Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Oh. I forgot to mention This is going to sound mean but... does anybody think Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin's daughters are going to become the next Gigi and Bella Hadid of the modeling world? I mean, they are cute young teens, but not model material, surely? I can see why Gigi and even Kendall Jenner are models but these young girls... Am I missing something? Going blind? I can't see it.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHoBH: What to think about LVP's comment about Vince with his head up another woman's skirt? First of all, Vince comes across a little douchey to me and not really into his marriage with Eileen, but regardless. The comment doesn't reflect well on LVP -- **IF** LVP wants to stay the sweet animal-saving heroine of this show to her legion of fans. Which I don't think she does anymore. I think she is revelling in playing the wicked witch right now! And this is a HUGE relief because she cannot make the case of being the innocent party last season like she could in Season 5. I love LVP but last season made everybody look bad under YolandaStalin's rule. And that's ok. I can embrace the real LVP. I don't need her to be Mother Theresa. The only problem is, Eileen is going to milk this comment for the whole season. Good luck getting an apology for that, Eileen! LVP is also tapping on something she started last season which is... that Vince may be a cheater. That's the 'intent' that Eileen was upset about last season, and probably one she wants to avoid coming out in the open this season. My speculation. Eileen is going to have to buckle up and just keep being an icy bitch back to LVP. I actually think LVP prefers her interaction with Eileen when Eileen is sparring with her. It makes Eileen seem less humorless. Meanwhile, while Eileen keeps LVP occupied for now, Erika will be aiming to sneak in and steal LVP's crown! LVP vs Erika is the match to watch. Maybe not this season... but possibly next. LVP and Erika are frenemies right now but they also know they are each other's biggest rival. And Erika knows it is best she not confront Lisa directly. As predicted. Lisa Rinna sidled right up to LVP to beg her forgiveness and try to get into her good books. Spineless! Last season Kyle had LVP's back so I guess she feels she has a free pass to be a total bitch about her this season, especially since the other ladies are not really LVP's best friends. Kyle feels she is LVP's only close friend, that LVP is isolated form the group, and that gives Kyle leverage. I don't know who is dressing Lisa or doing her hair, but they need to be fired, and that bumpit needs to be burned! Two episodes in, and I'm still flummoxed why tomboy Kathryn was sidelined for this vapid Dorito chick. I don't even care why she has an accent, but the fact she called her kid Jagger says to me she thinks it makes her look 'cool' and 'edgy.' No, it doesn't, it makes you look ridiculous, dear. I knew I'd seen her husband somewhere before -- now I remember: Paul Kemsley used to own Tottenham Hotspur football club in London. The football business in the UK is ROLLING in money but also extremely, extremely dirty. He was also involved in some shady financial stuff that played a part in the 2008 financial meltdown and lost (or nearly lost) people their pensions. He eventually pleaded bankruptcy and got off without so much as a slap on the wrist. He is tight with tycoons like Mike Ashley and Sir Philip Green who also have some unsavoury business practices on their records. I cannot imagine how this is going to play here in the UK when this show finally gets shown! With all the money and mansions and expensive gifts. But he is entertaining in his particular way of being a working-class-made-good, North London geezer.

Ladies of London
Wow. 3 episodes into Season 3, and Caroline Fleming has become an actual human being. It is clear that her family never gave her much affection. I also like that she's the one trying to get Caroline Stanbury to stop being a total b!tch. Caroline S's attitude at Mapperton was stank. There was a moment when she talked about growing up in that aristo environment, and how it was like a noose around her neck, and I sort of understood why she has taken against Julie who has embraced that life. Julie seemed to lean in and understand where Caroline was coming from. Unfortunately, egged on by her 'service b!tch' Juliet, Caroline reverted back to her usual rudeness shtick. Juliet is so jealous of the other Americans (Marissa, Julie) who have 'done better' than her, and that's why she is encouraging the enmity between Caroline and Julie. Caroline F was right. It wasn't about rebelling against rules and regulations, it was about Juliet and Caroline S having no manners or respect.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I forgot to add about Matt. He is immature and insecure and that, coupled with some alcohol and anger management issues, is not a good combination. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that he has bad moods. But he needs to dial it back because he seems ready to snap to anger in an instant whenever we see him. If he's going to do this over a remote control for the garage, what's he going to do when Kenya finally changes the locks? Nevermind the physical aspect -- a relationship with all this emotional fighting and shouting is toxic and leaves both people unhappy. Perhaps best to nip this in the bud if this is the pattern. Also didn't like that Kenya called HIM after he'd kicked in her window. He should be calling her to apologize! After he begs her to give him another chance, she tells him the production crew are there. So why, when he drove over, did he have a tantrum about the cameras being around?

