Thank! I only have the first 2 dates from October 1994 (10/3 and 10/4) so it's nice to know what else went down... It makes my skin crawl when they say Brad threatens Blade....I guess because I can never get over how much of a hypocrite he can be throughout the show and has no problem calling out other people on their misdeeds....though I guess he really cared for Ashley.

Thanks! I guess we would really have to dig to find Eileen's first airdate in 82....I know it was June....and supposedly she last aired the first time 12/2/88 with Brenda starting the following monday 12/5/88, but that really can't be confirmed....

wow so Aldrich was really a "blink and you would miss her".... maybe I should start collecting some April-July 1997 episodes that might have her on it...There's not much from that year anyway though from watching the credits from those years they had WAY too many characters....though I'm sure they were used more properly back then....

LOL I guess there's a good reason most of the 1996-1998 material with Ashley is off youtube...... although I still have the clear image of her swing dancing with Cole from that one episode.... When did she last air though in 1999?

Apparently when Sherwood was fired in 2006 before CK came back....CK made some ignorant comment on myspace, about DS coming after CK and that everyone should "pray for her".... Still keeping up with the 05 episodes I just watched 8-29-05. I just realized that as much as we all complained for years how bad they were at updating the opening, I think I prefer those pictures over the ones we have now....I cringe all the time they show Braeden and him giving that grin at the camera....but I guess it's perfect cause it represents the slime Victor has become....the one from 2003-2012 shows more depth if that makes sense... I thought Victor and Nick's scene was nice.....I guess i'm still waiting for Victor to do something to royalty piss me off as he seems too agreeable here, yet I keep reminding myself of course that's how he's really suppose to be acting now... I was surprised that they transitioned from night to day in the same episode? did they do that often around that time? I know soaps have dome that before, but Y&R usually just goes from 1 day to the next......I did like the shot of the ranch they used in the 90's to show it was morning....I figured they didn't do that anymore that time... ugh, Daniel and Lily grossed me out.....it's weird cause CK was 17 going on 18 there, I don't believe (correct me if I'm wrong) they currently have any girls have any underage girls have sex on shows these days.....

That sounds pretty lame, but I didn't expect much TBH.....I guess it was better they didn't fully ruin Neil like they have now, but I guess you can argue that Dru's fall was a prelude of how Neil turned into the hard person he is today (besides it just being terrible plot driven for the most part)

I'll watch those episodes, LOL.....I know this sounds so obsessive but I remember from some of the Pheila clips that used to be or possibly still on youtube, that I loved getting to hear all the other Y&R characters at least refer to Sheila by name, even if it wasn't really "her"...........it was fun getting to hear Jill of all people tell Ji Min about Sheila's past, and of course Sharon talking about her too throughout the episodes.... and OMG I always get the biggest laugh out of Dru's fall off the cliff...not because we possibly lost her forever but because of CK's OTT screaming.....lord what terrible acting, and you can so see how thrilled she looks behind that face....CK not having to deal with VR anymore..... I do wanna see some of the aftermath of Dru's fall like the funeral and Olivia coming back.....I never saw her reaction to Dru's "death". Tonya Lee Williams was so royalty screwed by Y&R.....she should still be on, but they refuse to even acknowledge Olivia anymore...

I apologize if this has been posted, but since I just found out myself... Scott Reeves (Ryan Y&R) (Steven GH) is going to be playing Rowan Blanchard's father in her new disney movie "Invisible Sister" I was literally just thinking not too long ago that Scott Reeves has that disney channel dad thing going on for him and was waiting for a role like this....

I'm starting to catch up on your videos again... I apologize for being a little behind as I just watched 8/26/05. I thought those Victor and Nikki scenes were beautiful, and that rendition of "Unchained Melody" in Italian was very well done....This was probably the last era that Nikki and Victor were really a "supercouple" also that music that's played during their first scene on this episode is so beautiful and haunting..... The Nick and Sharon scenes are just depressing.......They granted Cassie her wish to let Daniel go free, yet they know they will never get her back..... I enjoyed the "scooby gang" a little better in this episode.....did Kevin call J.T "T.J" by mistake during that scene or was he just being his obnoxious self? Dru and Lily is hard to watch knowing neither of the actresses barely tolerated each other.....I did like Dru reminding Lily she's named after Lillie Bell, yet Lily has always been so far from being a true Barber woman.... I'm glad they had Danny call Phyllis.....I always find it so demeaning that Danny never really was around for all the hell Daniel has been through....Danny and Chris were good friends of Neil and Dru for so many years and it would have been so much more fascinating to watch that conflict unfold between those 2 couples, yet of course in the end it was all about Phyllis.... Those scenes at the Asylum still terrify me.......I just think it's odd that although Sheila always thought of Scotty as her son, that the writers just didn't have her come onto him....I never would have wanted that, but the fact that they just have them be students working together on a book without sparks flying seems so vague in retrospect...

