DAYS' CASTING NEWS! Dylan Walsh (Sean, Nip/Tuck) will be joining DAYS in a mysterious role. The character is named Duncan, who will be very involved with Bo and Hope's summer storyline. Duncan is going to bear a very striking resemblance to Bo Brady. "It's going to be a fun story, but it will, of course, mean some trouble for Bope!" The blog will be doing two special bonus episodes this weekend. "There will be a special Saturday AND Sunday episode this weekend."...previews King. "There is a lot going on right now, and a lot had to be backburnered due to the Fury climax and Lucas' death. I need to jumpstart the summer storylines, and these two bonus episodes are needed to do that. In other news, Darrin Brooks (Max Brady) and Ashley Benson (Abby Devereaux) will last air this weekend. There is a big disaster storyline in the works for July 4th weekend. "Stefano will be heavily involved with the carnage. The Phoenix will leave Salem in ashes."

"MELROSE PLACE" STAR JOINS CAST! Laura Leighton, who played Sydney Andrews on Aaron Spelling's "Melrose Place" will join the blog in June. Leighton will be playing the role of Jenna, who will interact very heavily with Mike Horton and Kate Roberts. "Jenna is going to cause a stir right from the get-go. She'll hopefully be a lovable bad girl. The blog needs a new baddie to come in and vamp things up a bit."...previews King. "She also will have a few connections to people in Salem." Look out, ladies, there is a new baddie in town as of Friday, June 1st!

After 18 votes, Chad Michael Murray, Scott Speedman, and Milo Ventimiglia are the final three in the running to play the mysterious role of Aidan. Episode #174 - Thursday, May 31, 2007: Billie, Austin, Carrie, Mike, Jennifer, Philip, Nicole, Jan, Peter, Alice, Melissa, Sarah, Jeremy, Bo, Hope, and Shawn look on into the hospital room as Sami, Will, and Kate say goodbye to Lucas, and he flatlines. Roman accompanies Maggie to the station house. He books her. He asks her why she has done this. Maggie says she has no idea. Roman is so confused. Lucas passes away. Sami, Will, and Kate emerge from the room to see their families. John and Marlena arrive. Marlena embraces Sami. Austin comforts Will. Billie and Philip comfort Kate. Sami tells Marlena she’ll never be able to get over this…Sami says Lucas was the love of her life. Peter looks perturbed. Will breaks down in Austin’s arms. Austin and Carrie take Will out onto the hospital deck before he completely loses it. Once outside, they both comfort him and tell him to let it out. Carrie and Austin vow to be there for Will through anything. Bo leaves the hospital and arrives at the station. Bo and Roman begin pressing Maggie to reveal why she has done this. She says she doesn’t know! Stefano is angered when he learns the Salem P.D. has arrested Maggie. Marlena and John help Sami grieve. Sami says Lucas told her not to let revenge and hate overcome her heart, but she says she wants Maggie to pay for this. Maggie reveals she has been having blackouts. Maggie recalls falling off the wagon in December around the time of Jennifer’s “death” and Mickey’s heart attack. She says it is then she began blacking out. Kate is inconsolable, but her children try to help her. Kate recounts many memories of Lucas as a child. Greta and Eric arrive at the police station. Greta tells Bo and Roman she wants to see Maggie and ask her why she almost killed her! Roman and Bo tell her Maggie’s last victim was Lucas. Eric is shocked. He runs off to be with Sami. Maggie confesses to Bo and Roman she didn’t even realize what she was doing until she stumbled upon the shrine in her attic that, she says, she must have constructed during her blackouts. Eric joins Marlena and John in comforting Sami. Georgia arrives to be with her cousin and best friend, Will. Addie and Andy decide the hospital is not the place for them so they leave. Addie arrives back at her apartment to be face to face with…her parents - Eugene and Calliope! She reunites with him and gives them each a hug. She is so happy to see them. Billie sees Jack and Jennifer. He is comforting her. She interrupts them. She sees the guilt on Jack’s face. Billie tells Jack there is no need to look guilty. Billie says she knows Jack’s heart lies with Jennifer…just like Bo’s was with Hope’s. Billie wishes Jack and Jen all the best and hopes her deep friendships with both of them will not be ruined by this. Suddenly, Maggie’s eyes drop. She freaks out in her handcuffs and begins struggling. Bo and Roman do not know what the hell is going on. Maggie gains strength. She kicks Roman in the face and thrashes around the interrogation room. Bo is in shock. Abby and Max go back to Abby’s. They recall what Laura has told them about Abby being able to put the pieces of her life together now that The Fury is caught and Jennifer is alive. Abby tells Max she doesn’t want to recover in Salem. Abby begs Max to take her far away from Salem. Bo manages to get behind Maggie and knock her unconscious. Bo and Roman wonder what he hell is going on with Maggie. Bo and Roman ask each other…if the other thinks…Maggie could be…possessed just like Marlena was?

