  1. Pretty much everything on Bold since end of 2019. Something happened during the COVID era... and the show never recovered. Not that it was some masterpiece before that, but it was a corpse that used to have few heartbeats a year. 2020-2025, there's just no pulse anymore. It's a zombie of a show. A caricature of it's former self. Not 1 storyline decision makes sense. It seems that Bradley is writing the show on autopilot. Every few weeks we get a horror movie twist. Then every few months everything is nulled and back at starting point. Bold didn't use to be like that. Not to that extent. It was deeply rotten, yes, but... it was the taboo sex show where you can indulge yourself in watching stupid men and women. What he's done after 2020 is nightmarish. The show completely lost it's atmosphere and became a bad Lifetime thriller that repeats the same dialogue 5 days a week. Too much creepy stuff, disgusting images of feet without toes, shootings next to piles of trash, creepy mints, serial killers, figures watching from the distance, idiotic stalkers... Deacon googling what is SUGAR. Need I say more.
  2. His look is perfect for DAYS. God, if only we got studs like this on Bold. Instead we have to watch women praise Ridge like he is the second coming of Christ.
  3. If I was her, I would stay in Italy and enjoy my time in Europe... where people appreciate me and treat me nice. The show is giving her dirt-material and it's so depressing seeing it. Brooke has been neutered to a state of nothingness.
  4. I remembered his name. Dr. Jonas and he's played by Christopher Durham.
  5. 7. Rebecca Budig (Dr. Taylor Hayes) - 61 8. Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan Forrester) - 59 The fact that Rebecca Budig aka Fake Taylor has more episodes than KKL is telling. Also... I think this is the least active KKL year... in a long time. People who constantly blame her for problems should think twice. Thank you for posting @jcar03!

  7. Thank you @YRfan23 ❤️ and @jcar03!
  8. I'm not feeling the current Maggie at all. The actress is really wooden compared to the other talent in the show. She is improving very slowly, but still sometimes I can feel her saying her dialogue as fast as possible. She and Andrew have 0 chemistry. Andrew has the most chemistry with some of the guys in the show if you ask me. Especially that hot psychiatrist that got Sarah addicted to drugs. I forgot his name - the cute one with the blond hair that looks like he is an escort. Andrew and him have more chemistry than he has with Maggie. 😂
  9. Up to May 7th, 1992. 🫣 "SHE'S ALIVE. AGATHA'S ALIVE!" This is one of my personal records. 7 episodes in 24 hours! I binged in portions through the day, when I had free time. In my work break, after work, before sleep, I ended up falling asleep at 3-30 in the morning, because I couldn't stop. 🔷 So what is going on right now? 🔷 The Carlo Hesser murder investigation is starting to drag a bit. Not much, but it's definitely coming to a place where it isn't that interesting anymore. We have too many people getting constantly arrested and released. It makes the entire thing circus-like. First we had another attempt to arrest Asa, that ended with a devastating blow to his marriage. Just as when Renee was about to forgive him and give him a second... (or more like 100th) chance... Blair came out of the shadow to give Asa a fake alibi - she lied to the police that she spent the night with Asa. Renee thought this was true and all hell broke loose. 🔷 Victoria is getting more and more interested in Sloan Carpenter, she even organized a dinner in his honor. We saw glimpses of his toxic relationship with Andrew - Sloan despises that his son is too sensitive and not macho enough. The thing that he is most proud of... is that Andrew killed a man in Jaba city. Sloan met with the entire town and his comment when he saw drunken Asa Buchanan calling Renee "a tramp" for the millionth time... was "What kind of people are these?" or something like that. I'm starting to adore his passive aggressive Joan Crawford-style remarks. It's very entertaining and we need that kind of superiority-complex male. 🔷 Troy asked Sheila to marry him. It was romantic and special, but Sheila did not immediately say "Yes", which is a red flag. She confessed to Andrew that she feels very attracted to Hank, in a way that no other man makes her feel. It's the classic bad guy vs good guy female drama. And Sheila is playing with fire. Andrew took her to the local bar (now that's what I expect from a person of good faith), where she sang "Natural woman" and got a steamy kiss from Hank at the end of the performance. What Sheila did after was typical - she ran away and accepted Troy's proposal. It's getting really messy and I love it. I like the battle of the two mustaches. 🔷 After releasing Asa, the police got enough evidence (provided by Cord and Tina, but that's a long story that I don't want to bore you with) to arrest Alex Olanov. We got a very campy, over the top scene in which she was eating a luxury meal with romantic setting... and threatening Maggie with a knife from her cell. Who the hell gave her a knife, that kind of food and even candles to put in her cell?! This show is usually not that campy, so this was a strange decision. We don't need to get cartoon network so fast. A little minus. 🔷 Now let's get to the most interesting part. Dorian went to confront Blair about digging in her past. That's when she saw Addie (Agatha). In the culmination of the scene, Agatha attacked Dorian with the scissors and then escaped. Blair went after her. Dorian was left alone in Cassie's apartment... where she found an album full of newspaper clippings and pictures, showing the full extent of Blair's obsession. Dorian reached the breaking point and emotionally unraveled on the floor of the apartment. Overall - 10 out of 10! Clip of the day - Dorian breaks down. Yes, it's Mommie Dearest-Faye Dunaway level of melodrama, but... forgive me - I LOVE IT. ddddddddddddd.mp4