I know what you mean Cheap. But then this happens: BB COMEBACK: I think FXXK IT is a lowkey bop, and I like it. Last Dance is a typical ballad from YG but Korea loves those ballads. Plus GD has never looked better as in Last Dance, and the final shot on TOP is very moving. I want to shave Taeyang's hair off tho. Ugh! Sort your hair out dude! Stop killing the hot!
-
Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Yeah, I think Cheap said it all, it's the fact that she's stopped being so mean and bitter about Todd and is focusing her attentions on a worthy target -- Phaedra. Mama Joyce may be gross and vile, but Phaedra is much more than that. She make speak well, but she has done vile things to innocent people out in the real world -- thieving things.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
@Cheap21 @Nothin'ButAttitude Phaedra has huge platform (upwards of 1 million people watch RHoA LIVE every week -- that figure surely trebles with those DVRing the show), but unfortunately she is subduing the powerful message of BLM and using it for her own tawdry gain. Phaedra has been shoring up political connections for years, especially now that she has three or more people in prison taking the fall for her fraudulent schemes and probably ready to talk to the Feds (who I am sure have been compiling some kind of dossier of evidence against her for a while). She is trying to protect herself by piggybacking a politically-influential movement and making connections with long-standing politicians in Georgia. LBR Mama Joyce knows what she is talking about. Phaedra is a charlatan and has been ripping off older people for years, possibly via her church-and-sermon work initially. The mortuary business was meant to be a cover for that and a way to use dead people's social security numbers in fraudulent schemes. Bravo doesn't want to discuss the subject but Mama Joyce is bringing this out in the open so that it DOES become a talking point on the show. Mama Joyce has balls of steel. I am loving her this season!

Going into RHoBH I had lost the love for LVP. However, the moment I heard Vanderpump purrrrrr with rrrrrrrrrrrelish over her line about leaving the crown where it belongssssss, I was hooked. Erika was all over her tagline, too. TBH judging by the credits alone, all these women sound like they have upped their cigarette intake and put on some pounds (except for Rinna, obvs). Not that it looks bad on them! Erika has that sexy bombshell thing going on, and LVP is the sultry siren. Kyle is def getting in on some caboose action too lol. Erika seems to be trying to warm up her ice queen image -- she was a lot warmer and friendlier onscreen this episode than the whole last season. Did you guys know that Eileen is the oldest of the current HWs? I was surprised when I read that. LVP is over a year younger than Eileen. Eileen has had great work done. I just hope she dials it back on the snarling rottweiler this season. I got her points last season but her delivery was awful towards the end. LVP turning her back on Eileen was lololol, esp with Kristen DiMera looming over LVP's shoulder. I wonder if Lisa will ice Eileen out of the show by the end of the season. Not sure about Dorit. I miss Kathryn tbh. She was fired too quickly! Oh, Kyle has been a shady inauthentic tryhard since Season 1 -- she actively pitted Taylor against LVP and encouraged the enmity. I guess it made her feel powerful? With Kyle it has always been a mix of jealousy, low self-esteem, and social climbing (brown-nosing the even richer girls like Adrienne). I do think LVP is manipulative and I am watching her with trepidation this season, but I feel for her with a 'friend' like Kyle. Kyle constantly bitches against Lisa, but when Lisa is (rightfully) hurt, Kyle yells at her that she 'can't take a joke,' 'holds a grudge,' 'never lets it go.' Kyle is a feckless friend.

