Casting News: In. In an appropriate bit of casting, Second Noah actor Daniel Hugh Kelly will join ATWT as Noah's father. Kelly, who played AMC's Travis Montgomery from 93-94 and Frank Ryan on Ryan's Hope from 78-81 was last seen as OLTL's Judge Fortier, presiding, over Spencer's trail in November 2006. Welcome back!
