  1. This one certainly put me over the fence.
  2. Yep... I think your'e right about that. Putting it in coffee without her knowledge, now THAT is truly100% all on HIM. Now there is a woman with credibility.
  3. It's not ignorant, it's just basic cause and effect. In life, everyone has choices. If you don't have the guts to go to the police when a crime occurs, then you need to be prepared for the perp to get away with it. If a person is raped you can: 1: Say nothing, and live with that choice. 2: Go to the police, and at least have the knowledge in your mind that you did something, even if things don't work out to your advantage for whatever reason. I'm not saying that I know how other people should respond. I'm saying I know how other people should respond IF THEY WANT JUSTICE.
  4. With the exception of possibly 1, we're talking about grown ass women here. Adults should have judgement at that point, and considering a few of these women were playboy bunnies, they're not exactly ingenues. And like I mentioned earlier, Dottie West WAS raped by her father when she was a teenager, and she told her principal at school, he then went to the sherriff, and her father was arrested and spent the rest of his life in jail. So this idea that cops will never believe someone is bullshit, if a teenage girl from rural McMinnville, Tennessee can do it, these WOMEN can't muster the courage? But you have to GO TO THEM within a reasonable amount of time. I even understand if a woman or even a few don't go to the police right away. BUT ALL OF THEM? REALLY?
  5. Your first thought was the right one, honey. Unless you are physcially abducted, you don't EVER need to go back if you don't want to. You ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE. If somebody steals your damn car, go to the cops a YEAR later and report it, and see how far you get!
  6. Obviously not, Janice Dickinson said she had jizz all over her.
  7. That's because the stupid bitch waited a year to go to the cops with it, there was no evidence at that time, she couldn't be tested for drugs in her system, etc. If you snooze, you lose! I don't blame the prosecutor for not wasting taxpayer's money. If you don't have the effing GUTS to go the police when the incident happens, then you just damn well have to live with the consequences. Mealy mouthed excuses be damned. So what if your'e ashamed? You do what has to be done, or you live with it. Put up or shut up. Now, if you DO go to the cops in a timely manner, and then don't get justice... THEN is the time to get pissed. If your'e smart, Like Monica Lewinsky, you KEEP THOSE RECIEPTS.
  8. I was speaking "by and large". It may or may not apply to you.
  9. I meant people in general bring their personal baggage into it many times, whether they were raped or molested themselves, or they simply hate Cosby because of the pound cake speech and his political stances, or whatever. That's what I mean by personal baggage. Things that keep you from being TOTALLY objective.
  10. Whoopi is perfectly reasonable. She points to the Duke lacrosse case (The woman's mug shot I posted above) there have been too many cases of false accusations that have occured in the past to just consider this guilty until proven innocent. Whoopi is the only smart one up there. Everyone else who is totally SURE he's guilty, doesn't have a high enough level of intellect to override their emotions and their own personal baggage, which they project onto the issue. Whoopi is totally right, you need to see ALL the evidence.
  11. It's so great to see those 1975 episodes in better quality, with no chopped off edits, etc. Now you all can see why that show totally captivated me at that time. It was just so beautifully done, there was nothing else on TV like it.
  12. Your'e right that people will eventually move on, I disagree that there aren't any hard news shows anymore. I consider hard news the nightly news on the big three networks, and CNN for the most part.
  13. ???? Who mentioned that crazy bat? So what? It's still entertaining, doesn't mean it's a good thing. Other people feel the same way, that's why all the talk shows talk about it. Otherwise it would only be on the hard news shows. In the end, I think Cosby will be forgiven, unless it really PROVEN, which I don't think it will. Look at everyone falling all over themselves to make sure Mark Wahlberg is forgiven.
  14. A good amount of what happens is the women who have false allegations muddy the water for the ones that have legitimate allegations. Like this HO... who is now wearing an orange jumpsuit.
  15. The entire media circus is entertaining and you know it. Check yourself, honey... this a soap opera board, an entire genre of entertainment dedicated to entertaining people through others' misery.
  16. Yeah... I guess we'll see how it all pans out. At least it's entertaining for me! LOL
  17. People for some reason think that women are so ashamed that they never report it when it occurs, and I don't doubt that's true at times, but ZERO out of 20 it a tough one for me. I mean, if a young girl like 14 year old Dottie West can break down and tell her school principal of her father's rape of her, I can't believe that there isn't ONE of these grown ass women who would have went to the cops when it all went down. I still maintain that Cosby ran a casting couch, and traded sex for favors in the industry, and wer'e seeing every groupie he's ever screwed come out of the woodwork. And this is the reason I feel that way.. here in this interview Don Lemon asks "You put yourself in a position to be near him again". And not only was she alone with him AGAIN AND AGAIN.. she also DRANK HIS WINE AGAIN and AGAIN.
  18. Here's another one... and lookin for 100,000, THEN upped it to a quarter mil. http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2014/12/06/hef-on-cos-mere-thought-these-allegations-is-truly-saddening/
  19. One can argue that the MORE women that come forward, the LESS credibility the accusations have. It gets harder and harder to swallow that not ONE out of a entire throng of women would press charges at the time the incidents occured.
  20. She also said and I quote: " I had one of the first polaroid cameras"... in 1982, yet Polaroids had been around since the 50's. She also says "And my pajama bottoms were off and the top was opened".... what was she doing in Cosby's hotel room in Pajamas? A slumber party? And everyone knows you do not mix alcohol and medication, no matter what it is, even then people knew... After all, Blanche's Husband drowned in his chicken soup on Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman from just such activity, an entire episode of "Maude" was built around her going loopy after mixing pills and liquor. Your opinion mirrors the vast majority of people I've talked to, they believe the accusations, but not Janice Dickinson.
  21. At that time, if a woman took something for cramps, it was Midol or Pamprin. Advil didn't exist, and while both Tylenol and Midol contain the same active ingredient, Midol and Pamprin contained other ingredients as well that tylenol didn't. But back then, people didn't really KNOW the active ingredients in OTC medications, by and large. you took Midol or Pamprin for cramps, Tylenol for headache or fever, aspirin for headache and Excedrin for migraines, Bufferin if you had stomach issues. Some people preferred Anacin, which was aspirin and caffiene together, but mot people didn't know a bayer and a coke = an Anacin.
  22. Yes, it was the 70's... but many of these women were so desperate and thirsty to be around fame, they'd have submitted to golden showers if it would have gotten them a TV role.
  23. This is totally correct, IMO.
  24. Your'e easily convinced by bad acting, aren't you? Of course she was embarrassed, her entire life is an embarrassment. From jacking a title that don't belong to her, to calling a mentally challenged person a "retard" to their face, to falling down a flight of stairs in a drunken stupor. I find, from gleaning opnions from a myriad of different sources, by and large, people DO believe these women accusing Cosby. They just don't believe HER.
  25. I think his body of work deserves respect, even if he doesn't.
