I thought the writing about how Julia was such a strong woman was so heavy handed that it felt like Meg Bennet wrote the dialogue herself. She probably wasn't allowed to do that, but I do wonder if the other writers were writing with Meg in mind, not Julia. I so wish that we could see more of the breakdown Victor/Julia marriage and the dungeon storyline. It's hard to believe all of that happened in between the Christmas 1980 and 1981 clips? Feels like it would have taken longer. That's right. From March 2002.

I uploaded all the classic weddings that were rebroadcast this summer. It's under 1994 episodes. Not that hard to find lol.

Hi guys, I've started a Christmas playlist for Y&R. The clip from 1980 and episodes from 1990 and 1991 were sent to me by a Y&R Angel, who wishes to remain anonymous. This person sent me a ton of goodies for me to upload to the vault which I will be doing over the next weeks! And another Christmas playlist I found, on the Channel YR which has been on fire with the uploads. There's some overlap but both lists contain new things. (I know @yrfan1983 was looking for episodes from 2000 and they have a playlist on there as well).

I'm finished uploading whatever I had of 1988 and 1989 from my collection (didn't have too much of 1989 but that is well covered by @YRfan23). Will be moving on with some more Christmas stuff this week.

I'm truly happy for AMC fans. This is a little ray of sunshine in soap world. I see this being more of a send up of soaps in the vein of Devious Maids, with Susan Lucci playing much the same character, plus the mystery element, and more diversity. I think it'll be campy in a lovingly mocking tone.

I'm still working through uploading my 1988, up to November now (with Brad waking up in the cage). Wondering if anyone has 5/23/88 or 6/8/88. They may have been on YouTube in the past. Also looking for 11/15/88 and 11/16/88.

No I get it... that "I'm only 18 but I already have that hard look" thing. Is this the version of Nikki that Casey was talking about in that 1978 episode that just got uploaded? I can see her complaining that Nikki was entertaining too many men.

And what gets me is just the fact that it was most likely a throwaway scene yet you had an elaborate set, tons of extras, things going on in the background and an intricately choreographed fight scene in the foreground shot in one take by the actors.

Update on 1999: I uploaded another 5 videos from the Chris S YouTube Channel and 2 from the old "R" YouTube Channel (now "Y R")... I've updated the list, please upload more if any of you have other episodes from that year.

I love that so many people have been contributing big lots of videos to the Y&R Vault lately! The B&B one has been pretty active and I'm happy to see Y&R getting more activity too. There have been a lot of videos uploaded from 1989, 1990, and 1991. I plan to get to 1988 soon but got sidetracked with this project. As I was dating all of Nikki N's 1999 videos I kept notes on what was missing. She uploaded 132 videos! In some cases, like 11/2/99, fortunately the video she happened to be missing was already in the vault from someone else. Then I went through my own collection and added another 21 videos. Here's what's left, we're pretty close to having the complete year, I really hope someone here has the rest! So did they not post the Thanksgiving classic re-airing of the Ball on CBS.com? I don't really care about that one since we have it, but I hope if they air something on Christmas it'll be posted.

I personally don't mind either way, but I get all excited when I see one with end credits, cause I know you guys always look for them!

Thanks! I'll continue on with the renaming. This has been a great year! New stuff almost every day. That first episode is a repost of October 3, 1997 which I posted on YouTube and the Vault, from a VHS from @Y&R fan of oldies (strangely, it got blocked on YT from my channel, but somehow it appears on this person's channel?) Reminder, if any of you all have VHS tapes PM me and I will upload them for you.

I got stuck at clip 1999 #62 (partial). It's only 9 minutes long, and it comes after June 25 but before July 19 lol.
