yep. I remember rumors about him dropping her bc of her fake storyline but he kept her around as he realized she was the most buzzed about last season. He seemed to be loving the hell out of her when she performed her song on his show. She is nowhere on Nene's level in his eyes but I think he loves the drama she brings and is probably salivating over his two divas going head to head. Kenya desperately needs support bc it's never fun when 1 housewife is ganged up on. Cynthia would be the only one that doesn't hate her but she will always side with Nene so Kenya is alone which is why Marlo's return would be brilliant now lol, that's actually funny

I went and watched the first episode of the season and it was boring! The whole thing was about the whole Chad situation and making Ev a martyr....who cares?

Marlo is smart bc she knows that if she fights back, then this will only justify Nene hating on her and we all know her airtime on Bravo has heavily influenced by Nene. She has half her foot in the door right now, but she isnt fully in. Without Nene though, I wonder what place she would have as thats her only in. I can see her befriending Kenya. Actually a Kenya and Marlo alliance could be fun if it ever happened IA that Nene needs to get off her high horse. A Nene vs Marlo dragdown fight would be epic. No one reads a bitch like Marlo and Nene isn one to back down. If Marlo was made a housewife and this ever went down, it would be must see tv.

Well that seals her fate. If Nene doesn't want her as a housewife than its most likely not going to happen. Marlo is not making money for Nene. She already has this spinoff. She already has her contract and money per episode. That Bravo check is secured with or without Marlo. Her pockets are not resting on Marlo to spice up her show and it could have been a flop and it wouldn't have mattered. Nene doesn't need Marlo

$400 wouldn't have been worth it and I think Jill and Alex were right to turn it down. At the same time, I don't think Bethenny is that big a show that it would necessitate paying out big bucks to guests. This seems more like one of those situations where you'd go in to help a friend out and it not be about the money, but then again Jill and Bethenny aren't friends. With that being the case, not sure why Alex would refuse unless Simon advised her against it and again, I wouldn't blame him I also think ego played into it. Jill got fired and Bethenny is thriving. It probably would have killed her to have the reunion on Bethenny's terms with her being the boss.

Everyone on the show shouldn't be nene's friend. That's what she has her spinoff for. RHoA shouldn't be used to give her friends 15 minutes. Like Nothin'ButAttitude said, Diana is controversial and stirs things up. The fact that people don't like her is reason enough to keep her around. You need someone like that around for people to bounce off of and drive story. I remember reading comments from people that episode 1 was boring and how this show was doing it for them, YET that opinion changed in season 2 when Marlo appeared and became focal point of the drama

having subplots on a show doesn't mean they have to be boring. NJs were boring. Miami season 2 had a great balance with the main action and smaller interesting subplots IA. Wig is over this show and I'm over the heffer! There's no reason to downgrade Cynthia; she was one of the few who actually brought it in season 5 bc lord knows Nene wasn't. Cynthia secured her spot. Diana, I think could add a lot to the dynamic especially if Marlo is around. Phaedra? I'm so over her fake southern belle act and she has little to offer at this point. And hell no to Lexis. That ratchet can stand on the sidelines, this show shouldn't turn into the Nene friends charity hour. What could she offer that we already wouldn't be getting from Marlo and Diana? She's redundant.
