I just love how most of the mid players/some top ranked played this week yet lost early while Thiem is at home spending quality with his brother. He finally realized playing those two tournaments was a waste of time. Oh btw Grigor lost early again...he is another player who could drop out of the top 20 if he doesn't qualify for the year ending championship which he won last year...I believe he garnered over 1000 points in that win.

The Sock comment isn't new...everyone knows he is a clown except for the tennis media at ESPN and Tennis Channel. His career has become a joke and now the tennis media is pimping his stellar doubles career. They have nothing else left to pimp considering he will soon be out of the top 100 in rankings. He lost to Verdasco of all people. Many are saying Andy is done and that he should retire. I think Andy knows it too but is still trying one last time to recapture something.