Episode #173 - Wednesday, May 30th, 2007: Billie calls Victor and Philip to tell them about Lucas. Everyone in Salem reacts to the horrible news that Maggie is the Fury. John and Marlena board a plane to return home. Billie arrives at Kate’s room and sits her down. Kate panics. Billie tells Kate there has been another Fury attack. Kate gets jumpy and asks Billie what has happened. Kate knows. She asks which of her children was hurt…Billie responds that it’s Lucas. Kate begins to cry. She asks how Lucas is. Billie shakes her head “no.” Kate breaks down. Billie comforts her. Andy and Addie decide it may not be their place to be there anymore…so they decide to leave. Billie and Kate arrive at the hospital where Alice, Jennifer, Mike, Sami, Will, Philip, Victor, Austin, Carrie, Melissa, Sarah, and Jeremy. Victor comforts Kate. Jan and Nicole enter, claiming they are family too…and they want to be here for Lucas. Mike reveals to everyone that Lucas’ condition is not good…and he will die before the night is over. Sami and Kate’s cries are guttural and agonizing. Roman arrives when he hears the news. He comforts his little girl as Sami breaks down in his arms. Roman calls Marlena and informs her about what has happened. John and Marlena reveal they are already on their way home. Mike is shocked to see Jan and Nicole there. He asks Billie what they meant when they said they wanted to be there for Lucas. Billie explains Jan’s mother, Megan, and Nicole were Kate’s firstborn children, her twins…with Stefano Dimera! Mike is pleasantly surprised. Billie is confused. Sami opens up to Roman. Will breaks down in Austin’s arms. Mike asks Billie if she remembers when he said no one in her family was a match for her bone marrow donation and blood donation. Billie says she remembers, of course. Mike says he did not pull Jan and Nicole’s files because he had no idea they were related to Billie. Billie asks Mike if he thinks this can possibly cure her of her cancer. Will, Kate, and Sami are in the room with Lucas when he comes to. Lucas shares a horribly touching goodbye with Will. He tells Will he has loved him from the first second he laid eyes on him. Lucas encourages Will to be himself, always…and tells Will he loves him no matter what. Will knows, of course, Lucas is referring to the fact that Will is gay. Will and Lucas touch foreheads. Will says he cannot live without Lucas in his life. Lucas says Will is strong…and he can live without him. Lucas tells Will he is so proud of him. Lucas begs Will to take care of his mother and grandmother. Will agrees. Will and Lucas kiss. Lucas takes Kate’s hand. He thanks her for giving him life and always looking out for him. Lucas thanks her for doing whatever she had to do to raise him and keep him happy…even if it wasn’t true, in her mind, she was always doing what she thought was best, and that is all that matters. Kate tells him she cannot let him go. Lucas says his dying wish is that Kate and Sami bury the hatchet. Kate swears to Lucas her days of fighting with Sami are over. Sami and Lucas join hands. Sami tells Lucas he is the love of her life and that she has lost so much time with him because of her lies and deception. He tells her that is all in the past and not to worry about it now. Sami begs Lucas not to leave her. He says, if he had a choice, then he wouldn’t be. Lucas tells Sami not to let hate and revenge take hold of her heart. Lucas declares his love for his Aunt Maggie and begs Sami not to hold a vendetta against her. Lucas urges Sami, Kate, and Will to forgive Maggie for what she has done. Sami tells Lucas she has never stopped loving him. She recalls how she has loved him since she was fifteen…and she’ll love him until she goes to heaven to be with him. Lucas responds he has loved her with every fiber of his being. He thanks Sami for giving him Will…and making his life worth living. Lucas flatlines. The faces of Kate, Will, and Sami drop. They all begin to cry uncontrollably...but they come together to comfort one another. Tuesday, Episode #172 - May 29th, 2007: Bo calls for an ambulance. Sami holds Lucas tight. Maggie backs away from the body as she looks on in horror. Shawn holds Jan to the side. Jan cries, wishing she had the strength to break free. Shawn comforts her. Hope and Jennifer approach Maggie. Hope demands Maggie tell her what has happened here with a fierce attitude. Maggie confesses she killed Lucas. She is devastated. Hope grabs Maggie’s blouse and pins her against the wall. Hope shouts, asking why…why would Maggie do this. Maggie cries. Hope and Jennifer have tears in their eyes. Will joins Sami on the floor as they shed tears for Lucas. Lucas breathes very shallowly. Sami urges Lucas not to speak. It is a devastating sight. Will removes his shirt and tries to stop the bleeding from Lucas’ wound. Sami brings Lucas up to her face and touches him, cheek to cheek. His blood is smeared on her face. Peter tries to walk forward and take care of Sami, but Bo tells Peter to back off. Bo handcuffs Jan and takes her to the car. Shawn asks Bo what the hell is going on. He says Maggie cannot actually be the Fury. Bo confirms that she is. Jennifer and Hope tearfully ask their Aunt Maggie what the hell is going on. Maggie says she doesn’t know…she just remembers killing Lucas. Hope asks if she has killed the others. Maggie breaks down, confessing she’s done it. The ambulance arrives and takes Will, Lucas, and Sami to the hospital. Meanwhile, Greta moves her things out of Frankie’s apartment. While she is moving out, they overhear the news inform them Maggie Horton is being sought after for being the Fury. Greta cannot believe Maggie is the person who attacked her. Austin and Carrie are watching the same broadcast and refuse to believe any of this is true. Abby and Max arrive on the scene. Jennifer leaves Maggie and Hope to deal with Abby. Abby asks Jen why Maggie would do this, and Jen tells her she does not know. Stefano is horrified when he realizes he is too late to take his lady love away. Bo joins Hope in interrogating Maggie. She remains traumatized and confused. Bo asks Maggie if she is the one who attacked Mrs. H, Greta, Austin, and Carrie. Hope asks Maggie if she is the one who killed Rae, Megan, Cassie, Rex, Mimi, Connor, Vivian, Simone, and Annie. Bo asks Maggie she attacked his mother, Caroline. Maggie confesses it was all her. Lucas is resuscitated in the ambulance. Sami clings to the hope that Lucas may live. A devastated Sami and Will comfort each other as they stand by Lucas’ side in the ambulance…and later the hospital. Melissa and Sarah interrupt Bo and Hope’s interrogation. Melissa clashes with her favorite cousin, Hope, and tells her to back off her mother. Hope grabs Maggie and demands to know why she’d ever hurt poor Alice! Shawn, Jan, Jeremy, Abby, Max, and Jen try to piece everything together. Jack and Billie both happen to be together when they hear on the news everything about Maggie. They rush to the scene. Laura does the same. Jennifer is taken aback to see Billie and Jack arrive together. Laura explains to Abby this might be the first step for her to start healing. Mike Horton (now played by Matthew Fox) rushes to meet his nephew, Will, and Sami standing by Lucas’ stretcher. Sami begs Mike to do everything he can do to save his brother. Billie is horrified to learn Lucas was Maggie’s latest victim. She realizes she needs to tell Philip, Victor, Austin…and Kate. Maggie begs Bo to arrest her before she hurts anyone else. Sarah and Melissa ask their mother why she is doing this. Bo puts the handcuffs on Maggie and puts her very firmly into the police car. Sami stays by Lucas’ side…praying for his recovery. Mike receives test results...that show Lucas will die.

