Also, the woman looks like she's in her early 30's, and Nancy was 32 when she was promoted to HW at GL. I also noticed the warm embrace between her and JER, which could only come from someone who knew him. After hearing his voice/accent in that clip, I can definitely tell he grew up in the Bronx.