I gave up on trying to upload on DM, because they mostly just reject your uploads, besides the ones I have already on there.... I would have just kept everything on youtube, if it weren't for those annoying claims from those international people...thats one of the reasons I tried DM in the first place but YT will always just be better.. I still sometimes wish I could make it all public again, but we all know what happens

Yeah all I was doing was going on my other channel on DM and I saw the link and was like "oh wow"....haha I wonder if there is more....DM is harder to search then YT....

I watched 8/24/05 The Jill scenes were an example of why she's currently missed.........The scenes of her having to show identification to be allowed in the house and then showing her displeasure at everyone being there is some traces of who the character should be today and not what they have done the last 7 or 8 years..... MTS is still killing those PD scenes....she makes it all seem so natural. I actually was quite shocked that Daniel actually was found guilty though I guess I will have to watch to see how he ultimately was set free......I loved it when Christine bashed Glenn when she was giving her statements.......I wish there would have been some scenes of her slyly reminding him that she has always come out on top in every case against him since he was the one who was involved with Nina's trial against shooting David and I think Nick's shooting of Matt, and he was just as cutthroat with those cases as he is here with Daniel.... I find it funny how they make it seem like Victor really pushed for the case to happen quickly yet none of the Newmans were even present for Daniel's verdict.....I prefer that now then to constantly see Victor pull strings behind others backs just to get what he wants....at least here it was mostly just mentioned that's what he did....

I agree, Haunting is definitely the word to describe it, and a part of me want's to see when the quality started to go downhill, though another part of me doesn't necessarily want to see those 2006/07 episodes either... after watching 8/23, I still can't believe it was only 10 years ago that Victor was a better place then now.....the way he's comforting Nikki (which btw MTS is doing such a great job with, and look....Nikki's not even thinking of using alcohol like she always does now) They really should have continue to write Victor like this....the patriarch with an edge........now he's nothing but an insufferable old man.......... I'm shocked......during the Brad and Victoria scenes, I saw a bit of HT's Victoria coming out of AH.....granted HT would have slayed those scenes, but again such a shame that even if Heinle wasn't capable of playing a strong Victoria the writers still decided to write her that way here.....though I guess that was bound to change eventually... It's weird we haven't seen Jill show up yet in these episodes, but she's been getting mentioned a lot still and in business mode.....the entire town doesn't even acknowledge her anymore....so sad... Jack and Phyllis were still married here right? I forgot that Stafford and Bergman had great chemistry though I'm not a fan of Jack and Phyllis as a couple.... I'm glad it looks like the trial is coming to a close, though Phyllis kicking Katherine out of her "good luck" chair was both childish and funny at the same time...

Thanks for more Y&R21395 and I agree, I'm actually sort of liking Phyllis here, and I can sort of see why they went the route of having Nick cheat on Sharon with her.....It was the fact that LML, MAB and now Pratt have made Sharon the "Villain" and Phyllis more of the "Victim" that has really hurt everything...

I watched 8/22/05. I still find the whole trial stuff a little underwhelming, and it's really weird to see Katherine and Phyllis snipe at each other....I do roll my eyes a little that Katherine was really there to support the Newmans, but I like that she at least brought up that Rex was married to her (when she said Daniel's grandfather was her husband to Phyllis) I also don't get Phyllis being so friendly with Christine, though I know it's really to get on her good side regarding Daniel somehow....I guess if there was any attempt of showing a "friendship" with these two it went out the window a few years later with the stupid revisit of the hit and run in 2012, that Phyllis got away with in court. The Pool set is the same one being used today on the show? it looks so cheap now. It seems like Nick was more sad about Cassie then Sharon, the flashbacks that showed Cassie growing up leading to her death were good, but it's still such a waste that they killed her at all..... Sharon being civil with Nikki and Victor and Kevin still his annoying self... If I'm being honest I can't decide sometimes if I like Sheila's hair here.....I know it's a more mature look, but I think I just prefer the original look....kind of hurt to say, but just how I feel, Kimberlin has always been very pretty and ages well...

I still need to catch up with the 2005 episodes :(.....but I agree, despite what was starting to go wrong there was at least 85% going right and that has to be better then today.... and Victor was allowed to have a vacation.....him and Nikki seem to be backburned a bit late 2005 right?

I just think it's safe to say that both of those stories (Patty then Kelly) might have had a chance if it weren't the same thing over and over, Victor uses them to get back at Jack.......that's why it's best Sheila stay away cause I feel like the writers would just use her to be Victor's pawn to get back at somebody.....when we know damn well that Sheila can be Victor's equal................I still wouldn't want to see them interact now, because I rather see a Victor who will look intimidated and not the horrible one we have now who just smirks at everything.....seriously if a lion was about to attack Victor would he still be smirking and ready to fight that Lion?? cause I honestly think that's what it has come to....even Eve Howard scared Victor a little....