Episode #171 - Monday, May 28th, 2007: Maggie clutches Lucas tight and rocks back and forth, crying. Will tells Sami he has a bad feeling about Lucas running off to find the Fury. Jennifer and Shawn continue searching all over Salem for Maggie. Jennifer has a look of horror when she comes fact to face with her past - Peter Blake! Peter says Jennifer's name, softly. She tells him to get away. Sami puts herself in between Peter and Jennifer, and she asks Jen if she's seen Lucas. Jennifer says no, and Sami fills Jen in on how Lucas went off to find the Fury. Sarah and Melissa run all over Salm trying to make sure Jan does not find Maggie before they do! Jan holds her gun tight and vows to kill Maggie. Abby and Max search for Maggie. Bo, Hope, Addie, and Andy also search for Maggie, and they come face to face with Jennifer, Shawn, Sami, Will, and Peter. Jennifer, Hope, and Bo exchange information. They learn Lucas has set off to confront the Fury by himself. Bo puts out an A.P.B. for Lucas. Sami demands to knwo what the hell is going on. Sami hears from her uncle Bo that Lucas' Aunt Maggie is the killer. Sami does not believe it. John and Marlena search all over Madrid for clues to Marlena's missing years. Stefano's informant tells him they lost track of Maggie somewhere in centercity Salem. Sarah stops Jan by flinging her around and shoving her. Sarah tells her she won't let Jan kill her mother! Jan pushes her back, and the two begin fighting. Melissa begs her cousin, Jeremy, not to let his girlfriend kill Maggie. A tearful Jeremy tells Melissa Maggie is a killer! Melissa acknowledges this, but she says there must be some explanation. Bo and Hope have all of Salem shut down, making sure airports, bus stations, and all highways are shut down and no one can leave. Alice makes a call to Marlena in Madrid and begs her to come home. Alice informs John and Marlena that Maggie is the Fury - the serial killer who has been stalking Salem! Bo, Hope, Shawn, and Jen think it is best Will, Sami, and Peter stay behind so they leave them. Will and Sami have a bad feeling about this all...so they decide to follow them! Maggie mourns Lucas...she cannot believe what she has done to him. Lucas whispers with blood pouring out of his mouth..."Aunt Maggie...it's you."...he says through the pain. "I forgive you..." Maggie cries out desperately. Bo, Hope, Shawn and Jen hear someone crying. They think it is coming from the alleyway. Jan fights off Sarah. She knocks Sarah out. She heads for downtown Salem as she hears someone screaming and crying. She walks into the alleyway and comes face to face with her mother's murderer. Jan points the gun at Maggie. Melissa and Jeremy arrive upon Sarah who has been knocked out. Marlena tells John they need to put off their mission to find out Marlena's missing years and return to be with the Horton's during this time. John understands. The two make plans to return to Salem. Jan tells Maggie she is going to kill her for what she has done to her mother, Megan! Bo, Hope, Jennifer, and Shawn stumble upon Jan holding the gun at Maggie. Shawn runs towards Jan and sweeps her up and out of the way, knocking the gun out of her hand. Jennifer sees Lucas, dying in Maggie's arms. She screams for her brother. Hope covers her mother in horror. Bo turns his head. He cannot believe what he sees. Cunning Sami and Will, who have both followed Bo and Hope arrive at the alley. Will and Sami do not realize at first that Lucas is on the ground bleeding. Will screams out for his father. Sami runs towards Maggie and Lucas. Bo points the gun at Maggie to protect Sami. Maggie cries and lets Sami take him from her. Sami rocks Lucas in her arms and screams. Her screams are ultrasonic. She cries out for Lucas. She holds him in her arms. *FREEZE FRAME.*

MIKE HORTON SWITCHEROO! This just in! 'LOST' and 'Party of Five' star, Matthew Fox will be replacing Roark Critchlow as Dr. Michael "Mike" Horton effective immediately. "Mike was only supposed to be back for a few episodes concerning Lucas' death, but there is now a long-term storyline in place for Mike. And no, it does not involve Carrie or Austin. Some readers have been telling me they wanted Michael T. Weiss back in the role, but it's just too hard for me, as a writer, to write for an actor I've never seen on-screen or in the role."...says King. "Fox is one of the most talented actors in primetime television right now. And his talent is only matched by his sexiness. He will bring Mike Horton to life marvelously, taking the character back to his sexy, brunette roots. I have no doubt Fox will be amazing in the role." LUCAS IS THE LAST SHOCKING VICTIM! Last week, King’s DAYS revealed that Lucas Roberts was the final – and most shocking – victim of Maggie Horton’s reign of terror. This, of course, means that Bryan Dattilo has been released from the blog. “This was the most difficult casting decision I’ve ever had to make so far in the 18 months the blog has been going. Dattilo is amazing, and Lucas is a great character. LUMI is one of DAYS’ biggest couples so it was a big move. I have written our halves of supercouples before, but there was always the intention of bringing them back. This time, it’s hard because Lucas is definitely gone so he will not be returning.”…King says. Many readers are not pleased with the decision and want to know…WHY LUCAS!? “It had to be Lucas for a number of reasons. Of course, I wanted to have a big name be the last victim. It had to be shocking. But it also had to be someone who is close to Maggie. The whole storyline had to come to gigantic climax and culminate with the death of someone very close to Maggie. It had to be a Horton because the first victim was Alice, and it had to come full circle. More than that, this is going to be a Sami story. It’s not a gratuitous murder. It is going to mean some major character development for Sami. She realizes now that she has lost so much time she could have had with Lucas because of her lies and deception. This is the one thing that Sami cannot rationalize and revert back to her old behavior. Sami has Peter now, and there are some really great Seter fans. Sami needs to really grow up and be one of the feisty heroines of Salem that we all know and want her to be. She cannot regress from this. It’s too big.”