I know, I don't understand why they are cutting down on the specially composed background music for the show. I always knew by the music who was going to be on screen even before they appeared. I remember Kim Z got some farty sounding music that weirdly fit her perfectly. I also love the final music they play at the end of BH and OC each season when they are going through what each woman has 'learnt' from the season. I find that music lowkey moving actually.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Oh, I admit -- I love ragging on her! She'd sell her sister down the river if it meant a step up the social-climbing ladder and acceptance by the Rich Girls. Plus when she gets to play victim, it's her big 'This isn't about YOU, LEEE-SA! This is about ME!" spotlight moment. Kyle is extremely transparent. RHoA: Is anybody buying Phaedra's Phoundation? She is piggy-backing on Black Lives Matter in order to clean up her tarnished reputation. I can't believe security was so lax at the DNC that she and Poorsha were able to sneak in! I did feel bad about the bomb threat, but I have to ask what Phaedra may or may not have done to incite bomb threats? Is this what happens when you hang with dodgy types and get involved with scams? Mama Joyce is fun (in small doses) but referring to her daughter's hoo-ha as a "rusty pipe"? TMI. Mama Joyce is better off giving shade rather than being Kandi's sex therapist. I'm also not sure I needed to see allllll of that scene between Kandi and Todd but, hey, it's not like we get to see a ton of AA love scenes on TV as it is. Kairo is literally the spitting image of Bob Whitfield. I have to admit I liked the discussion Bob and Sheree had with him. I used to be virulently anti-drugs, including pot, growing up. But after hearing about its medicinal purposes in recent years, especially for chemo patients and people with high anxiety, I have to wonder if we are penalizing the wrong kinds of drug use. I'm not sure Kairo was so ready to lay off the recreational pot use with his friends though. Seeing Cynthia's new lake house was a nice change of pace, and felt fun and light-hearted. Atlanta is still in its early episodes so it's not really reached its full momentum. I also feel like it is experimenting with a different feel (certainly the background music has felt different in these few episodes) and maybe more producer involvement in the show. So much of it feels scripted at the moment.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Here I am! I thought nothing could beat Lisa's amazing "Throw me to the wolves, and I shall return leading the pack" tag from Season 6, but this one is pretty close! I was getting tired of the diamonds and rosé stuff because I think we are all aware that LVP is a master operator bts and on screen. The others are ok. Could have been worse. Erika's is clever. IA with everybody who finds Kyle's uninspired. But then again, without her sister drama, what else is there to talk about with Kyle? Her tags have always been some variation of "I'm from BH; I know what's real and what's fake; I am also the luckiest girl in this town!" One of these days, they are going to run out of lucky/fake/BH puns and start referencing the hair ("My hair may be long -- ooo! -- but, like me, it's 99% real!"). I am rewatching S7 in anticipation; it's not quite as bad as I initially remembered. My love for both LVP and Eileen took such a blow last year, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to enjoy watching them again. I still think Yol should have stayed to face the music this season but perhaps the one I'm most disappointed about leaving is Kathryn. She wasn't that bad, guys! In fact, she was nice, normal, a tomboy, and desperate for the other women's friendship. I think she added a different vibe that wasn't all about toxicity and manipulating the audience but lol I know I'm alone in thinking that.

