Certainly they were preferable to the gangsters, murderers, and abusers who invaded the show in the late ‘90s, but one thing that annoyed me about Labine-era GH were the sanctimonious, stuffy, condescending men usually tasked with taming a free-spirited woman (Mac, Ned, Kevin). I just watched the FOTH theme in the thread about soap openings, and it brought all that back.

1) The virus has the ability to lay dormant in healthy cells before reactivating and making people sick again. It could mean the virus may act like hepatitis or HIV in that once your infected, you always carry the virus.
2) Testing failure. Meaning the patients were actually still positive but the test came back with a false negative.
3)Survivors do not acquire prolonged immunity. This would mean, that herd immunity would be impossible to ever achieve as too many people would be prone to reinfection.

My friends in Singapore have been telling me about this. You can be fined $10,000 for leaving your house while sick (even without COVID). Just shows how a return to normalcy can be fleeting. -

I’m not sure. That guy is a good resource and I’ll check to see if he has a website.

AOC was pretty good as a judge. You could tell she loved the show (before she said it explicitly backstage on Untucked).
I thought Jan was great, but Gigi deserved that win.
Glad to see Brita finally gone.