…King says. “Will is also going to be very affected by this. He’s lived through so much. And now, he is has to live through the worst thing that can happen to a young man. Episode #170 - Friday, May 25th, 2007: Lucas is taken aback when Evil Maggie orders a drink with dinner. She changes her mind and says she doesn’t know what she was thinking. Maggie listens as Lucas informs her he went to the alley where he thought he saw Maggie put on the scary mask. Maggie insists it wasn’t her. Lucas says he believes her. Maggie is nervous. She excuses herself from dinner. Abby tells Max she thinks Maggie is the one who stalked them on Smith Island! Max says it can’t be. Abby says it again…she is SURE Maggie is the Fury. Abby says Max has doubted her in the past, and she has doubted Max. She begs Max not to doubt her now. Sarah is horrified as Caroline informs her Maggie is the person who attacked her. Sarah discovers her mother is the Fury. Hope, Andy, and Addie listen to Celeste as Celeste recounts for them how Maggie attacked her so she could not tell everyone Maggie is the Fury. Jennifer and Alice are traumatized at the shrine to the Fury’s victims in Maggie’s attic. When they find a bloodied knife, they realize the truth! Bo arrives at the station. Bo, Addie, Andy, and Hope all set off to find Maggie! Sarah leaves Caroline’s hospital room and sets off to find her mother. Jeremy and Jan see her running out and follow her. Max calls Bo to tell him Abby thinks Maggie is the Fury. Bo says he already knows! Max is horrified to learn Maggie really is the Fury. He tells Abby, who calls Jennifer. Jennifer and Alice wonder what to do next as they cry and comfort one another. Alice does not understand why Maggie would ever attack her and blow up their house on Christmas. Alice needs to know why this girl she loved and took into her home thirty years ago would do this to her. Abby calls Jennifer who confirms Maggie is the Fury. Jennifer tells Abby to stay put, but Abby and Max rush out to find Maggie and make sure she doesn’t kill anyone else. Sarah runs into Melissa on the street near the park. Melissa asks Sarah what is going on. Sarah tells Melissa as she breaks down at the first time she’s saying it…she tells Melissa their mother is the Fury who has been on a mass murder spree for months! Jennifer asks a cop to come over and take Alice back to her house. Once this is done, Jennifer sets off to find Maggie. Addie sneaks off and calls her parents, Eugene and Calliope, and tells them Maggie Horton is the Fury. She argues with them because they say it cannot be true. Addie swears it is. Eugene and Calliope do not believe her so they decide to come to Salem. Maggie arrives at the alley to make sure her stash is still there with her mask and her knife after she quickly put it there after she killed Annie. Lucas runs into Sami, Peter, and Will on his way after Maggie. They ask him where he is going, and he tells them he knows who the Fury is. Sami and Will ask him who. Lucas says he cannot say. Sami tells Lucas he cannot just run off and confront the Fury! Lucas says he has to. Sami grabs Lucas and kisses him as if it could be the last time. Peter is taken aback by the passionate kiss. Lucas tells Sami he loves, and he will never stop loving her ever. He kisses her one last time and sets off. Jennifer makes a phone call to Jack. She tells him how much she loves him and how he needs to tell Jack Jr. and Abby how much their mother loved them if anything happens to her. Jack is worried, but Jennifer refuses to tell him where so she does not put him in danger. Jennifer searches all over Salem for Maggie. She runs into Shawn and explains everything. Shawn is floored when he thinks Maggie could be the person who beheaded Mimi! Jeremy and Jan ask Sarah what the hell is going on while she is talking to Melissa. Sarah says nothing. Melissa asks Sarah to explain what she meant when she said Maggie was the Fury. She says it clearly cannot be true. Jan an Jeremy are floored. Jan calls Maggie a bitch and says she has to pay for what she did to her mother. Sarah grabs Jan. Jan throws Sarah off of her and tells her she is going to kill Maggie! Shawn and Jennifer look all over Salem for Maggie. Jan and Jeremy do the same…with Sarah and Melissa on their tails, making sure Jan does not shoot and kill Maggie. Maggie finds her bag that is tucked behind a dumpster in an alley. She opens the bag. She cannot find her mask. “Looking for this?”…a voice says behind her. Maggie turns to see Lucas holding the white porcelain Fury mask. Lucas explains that he knew he saw Maggie that night with the Fury mask, but he believed her when she said it wasn’t her…because his Aunt Maggie would NEVER lie to her! But then he says…this woman who stands before him is not his Aunt Maggie, and he has been noticing it ever since he returned to Salem. He says he did not know for sure until right now…when he set the bait for Maggie at dinner, and she took it hook, line, and sinker. Lucas tells Maggie he wants her to admit it. He wants her to confess she killed all of those people and attacked Mrs. H., Austin and Carrie. Lucas has tears in his eyes. Evil Maggie glares back at him. She says stoically that she did it. She killed all of those and attacked the others. Lucas wants to know why, but Maggie says it’s for her to know and for him to find out. Lucas informs her he’s made arrangements so if anything happens to him, Sami and Will are going to be informed of who the Fury is. Maggie says she will just have to kill them too. Lucas lunges for Maggie and tries to restrain her. They struggle. Maggie breaks free. She reaches for her purse, but Lucas kicks it away. She elbows him in the face and runs for her purse. He grabs her from behind. She