I Have seen an biography of the character Caroline Brady, and i saw somewhere that it said that her crime, was that she tried to shoot Victor!, is it true?, and when did it happen?!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think she was the one who shot him. Years ago, in the early 90s, there was a who shot Victor Kiriakis? storyline. Caroline was shown with a gun and was a suspect, among others including Bo, Carly, and Roman (John). I don't remember who ended up being the culprit, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't Caroline.

Caroline did pull a gun on Victor not long after he arrived in Salem, but Caroline actually revealed that Victor was Bo's father before Bo could shoot him. Here's the scene:
