   I saw the responses to Lindsay Hartley, and I gotta agree.  Even though I like Kelly Monaco, Lindsay Hartley did much better and does resemble and have great chemistry with NLG and agree has awesome chemistry with Steve Burton too.

WOW, shocker.  I predict Courtney Hope going to GH since Chad Duell her real-life boyfriend is there. ON GH maybe as an Ellie Spinelli re-cast, or Sarah Webber.  Or maybe DAYS, she'd make a good Theresa re-cast. 

Glad that Nina told the truth about Nelle, that was the best part of today's return episode. Also surprised Dante is back in the very first new episode.  Looks like it's the begining of the end of Ned & Olivia.  I wish they'd axed Olivia, and if Dante is crazy still (and it looks like he is), then have him commit suicide and write him off for good too.  I will say Dom Zamprogna looks better, looks like he's lost weight. 

  Please don't let Lani & Eli's baby die. Let it be born healthy.  Tired of all the bad luck for this couple.   Eve must've went around the bend when she was falsely imprisoned for her attempted murder of Jennifer.  I kind of hope it backfires with Ben ending up killing Eve, it would best a big ironic twist. I do NOT want Ben to kill Ciara. 

Looks wise, she looks good.  Hope she can act.  I wish Olivia Rose Keegan wasn't leaving.  In this pic she looks more like Claire. Do a Google search and see more.

Great Temp Re-cast. Both Lindsay Korman-Hartley and Kelly Monaco are 5'3" and Korman-Hartley is 43, Monaco 44.  I was thinking Korman-Hartley was taller, but checked online and both are the same height.  Liked her as Cara on AMC, and Arianna on DAYS.

Lisa Canning was once an Entertainment Tonight reporter, and was the 2nd Meg Lawson on GH.

 I saw Alan Sarapa does NOT have Olivia Rose Keegan(Claire) listed in his 9. He updated with a new post, he forgot to add ORK, so it is 10! Then there is 2.  I am guessing Melissa Reeves(Jennifer) due to the racist support she's given  and Suzanne Rogers(Maggie), maybe  who chose to retire, or Ari Zucker(Nicole) leaves when Greg Vaughan(Eric) does, and Eric not re-cast. Or Eric Martsolf(Brady) and Stacy Haiduk(Kristen). 

Remember earlier this year there was a rumor of Jacob Young (ex JR Chandler, AMC; ex-Rick Forrester, B&B; ex-Lucky Spencer, GH) joining. Some people then thought he could be a recast Phillip, but I am.thinking re-cast Eric. Also saw rumor today of Billy Miller. I would prefer Jacob.

To be fair, it's been a while since they pulled the twin twist. I'll have to say Allie's very well cast as Sami's daughter, it really showed in that scene between her and Sami.

  Hope so about Stefan.   Lindsay Arnold (Allie) should be put on contract pronto, same goes for Ali Sweeney!

  Agreed.  Good idea about Gregg Marx resurrecting David.  They should've brought him back when they brought on Eli, and never killed off David.

  I hope the Victoria Konefal rumors are untrue.   DAYS needs Ciara and Shawn and Belle and Claire, now that Kristian Alfonso(Hope) is leaving. 

  I am definitely shocked and going to be sorry that Kristian Alfonso is leaving as Hope.  She will be missed by me. 

  I read elsewhere that A Martinez is returning in August, and that Galen Gering(Rafe) and Camila Banus(Gabi) exit in September.

    I would re-cast Dante with a young actor, or axe Lisa LoCicero(Olivia)  so it looks more realisitic for Dante to be Olivia's son. Kill off Olivia, she's annoying as hell.  Never was much a fan.  Hated LoCicero on ONE LIFE and on LOVING or THE CITY, which ever she was on. 

DAYS -- None needed of those on the show currently. I would bring back Joey Johnson re-cast, Melissa Anderson, Lisa Trusel or a recast like Gina Tognoni, Jeremy Horton re-cast. Also I'd get a great recast for EJ DiMera, since James Scott has quit acting.  Paul Leyden (ex-Simon, ATWT, exY&R) or Aidan Turner (ex-Aiden Devane, GH) would make a great recast. 

 

  Michael had an edge, and Chad Duell did great, when Sonny killed AJ, and Michael hated Sonny and changed his last name to Quartermaine.  This should've NEVER been undone, although AJ should've NEVER been killed off. 

 

 

I agree GH needs Lucky and Serena back.  Agree Jeff Branson might be good as Lucky.

   I hope  NOT.  Guy Wilson makes Chandler Massey look like an Oscar winner!  He got worse and worse as time went on. IF DAYS were to recast Will, I'd hope Chandler Massey didn't want to return and that DAYS would get an experienced actor more similiar to Chandler Massey in looks.

   Do wish Maura West or Ari Zucker won Best Actress, I would've tied them.  I agree with Soapsuds, I am sick of Heather Tom being nominated and winning.  You'd think she'd take her name from the running.   She did look pretty though, and I do like her acting.     I would've picked Jon Lindstrom for Best Actor.  But I do agree Jason Thompson has done a great job as Billy, even though a lot of the writing in the last year for Billy has really sucked.  Tamara Braun was a good pick for Supporting, although I was rooting for Susan Seaforth Hayes.   I was pleasantly surprised that Bryton James won, I would've chose someone else though. I think Olivia Rose Keegan did great last year as Claire Brady going pyro mentally ill, glad she won.  I do think DAYS should've won Best Drama.  GH submitting "The Chriistma Carol" episodes was very dumb imho.  I also think Y&R milked the Kristoff St. John/Neil Winters tribute too much for the Daytime Emmys, but it won them the Best Drama and Best Supporting Actor nods though. Also I think Lisa De Cosette and Lee Phillip Bell's deaths played in part for the Y&R Best Drama win.

No one deserved to win. It's sad no matter who would've won we'd still be laughing about it. 

 

BB writing is horrific.

  She used to be a few years back.  But she really came through in the pyro mania story and has done well since her return imho as well.

DAYS should fire Melissa Reeves this time.  I love Jennifer and have been a Melissa Reeves fan since her days as Jade Perkins on SANTA BARBARA. But she most definitely should be given  a  chance to apologize, I guess first.  IF she refuses, then fire her ass and re-cast.  Beth Chamberlin (ex-Beth, GL), Cady McClain (ex-Dixie, AMC, ex-Rosanna, ATWT, ex-Kelly, Y&R), Gina Tognoni (ex-Phyllis, Y&R ex-Kelly OLTL, ex-Dinah GL), Sandra Dee Robinson (ex-Amanda, AW, ex-Felicia, GH), & Krista Tesreau (ex-Mindy, GL, ex-Tina, OLTL) are some of the opts I've come up with who could take over as Jenn.  I think Beth Chamberlin and Sandra Dee Robinson are the best options looks wise.