hits his face with the back of her head and runs. Lucas’ face is bloodied. Maggie reaches her purse. She feels around inside. Lucas runs towards her, saying he won’t let her hurt Sami or Will or anyone else ever again. Maggie turns quickly as Lucas nears. She lunges a knife deep into Lucas’ gut. Lucas’ face is of incredible pain. Evil Maggie turns the knife. Lucas’ white shirt becomes red as it is drenched in blood. Maggie and Lucas lock eyes. Blood begins to pour out of his mouth slightly. When the meet eyes, there is a change in Maggie. Lucas falls onto Maggie. She takes him in her arms as they sit on the ground of the alley. Maggie rocks Lucas back and forth, crying hysterical, asking herself over and over again what she has done. Lucas bleeds to death in Maggie’s arms. She holds him tight. Episode # 169, Thursday, May 24th, 2007: Lucas, Hope, Jen, and Abby each individually continue to have strange moments with their loved ones as they inform their lovers that their lives just flashed before their eyes. Jeremy, Jan, Addie, Andy, and Sarah wait for The Fury to try and kill Caroline. They sit in her hospital room and wait. Celeste continues to sleep in the car on her ay back to Salem to expose Maggie. Maggie arrives at Caroline’s hospital room. She sneaks into the room to drug Caroline into her coma, but Jeremy, Jan, Andy, Addie, and Sarah face Maggie… Bo and Hope question Victor and push him to reveal his alibis, but he refuses. Kate learns Victor has been arrested so she leaves Billie, at her insistence, to be with Victor. Stefano plots Maggie’s kidnapping. Alice continues to try and break into Maggie’s attic. Sarah explains to her mother they are there to catch the Fury since they are sure the Fury will come to kill Caroline! Andy says he won’t let anyone hurt his grandmother. Jeremy asks his Great Aunt how she is doing…saying he’s been very worried about her. Maggie assures them she is fine and was just here to visit. She kisses Caroline on the head and exits…but she first whispers into Caroline’s ear, creepily…I’ll be back for you. Kate arrives and lashes out at Victor for not telling Bo and Hop his alibi! Stefano has his plane readied for take off. Lucas waits for Maggie to arrive for dinner. Bo and Hope know Victor is the killer. Abby, Lucas, Jennifer, and Hope can’t shake the feeling they are in danger of losing their lives. Andy and Addie decide to go to the station house to talk to Bo and Hope. Celeste nears Salem…unknowingly she has slept through her chance to call and expose Maggie. Maggie arrives to see Lucas. He asks her about the mask he saw her put on in the alley a few nights ago. Maggie says she thought they talked about that. She says it was not her. Lucas says he passed the alley a few hours ago…and he stopped by to see what was stashed there…and see what whoever he saw was doing there. Maggie worries Lucas found her stash of Fury accessories. Jan and Jeremy leave Sarah alone in Caroline’s hospital room so they can grab the three of them some food. Sarah realizes Caroline is coming out of her coma. Kate tells Victor she is sick of his crap! She says she is sick of Victor being ashamed of her and that she is sick of being Victor’s dirty little secret! Kate informs Bo and Hope she is Victor’s alibi for Simone and Annie Douglas’ murders…saying she and Victor were making love at the times of both murders! Victor embarrassingly admits it’s true. Kate calls Victor a bastard for treating her this way! Victor confesses he wanted to tell Caroline he had chosen Kate before he told anyone else. Bo understands…but he says his mother will be hurt by this. Victor informs him Caroline is better off without him…and says she is better than he is. Kate turns Victor around and slaps him in the face. Bo and Hope are baffled as to who the Fury could be. Maggie flashes back to stashing her Fury mask and knife in the alley because she had just come back from killing Annie and panicked. Maggie excuses herself from dinner and rushes off away from Lucas to make sure everything is still in place. Celeste arrives in Salem, and her driver wakes her up. Celeste is horrified she slept through her opportunity to call and warn everyone about Maggie, but she asks the driver to take her to the police station. Caroline wakes up. Sarah asks Caroline who did this to her! Sarah wants to know who the Fury is! Jennifer arrives at Maggie’s house to see the house has been broken into. She sees Alice’s car in the driveway and fears Alice could have been hurt while house sitting. She rushes inside to save Alice. Abby has nightmares about what happened on Smith Island. She remembers locking eyes with the Fury. Bo steps out of the station for a moment to take Victor home and leaves Hope at the station. Celeste rushes into the station. Sarah begs Caroline to tell her who the Fury is and who tried to kill her. Addie and Andy arrive at the station house with Hope. Celeste bursts into the station house…out of breath. She tries to tell Hope Maggie is the killer, but she cannot catch her breath. Caroline begins to remember what has happened to her. Abby wakes up from her nightmare. She remembers her dream…she realizes she knows who the Fury is. She remembers those eyes…the Fury’s build…the Fury’s stance…she says it all looks so familiar to her. Caroline remembers. Jennifer finds Alice trying to break into Maggie’s attic. She is shocked. Alice just tells Jennifer to trust her and help her open it. They work on the lock together. Abby talks things out with Max, recalling everything about the Fury. “Oh my god.”…she says to herself. Caroline stutters. Sarah waits anxiously for her to tell her the truth. Jennifer and Alice break into Maggie’s attic. “Oh My God!”…Alice screams. Jennifer’s eyes light up with shock and terror. Addie, Andy, and Hope wait for Celeste to spit what she’s saying out. “MAGGIE!”