Ladies of London
Julie and her husband feels like a business arrangement, similar to the way Edith Wharton described British aristos marrying wealthy American heiresses at the turn of the 20th century in The Buccaneers. By contrast, seeing Matt burst into tears after the baby was born and asking after Marissa, it is clear they have a love match. Caroline Stanbury is still a cold bitch but she has never pretended otherwise. The love I had for her last season is seeping away, though. Sophie Stanbury is a natural fit for the show (jury is still out on this Adela newbie). Speaking of Sophie, seems like her ex was tomcatting around and couldn't stay off the hard stuff, if you read between the lines of what she was saying. Poor Sophie. On the upside, her hair is the most fabulous of all the Bravo shows. Caroline Fleming is still as fake and pretentious as ever! And so is that twit, Juliet. She jumped right in to the Julie-Caroline fight in order to kiss Caroline S's ass. Every word she was spewing about Julie "preying on the weak" was a direct quote from Kyle Richards back in S5 when she told Brandi that LVP preys on weakness. If ever an original thought were to cross Juliet's mind, she would literally faint from shock. I noticed she didn't get any individual/home scenes this episode. Perhaps the house in Clapham is not considered as glamorous as the other women's palatial walk-in closets?? A comment on Reality Tea put it very succinctly: "She's like a Walmart shopper amidst the Harrods group." Excuse me about ranting about Juliet again lol

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
She would be, though I still want her with Leon! Better him than a wife collector like David Foster or Mo Hadid's next GF. And you are right -- in terms of hair, style and making an entrance, 'frugal' Cynthia would be outshining the other HWs who think drowning in labels means getting dressed for an event. Maybe she could also help Eileen out in the fashion stakes. Speaking of that poor-ass ex cast member, Brandi tweeted the following but later pulled it down: http://www.celebitchy.com/513676/brandi_glanville_deleted_her_offensive_sacrilegious_photo_of_a_nativity_scene_/ I'm not a regular churchgoer but I was raised as catholic and do find it offensive. It's a free country I know but... was this necessary? So glad this trashbox is no longer on BH.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Nobody talking about Cynthia and Leon? I was all about those scenes in LA with the launch of Cargo etc. Cynthia was so confident steering press and media Noelle's way and working the room. Noelle will never be the model her mom is, but I liked seeing them work together (as spoiled as Noelle is). Best of all were the scenes with Cynthia & Leon. I feel like Leon still loves her and would get back with her if he could. Maybe I am projecting, but I really loved the way he was talking to her and the way she was leaning in to him. LOL spoke too soon! Yeah, I wondered about that too. It would make me sad because I think Cynthia is an oasis of relative calm in the RHoA vortex. But I would totally support her need to put her business and her family and new life first. I also support her joining BH, even though she is probably not as rich or as bling-bling as LVP, Erika Girardi etc. Uninterested in the fake Sheree/Bob stuff, or the taser scenes. The funniest thing was seeing Phaedra ALL in fluorescent white and running around like a potato with legs in the perma-darkness. LOL @ Mama Joyce talking while Ace was being rocked in that weird AF machine behind her. Kandi going OFF on Bloick was absolutely deserved. What a POS he is, using his daughter like that. I hope his ass gets dragged to hell and back. Next week's previews and what Kenya says about Matt are... concerning.

I feel bad about posting this here -- Cheap, you must hate me for doing it. I mention it in case you feel like talking about it. Anyway, YG announced that 2NE1 have officially disbanded, Bom did not re-sign her contract with YG. And Nam Taehyun of Winner has been forced out of the group permanently. Honestly, 2016 has been a sh!tfest.

RHoA: I feel trepidatious watching Kenya's SL. OTOH, I like Kenya and Matt together. Driving in the car, he seems a nice fit for her and (his sister aside) his family seems to love her. She seems to adore his family. Tamra Tattles indicated that Kenya must be also very much attracted to a united family that wants her and accepts her, unlike her own mom. I am just nervous watching K&M because I know this is going to implode and Matt is gong to reveal his anger issues soon. I don't buy this Sheree & Bob... thing. Bob is almost as thirsty as Peter for a peach! Speaking of thirsty... who was that chick who rolled in on Kandi at her place of work all mic-ed up and pretending to be mending the rift between Riley and her deadbeat dad?? That girl was desperate for some camera time and her 'concern' about Block's non-existent relationship with his daughter was disingenuous. Somebody wants a role on RHoA! And Block is trash. "If she don't urge my daughter to call me" -- Turd, that's why it's up to YOU to call your daughter and arrange time with her! What a spineless famewhore he is too. Making Kandi ku-ku-ku-cry in her signature shaky way! Porsha looking for a sperm donor... NEXT! Can't she just poke a hole in the condom of the old geezer she is bedding for luxury goods? That's how proper gold diggers do it! Phaedra really has no SL this season huh.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
