I sure miss this show and I remember 1999 when the show was cancelled many people wrote to Susan Lee who was the NBC Senior President of Daytime and voice their displeasure! I remember when she wrote me back she was very rude and obnoxious! I don't mean to beat a dead horse but I had pure joy in me back when she was fired by NBC in 2000. I guess "karma" does exist! I just started watching AW this summer on Soapnet because I read that Vicky & Ryan were starting. I turned in to see them and I was hooked. I am addicted to the show. My favorite supercouple from AW was "Catlin Ewing" and "Sally Frame" (played by Thomas Ian-Griffith and Mary Page Keller and aren't they still married in real life?)). Remember those two? The episodes on SoapNet right now are actually from Jan 1991, during Marley's trial for Jake's shooting. I'm actually a few days behind right now, but I never miss an episode! It's my favorite soap, too, billyjill!!! I believe the reruns started with Anne Heche's 1987 debut. I didn't get SoapNet until the 1988 episodes, so I've never seen anything earlier than that (besides a few clips here and there). It was a wonderful show, though! Such great writing, great characters, great actors!!! TPTB at the current soaps need to watch these reruns and hire some of these veterans ASAP! I only watched Another World for its final year and a half, but it made a big impact on me, particularly the first six months that I watched.