…Celeste screams. They are confused. Hope asks Celeste what about Maggie. Caroline tells Sarah…”Your mother…Maggie….” Sarah is confused. Abby screams out to Max… “My Aunt Maggie!” Max is baffled. Jennifer and Alice walk into the attic. Caroline tells Sarah: “Your mother! Maggie is The Fury!” Sarah’s eyes widen with shock. Abby tells Max she realizes who the Fury is…those eyes…that body…Abby screams out that Maggie is the killer! Maggie is the person who terrorized them on Smith Island and beheaded Mimi! Celeste catches her breath and screams out to Addie, Andy, and Hope that MAGGIE IS THE KILLER! Hope’s face is a mix between surprise and horror. Her eyes welt up with tears. She shakes her head “No.” Jennifer and Alice step into Maggie’s attic to find a shrine to the victims of the Fury. They look around in awe as they realize Maggie Horton is the Fury…the person who has been stalking Salem since Christmas Eve. A tear falls down Alice’s Cheek. *FREEZE FRAME.* Tomorrow: Jennifer Rose Horton, Hope Williams Brady, Lucas Roberts, or Abigail Devereaux will meet their maker as one character, a Horton, will be leaving “Days Of Our Lives” forever.

Episode #168 - Wednesday, May 23rd, 2007: Celeste cannot wait until she and the man who picked her up on the side of the road get to the rest stop so she can call Salem and tell them Maggie is the killer. Will urges Sami to reunite with Lucas, but she says she is with Peter now. Andy says the key to solving the Fury murders is to make sure his Grandma Caroline is safe in her hospital room. Maggie flashes back to attacking Caroline and then drugging her to make sure she is in her coma. Maggie realizes she should get to the hospital to keep Caroline drugged and in her coma. She carries a syringe in her purse. Stefano continues to wonder why Maggie would ever want to kill these people in Salem. Jack and Jennifer have a touching reunion. Max and Abby meet with Laura, who tries to get to the root of Abby’s cutting. Kate comforts Billie over her cancer. The doctors tell Billie she does not have enough white blood cells to fight the cancer…although the cancer treatment has been working quite nicely. Celeste’s driver friend looks over to find Celeste has fallen asleep! Hope and Bo try to piece together the clues. They wish Caroline was speaking Lucas calls Maggie while she is on her way to the hospital. She agrees to have lunch with him, but when she hangs up, Evil Maggie calls Lucas an alcoholic pest! Laura says yes Abby has a genetic susceptibility to mental illness, but she feels like these are normal thoughts and symptoms anyone would have after coming face to face with the Fury and being only feet away from Mimi when she was beheaded. Jack and Jennifer have a romantic dance and evening together. Jennifer says her love for Jack and Abby is what pulled her through the catatonia. Stefano fears if the people of Salem find out Maggie is the killer, then they’ll lock her up, and he’ll never see her again. Stefano plots to kidnap Maggie…and take her far away to learn why she is doing these horrible things! Sarah, Andy, Addie, Jan, and Jeremy stand by Caroline’s side and protect her from the Fury. Jan vows to kill the Fury no matter who it is…because the Fury killer her mother, Megan! Mike tells Kate and Billie that none of her family members are a good enough match for her bone marrow transplant that would help her regenerate white blood cells. Hope and Bo share a kiss at the station while they try and decipher all of the clues to the Fury’s identity. Hope and Bo realize the Fury can only be Victor, Maggie, or Caroline, as they have figured out in the past. They rationalize that Caroline and Maggie cannot be the killer. They recall how evil Victor used to be. Bo and Hope decide to put an A.P.B. out for Victor and issue a warrant for his arrest so they can question him. The drive assumes Celeste was so exhausted from her ordeal she must have just passed out. He decides not to wake her…saying they’ll be in Salem in two hours anyway. Victor refuses to tell Bo and Hope where he has been during all of the murders! Stefano plots to kidnap his lady love, Maggie, before the police can realize what has been doing in Salem. Jack wonders what to do about Billie. Jennifer realizes it is a touchy situation, but she vows to stand by Jack no matter what. Maggie arrives. She has a tearful reunion with Jennifer. Maggie tells Jennifer she wish she knew she was alive because none of this would be happening. Jennifer is confused. Maggie appears to be having an internal struggle. Jennifer wonders if Maggie is OK. Maggie exits, quickly, realizing Jennifer has already heard too much. Laura issues Abby some sleeping pills to help her with the anxiety and hoping the sleep will get her back on track. Max tucks Abby into bed with a kiss. Abby sleeps and dreams. She begins to dream of when she was a little girl and begins to recap her life in Salem. Celeste has a vision in her sleep that a Horton will die. Alice, who has broken into Maggie’s house, tries to open the attic door. Hope, Jennifer, Lucas, and Abby all get chills in their separate locations. Jennifer tells Jack if anything ever happens to her again, she wants Jack to move on and find happiness…without feeling guilt over it! Jack refuses, saying he loves Jen forever and WILL love her forever. Abby’s life begins to flash before her eyes while she dreams. Lucas arrives and tells Sami and Will how much he loves them. He asks them if they know how much he cares for them and if they know he’d do anything to protect them. They say they know and are freaked out by his demeanor. Hope tells Bo it feels like someone just walked over her grave. She can’t shake these goose bumps or chills she has. She reminds Bo he has lost her before and lived through her death. She says if he has to do that again…to raise J.T. and Zach with as much devotion as he raised Shawn. Bo tells Hope nothing is going to happen to her. He hugs her. Hope’s face is pure terror. Celeste has visions and flashes of the Fatal Four - Hope, Jennifer, Abby, and Lucas. She mumbles in her sleep… “Death. Death.” *FREEZE FRAME.* TOMORROW ON KING'S DAYS: Maggie Simmons Horton is exposed as The Fury of Salem!!