  10. As she put it in one episode "I've been dirt-poor and filthy rich, but I never married for money!"❤️
  11. I can't stop laughing.
  12. I'm only the age Samantha the teenager is... I'm only 30. ❤️🤣
  13. Did you just call me old? I'm old enough that I can play a teenager in this show! 😋
  14. You are a legit legend. 😂❤️
  15. Listen, your comment just inspired me to give my thoughts on these issues. That's why I specified that maybe... I'm looking at different nuances. I didn't say that believable equals realistic. I didn't claim you did either. But I did make a connection between the two. And I'll translate it like this - when I perceive something to be unrealistic, sometimes it becomes not-belieavable anymore. That's my perception and it's not gonna change. And I don't even think we disagree. I wouldn't use that word. I would say... I have a different take. I see different nuances than you. And that's the beauty of communication.
  16. That's the only aspect of this that I don't get. They (CBS) should have at least did some promo for this so people know. "You missed it the first time... ? Now it's your change to see the hottest new show from the start." Or something cliche like that. On a quick trailer. If people don't know what is happening and are confused that's just lazy of CBS.
  17. BTG to me feels very modern, at times even reality TV-like. That's my personal opinion. Some scenes are "Housewives Franchise" material. You almost expect Kenya Moore to walk in and reveal how someone got pregnant by someone else a decade ago and she has the receipts to prove it. I personally see no strong resemblance to the 1970s soaps I've watched on YouTube and other platforms. Maybe I'm just looking at different nuances. I also have a different take on the believability of things. A lot of stuff on this show is not realistic. And that's something I can live with. Soaps have seized to be realistic long time ago and some may argue that they never were. For example, we have a male gay couple acting like a basic straight couple. Both guys look to be in their early thirties... but have incredibly old children. How strange does this sound? Old children. But yeah, Samantha looks like she is the same age as Smitty. It doesn't help that they dress her and style her hair like she is this young infantile girl who asks her father "what's gay sex like?" More on the believability of the two hot guys in a relationship - me and my husband are also two married dudes and we don't act like this. We also know many, I mean maaaany other gay couples like us from all walks of life... and... none resemble the strange almost heteronormative relationship we see in this show. I don't mean this as a dig, I know and appreciate what the show is trying to do. It's giving us some kind of representation. I'm grateful for that. And the unnatural vibe is not on purpose, I don't think so. I don't know what the cure to it is... maybe they need to loosen up in the dialogue and evolve the physicality into something more believable in the future. Of course, I always leave the possibility that maybe I'm wrong. Maybe there are guys like this. There are a lot of things that I like about BTG, don't get me wrong. I like the cast, I like the atmosphere and the overall themes - love and betrayal, secrets and scandals, family and foes. I like the sensitive feminine style of storytelling, especially in the first couple of weeks... and I adore most of the ladies in the show - give me a scene with Anita or Nicole... And I'm a happy fella. I have issues with the overall quality of dialogue and the lack of consistency episode to episode. Too much empty culminations and a lot of filler between them. I have issues with the editing, lack of coherent background music, especially when bad actors are on screen and lack of proper cliffhangers. I can stomach one or two character-caricatures... but I have an issue with one very empty character that sucks airtime, named Saint Ashley. But, overall... when comparing it to the piece of sh-t that is Bold... for example... BTG is million times better. And I'll continue watching. In the end of the day... It's just entertainment. I can't expect it to save the world or fix global warming. I'm fine with it. I don't even feel like criticizing that much anymore because I'm starting to get the show will be more superficial than I expected and I'm okay with it. It's still very enjoyable and the potential to grow is as strong as ever.
