I noticed on Friday's episode that Miles was removed from the opening and was replaced with a OLTL flash (which was a new flash btw).

Nope same opening......although within the last week, Miles, Nash, and Vincent have all been removed.

I guess that, unlike Nash and Vincent

(who will leave later this week)

, Miles will likely just disappear with no explanation given as to his absence.
