i LOVED S2! Megan is a revelation, and literally needs to cross-over to the main show as the matriarch of the DiMera family to get them all together, which is muchly needed. I also liked the Johnny and Stephanie recasts and hope Johnny crosses-over like she is. And building-out the Shin family is also great! I hope Li Shin is a contract character after this. The Paul stuff was cute, too! He can jump back over to the main show, too. I would *love* for him to be around trying to seduce Sunny while Will's away. LOL And I am SOOOOOO glad they did what they did as the main plot. Not too bogged down by convoluted details, but still enough in-universe info to make it believable. i hope so!

Salem PD is the only police department where you have to be near-model-beautiful to be hired. That new detective is gorgeous. lmao

i was just thinking they need more girls in the cast for all these menses/Eric sticking around and us getting a peek at his dating life, and I would totally be here for Melanie/Eric - even tho age dif is kind of gross, GV is still gorgeous af and it would be interesting since Nicole was married to her dad. LOL unlike most on here I always thought Melanie was charming and Molly was great/natural actress that the show should have tried to keep.

how tf have Kyle/Summer been back and Sally isn't being used to cause trouble w/ them? instead she's chained to Adam and being used to make all the old fogeys look youthful. zZZZ

gotta be one of the DUMBEST most out of touch character(s) exists I've ever seen on a soap... 2 black characters exit with 1 of them going to prison for shooting someone that had killed a drug dealer, shot her husband in the head leaving him in a months long coma, brained her dad leaving him in a pool of his own blood, and was about to beat her mom... while the 2nd character just disappears. A MESS. Like, why couldn't the charges have been dropped and they just leave town in a boring way? Gross.

this is for the best. Ben should NEVER have been "redeemed" and paired with Hope and Bo's kid. A MESS. GTFO the show, tbh. I hope Ben never comes back even if Ciara does.

i mean a bigger budget and shooting in fancy locations doesn't make a show seem any less low budget. B&B always shoots in fancy places, but still looks a low budget mess. I cannot take them seriously as a show about a fashion house w/ heir Walmart fashion shows. LOL

Justin's (Bill's ex-henchman) niece, she was an intern at forester creations that was working on Hope For the Future specifically, she was pretty much a Hope stan/stunt casting because the actress had been on Dance Moms. I forget all all the convoluted mess, but somehow she found out about the Hope/Steffy stolen baby thing and was going to tell Hope, Thomas found out and was chasing her throughout the Hollywood hills or whatever and caused her to drive over a cliff.

the fact that Thomas killed Emma (for real) the same way, in broad daylight only 2 years and some change ago... mess.

i mean at least RSW won't have all the serial killer baggage Ben had. It's whatever, tbh. Who's he gonna go with tho? ETA: it will be funny when VK wats to come back and they kill Ben off-canvas and have Ciara find love with Alex. 🤣

yeah, I figured. But my point is that it changes nothing and it's not something that's never been done b4 on soaps. In fact it leaves the story exactly the same and it's done comically on an almost annual basis on DAYS. Just lies and mess as usual from bb to sell his trash. 😴

this made me disregard your entire point. But I do agree that Kate Mansi was actually good, even tho I hated her Aby and don't really find the actress likeable. While on the flip-side I like MM's Abby, but don't think she can act at all. lol

my 2 theories: #1 the Abigail we've seen this whole time was a clone that went out of control, and when Kristen was calling her back she refused so Kristen went to get her and ended up killing her. The real Abigail is on the island, still. #2 with the help of Kristen, Gwen got a mask of herself and Abigail. She hired somebody to play her in prison while she snuck out to get revenge... when the real Abigail saw her own face staring back at her she split and became Gabi. Finally free, Gabi "killed" Abby and ran away, etc.
