able to watch your TV If you have cable or satellite. 17% do not have cable right now - so get the converter box.
