Funny Story Involving A B&B Hat...

Remember the story I told you guys last summer about me and this guy getting hot and heavy(but not past first base) at a tree on campus? If you don't then, its okay...

Well, in the middle of that, I lost a B&B hat. When I went back to look for it the next day I never found it and thought someone threw it in the trash or something.

Well imagine my surprise when today, I'm on the bus heading to my favorite coffeeshop and this guy(not sure if he was homeless, poor, or just looked dirty), is wearing the same blue B&B hat(old logo hat with hidden velcro attachment) that I lost over the summer at the tree!

I'm pretty sure the hat was mine because a ) no one that I know of in my small college town is as obsessed with soaps as I am and b ) I know for a fact I am the only one in existence that owns that hat and the only one that wears logo soap hats in public.

I mean, I obviously couldn't claim the hat back(and not sure if I would have wanted to either). But, it just put a smile on my face knowing that my hat wasn't trashed and someone is actually putting the hat to good use. Also makes me happy that, in theory, he is a walking advertisment for one of my favorite soaps.

So, despite the fact that I lost my hat(and eventually nothing went anywhere with the guy I was with when I lost it), I'm satisfied knowing that someone is wearing it somewhere in town. LOL. :D
