I'm up to 26th of June, 1989 🌹 Marissa's lies and past are creeping up on her. The triangle with Natalie and Jeremy continues to be entertaining. From Marissa being blackmailed by Trevor... To Natalie battling with herself if she should fight for Jeremy or just... Leave him for good. Not the most riveting soap opera, but... edible. Dixie helped Tad recover from being beaten up by Adam's thugs... This is classic soap opera cliches. The good guy hero, the naive pregnant girl and the psycho old man. Erica battled with her adversary, whose name I forgot... (this mob looking guy that was blackmailing her into doing business with him) She swiftly and smartly managed to make him back off, proving to Jackson that she can survive on her own. And now we are up to the press conference for Erica's cosmetics line. Travis and Barbara are the pair of piranhas waiting to chew Erica to pieces in the future. I'm not gonna comment on Melanie and Davis... Because it's absolute filler. ❤️

You have to have darn good characters that people like, admire, can relate to or hate; but feel some kind of emotion about and you have to have interesting stories with a heartbeat to them stories [viewers] can relate too, escape with, and learn from in terms of social issues. I agree. I don't give a f-ck if she killed anyone or not... She assaulted these people and made a fool of herself. She should at least be psychologically evaluated. It's so reckless how people are excusing and enabling her. When she hits rock bottom... And we know she will, if this is not rock bottom already... they will be partly to blame for her demise. That type of behaviour... Manic and aggressive, threatening people with guns.... and then having sex and dancing the next day in this happy mood... These non-stop mood shifts to the extremes... are a symptom of some hardcore mental health issues.

Also... IF... and that is just an IF... Martin only wanted to adopt these kids years ago... to improve his image and political agenda... then... that's disgusting. There are people like that, I don't deny that... but it's just so wrong. Adopting should never be about advancing your career. I don't care how good it makes you look. I'm still not sure if that is the case. I'm just commenting, because I saw that sentiment and speculation being repeated a lot. The entire thing with the adopted kids is going to be a problem in the future. I have no idea why these hot late 20s, early 30s looking gay men are written like they are in their late 40s, early 50s... the whole vibe around them is so dreary and... bizarre. They do resemble a middle aged straight couple in terms of dynamics. And a boring one, may I add. Again - it's just the beginning, so I'm OPEN for improvement and still happy that THERE is gay representation on the show. I don't want to sound ungrateful. No, no, no! (with the voice of Erica Kane) And Martin... Smitty may be your husband, but he is not your possession. The whole "your promised to do this" manipulative shtick can work only between pathetic characters like Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan. I expect more from this show... so Smitty - step your sh-t up and shine bright like a diamond. Ditch that negative energy and find yourself a cute bear that can represent some different body shape than the usual hot as possible actors on soaps. LOL. We'll see.