THIS classic moment! And on Heather's jutting jaw of anger, too! Actually, if Shannon doesn't leave the show of her own volition after this reunion, it will reflect badly on her. No one in their right mind would put up with this type of rumor-mongering from a fellow castmate if the allegations were completely false. Because this is the kind of gossip which ruins lives and makes men unhireable. She would leave for the good of her family. But I have a feeling she won't. And she'll be sanctimonious about it -- "I'm doing this to clear David's name!" TBH, I cannot deny that Shannon makes the show tick. She creates drama and story, and she isn't completely evil like Tamra is. Nor is she as slippery and untrustworthy as Vicki is. When she admits to her flaws and foibles, I warm to her. When she tries to pretend there's nothing to see here, that's when I smell the BS. Was it one of you guys who said you thought Shannon and David probably got mega drunk and both went at each other and hit each other and that was probably what happened? I thought that was an interesting theory. Maybe Shannon called his bluff once when a fight went out of control and that's why this is now a matter of public record.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I am rewatching S5 of RHoNY and, in hindsight, I think Bravo did the right thing by turfing out Jill, Kelly and Cindy (nasty, nasty women). If they had stayed, the show would be a hot mess and run into the ground like NJ. Instead, having three new, well-chosen additions gave NY a new lease of life. The trip to St Barts and the aftermath was AMAZING. The problem IMO was that Bravo waited too long between s4 and s5 so that when s5 finally came out, people had forgotten about the show. Carole, Aviva and Heather (at the time) breathed new life into the franchise; IMO, they could have skipped Season 6 (with dull Kristen -- the only good thing that season was Aviva tossing her leg in the finale) and gone straight to S7 with Bethenny who kickstarted the show again. NY cleaned house and now is on its third cycle and fresher than ever. Contrast with NJ which is still stuck in 2012. Yes, last season they tried with the newbies but those were very poor choices. Personally, I think OC would benefit from the NY treatment. Vicki's cancer scam and her lack of accountability has dragged on for too long, and it is because of her that the Three Witches are bent out of shape. I'd fire Tamra, Heather and maybe even Vicki and start totally afresh. Shocking as that sounds. I don't think Tamra or Vicki are going anywhere tho, otherwise what would be the point of bringing on Lizzie and Gretchen?
-
Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Underwhelmed by Part 2 of the OC Reunion. I FFed a few times. The Three B*tches are obviously awful. But Andy will never hold Tamra's feet to the fire to make this Reunion worthwhile. Plus Kelly is all over the place. She needs to pick her battles -- sadly, she isn't too swift. Interrupting Heather every 2 seconds is not effective. Nailing her for being a hypocrite bitch and highlighting the set-up should have been the way to go. I can see why she didn't feel sorry for her language. Andy was clutching his pearls over her lack of apology, but why should she when The Three Bs were out to get her from the get-go? Heather basically dug her own grave, especially when Bravo trotted out the BTS footage. Bravo producers must REALLY dislike her and Terry. The mask has most definitely fallen from the Jutting-Jawed One's face.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
IA, I think Kenya and Sheree are enjoying the hell out of this 'feud.' It is so obviously made for the cameras. I have to imagine RHoA stepped in to 'regulate' the SLs because apparently last season took about 3 years to film lol because they were scrambling around for story. Still, Nene must LIVID about Sheree holding a peach this season and her not being on the show. That Bravo cheque would have come in handy with the IRS. I know we talked about Shannon Beador's weight gain on the OC... is it me or has Phaedra added curves to her curves too? I am really warming to Kenya this season. I think it is unfair that people are attacking Moore Manor and the fact that it was partially incomplete when the party went ahead. It took her less than a year to renovate from the ground up. Contrast with Chateau Sheree which took over 5 years and may not yet be habitable! I am worried about this Matt SL, tho. Matt is playing the passive-aggressive game with Kenya, and it is NOT a good look on him. The fact that Cynthia and Kandi were highly unsure about him in their VTs is a warning signal. Mama Joyce was hilarious and the truth about Phaedra IS long overdue -- however, Kandi getting her mom to be her mouthpiece was shady.
