As far as how Ethan and Maya end up married, I think I got it: Tracy and Luke are so drunk, Ethan and Maya have to be their "proxies", and end up trying to say "I do" for them, but since proxy has to be approved beforehand (doesn't it?), since Ethan and Maya probably say the vows....legally, THEY are married, not Luke and Tracy.

But, that's just a guess.

Oh, Larry Ashton/Hugo. The man is sex-ay. STILL. And he's more than old enough to be my father, but I don't care.

I will have to rely on everyone's vivid details about what is happening and what will happen, because right now at home I have neither internet or cable-trying to pay off some of these medical and other bills...speeding ticket, blah blah blah...so it's kind of crunch time for me, and I can't afford non essentials right now.

And, we aren't allowed to access YouTube at work anymore, or download clips, so I might actually end up several months behind in viewing.....*grumbles*...there goes my Will Ferrell "funny or die" clip viewing, too....*mumbles*

I'm cool with it. It'll kind of be neat to catch up on everything happening all at once. At any rate, even if I had access, work is so INSANE, and I have been going out of town because of that, and going again in a few days, so I'm never home lately anyway. Which is kind of cool, but I think I gained five pounds last week from eating out.

About Laura-eh, I think some people are blowing smoke. An official anouncement would have been made by the mags before someone on SD would know about it. I don't buy that, I especially don't buy that they know about it but can't answer more specific questions.

Just wishful thinking..and if she does come back, ho-hum. I don't think it's possible to care less.

I know the LnL's want the Lunacy/Lacy camp to be shaking in their boots over that bore, but I haven't and never will.

And Genie Francis just bores me in scenes. She makes Tracy almost unwatchable for me.

I don't care one way or the other about Mayan, I am still holding out for Ethan and Brook. Shake it up and put Maya with Nikolas-and switch them. One is more the other's type, anyway.....I am looking forward to the Christmas wedding.

Seriously, if they just have her find out and leave Luke at the altar, and he just leaves town again because she won't have him, just like the summer....come on, now. At least, maybe have Tracy run off and Luke chase her down.

So the lunacy wedding must be the one Guza spoiled in the last SOD to be a winter wedding before xmas where the people you think are going to get married aren't the ones who do. I'm sure lunacy don't get married. My bet is either a) laura shows up with scott (which isn't that likely) or Luke gets kidnapped by the balkan or something and Tracy assumes he left her at the alter.

So it really is pretty straightforward, then, if I'm interpreting the mag thing right: Tracy and Luke don't get married, but Maya/Ethan do. So the spumor/rumor that led to some thinking it would be two opposite partners was likely just made up? The spoilers sound straight forward to me, and when they're like that, translation: this won't be a story, but rather, comic filler.

And.....if Luke, after all his pestering, doesn't show up? Tracy can kill him. (sorry, funny girl....) That's a ridiculous thing, after all they've been through. That's regression to the umpth degree.

Now, if Tracy backs out, it's more understandable, and honestly, I'd much rather see that.

Leave Luke standing there...then go find Harlan or Robert or Paul or Larry or any other man, Tracy.

I'd like to know which one of them chooses Laura's birthday. Or maybe they don't even acknowledge it onscreen, but viewers will know that it is.

I can see Luke using Laura's birthday to prove to Tracy that he is over Laura, but isn't that kind of the opposite effect? Choosing anything to do with Laura on their day is not complimentary to them, either really. It would be a nice twist if Tracy were to be the one with cold feet.

Didn't the mag spoiler directly say they'd remarry? I don't know why they wouldn't, if it did.

Hmm, so maybe Ethan/Maya ARE the wedding/marriage. And, Tracy/Luke don't remarry for some reason. Or they have a double wedding?

Yeah, I don't care for Maya either, which is a shame, considering technically she's a Q. But I blame Guza, mostly. She's a very underdeveloped character. But then, really...so is Ethan, and NP does so much more with it.

My money is on Ethan/Tracy - THAT would be a hoot, especially since we've already seen Luke's jealousy in this matter.

Personally though I don't think Luke ever gets that drunk nor would Tracy get that drunk again. The end couples are Luke/Tracy, Ethan/KRISTINA, and Maya/?, so I'm not going to get too up in arms about Ethan/Maya and a wedding rumour.

I want Brook/Ethan, the mini version of Lacy... that much mutual possible hotness at least deserves to be chem tested...but Guza doesn't give a rat's patootie what I want, so it's irrelevant until and unless he decides to go that route.

I find the very idea of Brook and Nik to be nauseating. Tyler is old enough, by daytime standards, to almost play her father. Not that the age difference thing really matters...I just don't buy that Brook would find him attractive, unless they are going to play up the daddy replacement angle. Tyler is good looking..but he is showing his age, and it's more apparent than ever up against AL.

You all know how I feel about Kristina. No need to rehash that.

Unfortunately, they've already established that Ethan/Tracy have a great stepmama/son relationship...otherwise, I'd root for a Treat/Lacy triangle. That's one case where I wouldn't care about the age difference. Because Tracy is cool like that.

Even Guza wouldn't be so predictable as to have Luke and Tracy get married again in the exact same way, would he? If this is true, I think the "shocking" wedding will be Ethan/Maya, or Tracy/Ethan.

On Tracy/Ethan. My goodness. I'd give a month's salary to see that play out. Pretty please with sugar on top.