Episode #167 - Tuesday, May 22nd, 2007: Maggie sits in the confessional church and cries. She rocks back and forth. She cannot believe Jennifer is alive! Maggie cries that this whole thing has been because of nothing! Frankie and Greta mourn the death…of their marriage. Outside Frankie’s house, Eric runs into Melissa and Sarah. Eric informs Melissa she shouldn’t go inside…but Melissa says she know who sent the pictures to Frankie – SARAH! Celeste manages to escape the ditch she’s been stranded in and flags down a car. The driver says he is headed towards Salem. Bo and Hope decide to put their differences about Georgia aside to work to find the Fury. When Maggie calms down, she arrives home to find Alice in her driveway. Maggie calls Alice an old hag and wishes she dad when she tried to kill her! Once inside, Alice confronts Maggie about the bottles she has found in the Horton House. Alice asks Maggie why she has been acting so different lately, and Maggie looks at her with a strange fire in her eyes! Lucas tries to get Sami to leave Peter, but she says she is standing by him. Eric lashes out at Sarah calling her a manipulative bitch for what she’s done! Sarah cries and apologizes to him. Miguel’s spy informs him Melissa and Sarah are at Frankie’s so he heads for Frankie’s house. Bo and Hope feel as though they are on the verge of uncovering something big about the Fury. Maggie tells a lie to try and get out of Alice’s confronting her. Alice pretends to buy Maggie’s lie. Miguel is furious when he eavesdrops on Melissa, Sarah, and Eric and learns Sarah has double crossed him and tried to reunite Melissa and Frankie! Eric lashes out at Sarah. Melissa is able to get him to calm down. Eric suggests Melissa stay away from Frankie and Greta and give them time to deal with what’s h happened. Greta and Frankie remember their time together through series of flashbacks. Celeste has flashes of Maggie killing a Horton. She sees images of a funeral where all of Salem is mourning a devastating loss. Maggie enters her attic. Alice secretly follows her. Since Alice is so old, it takes her time and she cannot make it up to the attic until minutes later when Maggie is already inside. Once inside Maggie sees a shrine to her victims – Rae, Megan, Cassie, Connor, Rex, Mimi, Vivian, Simone, and Annie. Suddenly, Maggie falls to the ground laughing and her laughs turn to sobs. She has flashes of a little red haired girl in a farmhouse. The little girl is playing. The screen goes black. The only thing that can be heard are the little girl’s screams. Maggie now sits on the attic floor crying in front of the shrine to her victims…Alice hears Maggie crying from the outside of the attic door. Alice tries to get inside, but it is locked. Miguel vows revenge on Sarah while he clutches his gun. Later, he confronts Melissa about getting her back. Melissa refuses. She says she wants to know if he will take the money and give her their children back. Melissa tells him she knows the kids mean nothing to him and that he only cared about them to get revenge on Melissa for divorcing him. Lucas is on his way home when he passes the alleyway he thought he saw Maggie in a few nights earlier. He flashes back and remembers Maggie swearing it wasn’t her. Lucas decides to have dinner with Maggie to see how she is doing with everything since Mickey’s coma. Celeste asks the driver of the car to let her use his cell phone, but he apologizes saying his phone has died. Jeremy, Jan, Addie, and Andy realize Sarah Horton could be invaluable to their search for the Fury. Maggie emerges from the attic as what appears to be a changed person. Alice recognizes the genuine, nice, loving, lovable Maggie Simmons Horton. Miguel approaches Sarah…ready to kill her. Celeste and the driver decide to stop at the next rest stop so she can use the phone. Celeste is looking forward to getting the chance to expose Maggie Horton before she can kill anyone else! Addie, Andy, Jeremy, and Jan approach Sarah…and unknowingly save her from Miguel’s murder attempt. Alice wonders what the hell is going on with Maggie! Alice waits for Maggie to leave the house…and little old Alice shimmies open the lock of Maggie’s house…and breaks inside! *FREEZE FRAME.*

HUGE SALEM COUPLE O-U-T OUT! King Reilly, the headwriter and creator, has announced today that mini-supercouple, Max and Abby, will be leaving the blog later this month. Darrin Brooks and Ashley Benson have both been released from their contracts. "It's really sad. Over the past 18 months, Mabby have had a lot of readers who were and are big fans of theirs. The blog put Max and Abby together in December of 2005 - LONG before the Mabby buzz began. They were the center of the blog for a long, long time."...explains the writer. "They've lived through a lot in the year and a half the blog has been 'on-air.' But they will both be leaving the show. There have been a myriad of stories for them. They've run the gamut. And with Ashley having left the real DAYS, it seems like a good time to say goodbye." Fans may remember on Smith Island when the Fury was terrorizing Salemites, Maggie locked eyes with Abby, and her pleas struck a chord within Maggie. With Benson's exit announcement four days before the last victim, this further fuels the speculation that Abby will be the Horton to meet his or her maker on Friday, May 25th when Maggie claims her most shocking victim. Will a grief-stricken Max be leaving Salem solo? "I cannot say! Readers will have to tune in Friday to see Maggie's final victim. I can tell you it's a shocker. And no, it's not Alice."...the writer says with a smirk. The thirteen possibilities of the final victim have been marked on the side cast list panel by bold, black lettering. I will be randomly removing victim's names over the next three days, but I won't be announcing when I'm doing it or that I have done it. So, fans will have to keep checking in to see whose name has been unbolded and who has been spared from The Fury! By the time Friday afternoon rolls around, the list will be narrowed down the Final Four Possibilities, all of which are integral parts of Salem. Brooks and Benson will both last air the week of May 28th.

