  1. Shocking! Sure he didn't have any dramatic scenes or big scenes yet, but I thought he was decent. Wonder what the real story is.
  2. Thanks. So I guess that means he wrote the breakdown for Tuesday's episode - I will give him that credit for the archive. Please let me know if/when he's credited again with the BDWs.
  3. Correct. I think this is the first time that the show finally saying it was rape because I don't remember it being discussed, on the show, as a rape. I remember having arguments with some people on this board who said it wasn't rape. Even years later, whenever someone mentioned this situation, people were still saying it wasn't rape. As for what's happening now, I just wish Allie, Sami, and Lucas were on the show to properly deal with this sensitive issue. I also didn't like how Johnny was told in the middle of the pub. I know sets are limited but they couldn't figure out a better way for Johnny to find out? And I don't think Ron Carlivati was the right writer to write this story.
  4. If Taylor doesn't release any new songs this year, HBDUWM is going to be my most played song of 2025. I'm still addicted to it.
  5. Tuc Watkins was in a couple of episodes of Paradise, playing the husband of a billionaire.
  6. Kat looked great! I don't mind her in "contemporary" clothes, but I'm glad she's back to her everyday-style in the previews for next week. She and Tomas look good together but yeah, his line delivery is pretty bad. LOL. I'm tired of Dani's antics. Too much too soon. And that's coming from someone who loved Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald's antics. LOL But one is in her 50's and the other was in the early 20's. How did MVJ get Derek and Ashley so wrong? She created these two? Yikes.
  7. Ratings for the week March 3-7, 2025
  8. I said "poorer" and not "poor." LOL I just think having 4-5 member middle or upper-middle class family would've been better. We'll see in the long run (hopefully it will be a long run) if this becomes a bigger issue.
  9. I agree with this. Say what you want about Passions, but they got it right when it came to the having core families - having one rich family and three middle class families. The Duprees/Richardson family is just way too big. You could've taken 4-5 characters out of that family and create another core, and poorer, family.
  10. Nooo....we can't call them TomKat because that was Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' nickname. LOL
  11. Thanks, Jason. We don't know for sure but my speculation is JSR wanted to bring in her own HWs and had to wait until Ron's contract/cycle was up. JSR has known Jeanne since the eary 90's, and Paula for a couple of decades as well.
  12. Agreed. I say kill off Chase and rid of that family once and for all. I wouldn't mind a Brook Lynn/Dante/Lulu. Amanda Setton was once again really good in Monday's episode - I think this should be her Emmy submission. Would love to see her get nominated for this episode. I'm officially on the Gio/Emma train after today's episode.
  13. What happened to Dani's phone? No way an iPhone breaks down in 2 inches of liquid. LOL I really like how open Kat/Chelsea are with each other. They're one of my favourite relationships.
  14. But we've seen in the past that actors can improve over time, especially with good material. A quick example that comes to mind is Ari Zuker on DAYS. She was god awful in the beginning but she turned out to be a pretty good actress. And yeah, there are examples where actors don't improve. But I think it's fair to give them a chance, especially more than 6-7 episodes.
  15. And that's on the writers. It's not like they're getting some great material and the actors aren't showing up. The writing for them as sucked big time. If Naomi and Hayley were best friends, we should have more scenes with them. They've have like what, less than a handful of scenes together?
  16. Now that all the writers have been listed for BTG, we don't need to post the daily credits. Just need to post whenever there is a new writer or director or producer is listed for the first/last time.
  17. Are you trying to say that the show has to pay Ron, long after he's gone, if they edit his material? If so, I don't think that's accurate. Once Ron's cycle over and his contract is done, they don't have to pay him anymore, and it doesn't matter if his material is edited or not. Also, I don't think the scripts are so far in advance of the taping - I think it could be a month. Maybe @JAS0N47 knows this info?
  18. To be fair, all of these characters have been on for less than 12 episodes, so we don't really know the true character to some of these people because we don't actually know much about them and their history. Loved the nod to Sheila Carter!
  19. We're not doing daily threads. I hated them. LOL It clutters the forum. There's a reason why the star or circle to the left of every thread title is useful.

  21. It sure does! LOL I'm obsessed with it too. I literally listen to it for a hour straight on repeat (trying to learn the lyrics). I've never done this for a non-Taylor Swift song before. 😂 The beginning of the song has this sound effect that is similar to the sound effect at the beginning of Taylor's "Gorgeous" so that's the first I connected to Taylor. The lyrics, the melody, the production, the use of the background vocals, the use of the repetition of some of the lyrics: You're not the guy that cheats (The guy that cheats) / And you're afraid that she might leave (That she might leave). The post Chorus as well: [Post-Chorus] Uh-oh, oh, you love a good girl Uh-oh, oh, you love a good girl bad Uh-oh, oh, you make a bad girl Uh-oh, oh, you make a bad girl mad A psychotic love theme How bad do you want me? All of these things were very Taylor-esque to me. I can't wait to sing/shout these lyrics when I hopefully attend my first Gaga concert. She better go on tour! LOL Other songs I really liked were: Vanish Into You, LoveDrug, Don't Call Tonight, Shadow Of A Man. I think it's a pretty good album and I'm sure I'll like it even more as I continue to listen to it. Would love to see her go full on synth pop and do more songs likes like HBDUWM.
  22. I wished they focused a bit more on Brooklyn finding out her baby was a boy, and her giving up the baby. As usual, the scenes were too short. I did like seeing Brooklyn bringing up Lulu's abortion and how they both made choices that they thought were right for them. Amanda Setton did a really good job in Friday's episode. I don't care if Amanda doesn't do sex scenes, or wants to show a lot of skin. I think she's a solid actress overall. I hope she's stays with GH for a long time.