From what I heard from a source who usually gets things right, luke/tracy will be remarried by the end of the year and will end up "borrowing" someone's else's wedding when it is interrupted. I hear their new vows are going to be hilarious.

To be positive, I have absolutely no doubt that Jane and Tony will rock those scenes. To be negative-looks like Luke will be "trying to win her back" for about two seconds before she caves. And thus ends any apparent "story" for Tracy, and back she goes in the closet.

Ignore that negativity if you can. I just feel like punching someone in the face...it has NOT been a good day.

I love "Treat". I love that Tracy is shown caring about Luke's kids, I just wish she and Brookie were able to be less antagonistic. I know that's the Q way, but it would be nice for her to embrace her only grandchild and for Brookie to want to get to know her Granny.

I have to heat my food on the S-T-O-V-E. Or in that oven contraption. Imagine that. And truthfully, I love it. I have even popped popcorn in a kettle on the stove recently. I am the anti gadget girl. I use SNAIL MAIL more than email. I just think it's all so much more personal.

I don't really care one way or the other about NLG-never been a fan, and care even less about Alexis. BUT I do get her frustration. I'm not saying she doesn't have a right to be upset. It's just the wrong way to go about it. And I'd say the same thing if it were our Jane. There comes a time, excuse my expression here, when you have to crap or get off the pot. Either find another job, or quit without finding another job, but don't diss your employers AND co workers publically, then still cash your check.

That's....all kinds of lame and unprofessional. To put it mildly. Especially since she made the choice to voluntarily re-sign with them recently.

Still no dated confirmed or even suggested for a Tracy sighting, I see. Daytime is starting to annoy me. I'm not watching GH anymore - though I'm still firmly on our rattly LuNacy train - and I only watch Days for the Magic scenes. I used to be able to clock 4 hours a day - mind you, that was before husband and kids - but I'm not even finding time for the shows I've recorded.

Yeah, my main reason for not keeping up is work and other stuff. Too much going on, and not enough interest in anything non Tracy. I used to love Days, and I could get back into it easily if I made the time. But I just don't have the time......

Off topic, but I read something about comments NLG tweeted. Anybody know anything about that, about how she was complaining about not working? Not that I really care, I guess I'm just bored and wanted to hear something juicy.

She does sound as if she's dangerously close to Genie Francis territory, though.

Publically whining is so fifth grade. I think it backfired on her, as well it should have.

LOL funny, girl-tell us how you really feel. Don't hold back. Oddly enough, even though I hate how every woman in town wants him, I can take Sonny over Jason and Carly any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Without Jason and Carly polishing his image, I have a feeling we'd just have dark Sonny, eventually shooting himself or something-the way that character would probably end it, on a well written show.

Carly and Jason? They are far too shallow to have much use anymore, but come to think of it, did they ever? NOPE.

I can't even bring up too much enthusiasm for Lacy, but I know that's partly the exhaustion talking. Even on their worse day, I'd still take Lacy over Luke and Bora. Not even a contest. I LOATHE Laura though, so you know, her only good "pairing" for me would be Laura/Death. Or, in a more generous mood, Laura/being sucked into a black vortex.

It's kind of like Scott still being obsessed with Laura after Dominique ( a REAL woman). Stupid, and it made no sense.

I'd be okay with Jerry being the Balkan IF it were an umbrella story. But it won't be. It'll be all about characters I care nothing about.

And, Jerry either IS the Balkan, or working for him. Why else bring him back now? What a disappoint, because once again, Guza's failed to be the slightest bit original or creative. Not that I'm surprised. Now, if he made Harlan the Balkan, I'd still hardly care unless Tracy were involved, but at least that would be potentially interesting in terms of affecting a lot of people.

However, since the Balkan has major interest or ties to Brenda, no matter who it is, it'll be all about Jason and Sonny. Just like everything is. So.....I can't honestly bring myself to care too much about it.

The freezer thing sounds interesting, but they aren't putting them back together that fast, I hope. And ewwww. Sounds like the rumors about Jerry being the Balkan might be true, and that fits in with the Balkan having a romantic past with someone like Alexis.

I don't care. I don't care about Brenda, Jerry, ALexis, any of her spawn. Boring. It would also tie into Jax/Brenda, so yup. That's probably what Guza is going to do. SO predictable, lame....UGH. There goes any interest I have in this story, if true.

Hey, I say bring it on. Jane doesn't get enough drama to do, and she and Tony are still the best actors GH has.

I dunno.... Guza wanted Jane back and professes to adore her, and insiders claim he's wanted to tell this story for ages (about the same time as Jane returning) but it finally came together with the return of Brenda. So we might be pleasantly surprised. I know many don't believe a word out of Guza's mouth, but the truth of the matter is he rarely lies - he just couches his words in such a way that people infer a different meaning that he's conveying.

Any way you cut it, TG returning from vacation always means more Tracy.

Eh, it's not lying so much, as it is, he makes statements on purpose that he knows will get people to watch, when in fact he has no intention of ever carrying those SL's out. Well, okay. I call that lying, because he knows when he's saying it that he's full of crap.

So, yeah. And I do know he says he adores Jane, and I actually believe that. But that doesn't mean he'll write for her.

It would be AWESOME if he did. Not because the story would be great, but because Jane would do it right.
