So a week after days of days there was another Days fan event in Florida with different current and former castmates.

He was my favorite too and he was the original actor in the role.

He must have been forgettable as a paramedic because I saw those scenes but don't remember him.😂

@Khan I think Franko meant that JR actually didn't get shot. It's ridiculous that only one person died during the massacre and Steven's lover in episode 1. No Alexis in the episode was a terrible blunder by the producers. Dynasty plummeted in episode 2 in the ratings.

@GLATWT88 Looking back and it's worse than I thought for GL. Their cliffhanger for the week before is Josh and Reva's wedding. The following week GL dropped during the wedding. I've never seen a soap drop when a start of wedding was a cliffhanger. Here's the promo for that week. Apparently the announcer wasn't right? People weren't waiting for it.😂

There are just 4 weeks left of ratings and 1989 is complete minus the two weeks missing. One in October and the other in November....

A weaker GL and misplaced Capital really helped ATWT to the #2 spot. Of course Douglas Marland had a lot to do with it too.

I'm surprised at how quickly Roger's return tanked. Reva and Josh brought the ratings up but for me it was a failure ratings wise. They are supposed super couple and their wedding only ranks #7 for the week?

I had to watch the tape. I didn't get out of school until after GL was over. I recorded all the CBS soaps. First thing I did was drop the backpack and get a snack and start watching my tape. I'm glad to have this episode on DVD from the release back in 2012. How I wish more episodes had been released on DVD. I bought all the DVD releases that were released.

ATWT recovering and back at 6.4. ATWT: Julie/Andy/Lucinda/Duke/John story. Emily and Brock as a couple and the tango dance at the benefit. Lily arrives at the benefit married to gay Derek. The beginning of Martha exist storyline. Hal getting closer with his son Adam as a jealous Tom watches.

Wow! 37 years ago today. Some great soapy soap.
