I haven't felt anything during this coma story and could care less. Is it the actors or is it the writing? Don't know but I can tell you I feel more from just listening to the clip of Carly learning Michael was 'dead' ("Don't you say that Sonny!") - I tear up every time. This round, nada.

...Don't you ever say that! Yeah, I still get chills. And Tams is proving a lot of the naysayers wrong on Days.

With this story, I don't fault LW as much even because 1. this is the way Carly is now being written, so I blame the writers. And 2. I've lost any sympathy for the Mobtasticos. I blame the writers!

She needs some voice modulation. "MY SON IS IN A COMA, SONNY/JASON/STRANGER I DON'T KNOW! COMA, COMA, COMA, EYEROLL, ELIZABTEH, GRRR." is not acting. Yes, yes, we know, Carly is a Strong Black Woman but how about she have some layers other than entitled and perpetually premenstrual?

Only on GH could a kid in a coma solicit practically no sympathy from the audience. Audience being me. And me being I don't give a f*ck if Michael ever wakes up.

Amen.
