Nutritious breakfast ideas?

Hi,

My co-worker and I have been trying to come up with healthier breakfasts than a Hardee's breakfast bowl or McMuffin. We eat oatmeal sometimes but are looking for more creative/nutritious things. I'm always starving in the mornings, but rarely have time to prepare foods at that time. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. :)

I always go after those morning breakfast bars with Orange Juice. It keeps me full until lunch time. And the bar is only 130 calories. :)

If you like strawberries and bananas

(1) 6oz container of Fat Free Banana yogurt

Fresh cut and cleaned strawberries

You can then dip the strawberries into the yogurt or mix together. It's all personal preference. It's also interchangeable - you can use Vanilla Yogurt and bluberries if you want to and mix together.

You can add your own granola to it if you want to.
