When Tess doubles over in pain, Natalie and Jared offer help if she releases them. Starr is taken by surprise when her water breaks. Todd has a guilty conscience over concealing his knowledge of Tess. John gets closer to proving that Marty is at Todd's house, while Marty continues to feel a connection to a baby boy and questions an uneasy Todd about it. Todd makes a decision regarding Starr's baby. Adriana surprises Rex by asking for a divorce, as they say their goodbyes, having found closure.