Episode #166 - Monday, May 21st, 2007: Sarah, Melissa, Eric, and Greta enter Frankie’s house to see Frankie is holding pictures of Eric and Greta making love in the park in the rain! He asks Greta and Eric what the hell these pictures are of. Greta tells Frankie they were on their way to speak with Frankie about this. Frankie is appalled. He sweeps everything from the dinner table in rage. Eric, Greta, Melissa, and Sarah are scared and jumpy at his outburst. Frankie demands to know what the hell is going on. A tearful Greta breaks down. She says she has been struggling with her feelings for Eric for months now. She says she has been so torn between Frankie and Eric. Frankie bursts out and interrupts her. He screams, asking her if she doesn’t think it’s been hard for him and his feelings for Melissa! But he goes on to say he committed to Greta, and he planned on sticking by her and their marriage. Greta breaks down and begs Frankie to try and calm down. Frankie is devastated. Frankie asks her how many times it has happened. Greta swears it only happened once. Frankie turns to his nephew, Eric, and realizes what their recent bonding had to do with – Eric’s guilt. Eric apologizes to Frankie profusely. He says he never stop loving Greta. Frankie punches Eric in the face. Melissa sees a strange look of sadness on Sarah’s face. Melissa looks at the pictures. Melissa realizes what happened. She realizes the look on Sarah’s face…is a look of guilt! Frankie lashes out at Eric and Greta saying he cannot believe they played him for a fool like this for all this time after he married Greta to help her inherit her fortune. Eric chimes in saying he married Greta for selfish motivations too – to get a share of the inheritance to help Melissa get her kids back. Greta steps in between the Brady boys. She tells Frankie the affair only happened two nights ago and that it wasn’t happening the whole time. Greta says they were on their way here tonight to tell him the truth about everything! Melissa grabs Sarah and takes her outside. Sarah throws Melissa’s hand off of her. Melissa confronts Sarah and tells her she knows Sarah was the one who took the pictures! Sarah denies it, but Melissa tells her to save the bull for someone stupid enough to believe it! Greta tearfully apologizes to Frankie. She says what they shared was magical and that she didn’t mean to do this to their marriage. They both flashback to when Frankie and Greta made love for the first time – Greta’s first time making love ever. Sarah confesses to Melissa she took the pictures and mailed them to Frankie. Melissa demands to know why Sarah would do this. Sarah recounts how she saw Eric and Greta kissing in the park and making love. She says she had her camera and one thing led to another. It was an instinct, Sarah says. Greta tells Frankie she wants to know who sent those pictures because they made Eric and Greta out to be liars. Frankie says they are liars! Frankie tells Greta and Eric he never wants to see them again. Frankie lashes out at Eric by saying he is a disgrace to the Brady name…first by cheating on Greta with Nicole all of those years ago…and now this – breaking up his own uncle’s marriage. Greta begs Frankie to forgive her. He says he cannot. He admits he might be able to in time. But he tells her their marriage is over. Frankie is shocked to see Greta does not seem very upset by this news. Melissa asks Sarah why she just didn’t tell Frankie instead of exposing Greta like this…so duplicitously. Sarah says she cannot tell Melissa that. Melissa informs Sarah she will tell Frankie Sarah was the one who took those pictures. Sarah falls to the ground, crying, and begs on her hands and knees for Melissa not to do that! Greta asks Eric to leave…and he does. Frankie asks Greta if this is what she wanted. She does not answer. Frankie pushes and grabs Greta and turns her to face her. Greta cries out that she was on her way tonight to confess everything and ask for a divorce! Frankie is devastated further. He cries. Melissa demands to know why Sarah is so scared about everyone knowing she was the one who sent the pictures. Sarah flashes back to Miguel threatening to kill her unless she helped reunite Miguel and Melissa! Sarah tells Melissa she cannot tell her. Melissa grabs Sarah and brings her into the house to reveal the truth to Frankie! Greta apologizes to Frankie and confesses that she loves him. She says she never thought this would happen, but she also says she would never ask Frankie to forgive her or give her another chance after this. Greta agrees maybe the best thing to do is to end their marriage. They are both beyond devastated at this turn of events. Greta prays one day Frankie will be able to forgive her. Frankie says he does understand what it is like not to forget or stop loving your first love…remembering his love for Jennifer. Greta and Frankie embrace. They both hug and are saddened at the destruction of their marriage. Greta tells Frankie that she loves him and a part of her always will. Frankie replies he loves her too. The two hug and stand in the darkness of the house. *FREEZE FRAME.*
