BH I don't like that the show opened up with a 2 minute preview of the season instead of the usual Previously recap. I also didn't like the random Vanderpump Rules segment with that stupid drama spliced in the middle of the show and then the end of one show bleeding into the beginning of the other IA with the WTF in terms of Kyle getting the center spot in the opening. That belongs to Lisa! I used to love Kyle but ugh, she irks me. She really bugged me with her childishness in terms of Lisa "picking" Yolanda over her. Her grudge against Yolanda....she needs to get over herself. I really don't get her friendship with Lisa. She clearly doesn't like Lisa and Lisa has to be smart enough to know this. They both need to break up and move on. Joyce is tall! Taller than I thought she was but absolutely gorgeous. I like that she's been added. And yes she does have better hair than Kyle Who cares about Kim and her dog. Glad Shana is gone but Kim should have followed her out the door. ATL Gorgeous! Kandi's new talking head is just awful, especially when you compare her to the other women that have stepped it up

Miami I liked the last episode but this wedding one was boring. Im with whomever said they just didn't care about these weddings. The early promos hyped this season as a battle of the Bridezillas and there was absolutely NO spillover of the Joanna vs Adrianna feud from last year. They barely interacted and when they finally did, it was to makeup. Without them fighting, what was the point of the two weddings. I wanted to see that drive drama between them. I was glad Lisa finally decided to go with a surrogate, but then sad when I read her update that she lost her. I really feel for her and her quest to be a mother. This struggle helped bring her back to a relatable level bc she starting to get too involved in the petty drama. I hate that she and Lenny have issues bc I enjoy them together. I hope he doesn't leave her LMAO at Joanna waking up in bed with her mother. How hot is he in this shot? Karent sighting!

Stacie was more quiet and reserved but from what I can recall of Erika, she was more of a Nene type in that she had no problem saying her opinion, calling people out and getting in their face, but unlike Nene, she did it intelligently and didn't come across hood. I think she could have stirred things up and brought on the ratings. Im also shocked they don't hire more black women outside of ATL bc the black audience is by and large responsible for that franchises huge numbers I just noticed these numbers. NJ went and doubled its numbers. We all know it was bc of "Prostitution WHORE!" table flip. LOL I think this will always be the most memorable moment in Housewives history

Erika should have been a housewife. They should have dropped Michaele, and added Erika along with another woman for season 2

Bravo wanted more WH drama? That's what killed the franchise IMO. There was WAY too much focus on the Salahi incident and not the interpersonal relationships between the women which is why we watch these shows. That event overshadowed and eclipsed everything and its not something they should have been chasing. There was also way too much political talk on the show. I know it was set in DC, but I could have done without that. The show needed to be retooled after season 1 and the first business of order should have been to drop Michaele. If none of the other women wanted to film with her, then that should have been a hint to get rid of the bitch. She was dragging them all down. She wasn't a Teresa or Nene. You don't cancel a show bc you cant have her.

Gretchen is officially out? Wow. This could be a good or bad thing as I'm not a fan of huge cast overhauls. I prefer when it's gradual. Add/drop at most 2 women at a time and I'm all for phasing in new girls as friends for a test run. I hope this doesn't end up like NYC which I couldn't get into bc of what they did

Miami Juniorz, where did you get that this week was the season finale? It was the penultimate episode. Joanna's wedding is next week Last night's show was SOOOOO good! I thought it was so interesting and you don't need drama in order to have a good show. I liked seeing the women together getting along. Drama didn't come till the last 5 minutes with Lisa getting wasted and flipping off on everyone. Not a good look for her at all and I was embarrassed.

So this is how things stack up this season: Nene - with A New Normal cancelled and Glee pushed back, Nene is forced back to the simple life in ATL. Looks like that frustration has her turned up enough to get more involved unlike last year. Kenya vs Nene - I think this will be the big story of the season and the one to drive it. Two divas and I look forward to them doing battle! If she didn't have Nene though to fight, I don't know what she'd be doing this year as her connection with the rest is pretty weak Kandi - looks like her story will be this triangle with Todd and Carmen. Even Mama Joyce is getting heated! Looks like it will be interesting. Porsha - She's going to have a Porsha in the City type vibe as she becomes single and gets herself back in the dating scene of ATL. I wasn't feeling her last season and still don't but for once she actually has a story that's strong enough to stand on its own and doesn't need the other women. Kordelll leaving her was well timed as it set her up nicely for this season. Phaedra. From previews, I cant tell if they are trying to say Kenya is trying to throw herself at Apollo or if its some new chick. Yawn, don't care. That was last seasons story Cynthia. She doesn't seem to have anything besides the usual money troubles that Peter gets himself into. I don't think Todd is an opportunist; at least I hope not! I buy his love for Kandi and think he has genuine intentions. I never liked Joyce after the way she handled the AJ relationship but somethnig about her getting turned up in the promo has me interested in her this season I thought Cynthia was perfect last season. Cant even remember her story from season 4. After Kenya, Cynthia was the star of season 5. I will say that she like a less deluded DeShawn. Nice and sweet, but not much drama there. I don't think she's boring. I think she's necessary as she adds much needed balance. Kenya actually looked better on the show than the pics we saw a few months ago. I said she looked a mess with her makeup but it wasn't as bad in motion. BLOOP! lol

Ugh! Once again Bravo recycles the same opening from one season to the next. I hate that they didnt give the women new shots, but at least they got new taglines. I loved Kenya. "Everyone thinks they have me figured out but I'm always the wildcard" Poor deluded Porsha. She still wants to save her marriage with that worthless loser. Wow, he would lock her out of the house if she came home late? I actually feel sorry for her. Girl needs some help. I LOVED Kenya's entrance. Finally the diva is back! Joanna's hair is tragic but man Marysol is bringing it! Her stylist deserved a good bonus for that. Lisa needs to back off. I don't think she needs to always play peace maker.
