i'm not as big up on Imani as everyone on here is - I thought she was a very basic ABC character played by a very ABC actress. Like, Tucker has had her away in long-term care facility somewhere and she's gonna wake up from a coma? IDK but it was strange to remind the audience that she existed. I thought it was supposed to be Amanda, tbh. LOL

Kyle continues to be gross just like his mom and dad. He did this same sort of stuff when he was with Summer and then Lola came on the scene, and then when he was with Lola... back to Summer. Just yuck.

it's so annoying how they are trying to paint Nina as the "villain" in this storyline where Carly killed her other daughter and tried to hide the identity of the other... when all Nina di was tell the FCC that Carly/Drew were doing illegal sh*t that they were *actually* doing! The only thing I can thin of is: unfair. This storyline is very unfair. And I don't even like Nina, but it's like... tf?

LOL a "get" is more or less someone/something that would be thought to improve the quality of the thing. I thought he was great on Beyond Salem. He would be a welcome, male villain-ish addition to the cast. He's handsome, a good actor - especially for soaps. for daytime tv? Sure he is. Isn't he a regular on Lifetime/Hallmark movies and random primetime procedural dramas? I mean you can shade him all you want, but he's likely only joining DAYS because it's a tv show on a streaming service, now - not a daytime soap. lol

let me guess, they wanted to take Kristina in a "new direction" and make her sexually fluid/pair her with a guy and Lexi was like "ew, why?" so they let her go? 🙄 Just a mess. We've been getting spoilers that Kristina had a "big story" coming up and I thought that was unbelievable considering how they've always treated the character... but now I see what that all meant. These writers REALLY don't know how to write these shows or characters to make them interesting anymore so they just keep recasting or bringing on new characters (luring actors w/ the Maurice Benard carrot... I'm sure this is partly why KM signed on, to work w/ him) and it's like... meh.

whatever $$ they are freeing up from people being let go or leaving should NOT be wasted on Kate Mansi, even tho I did like her Abby more than Marci Miller. Peter Porte's a big get, tho. If they can keep him around it could be interesting to see him going head-to-head w/ EJ. He would be a good replacement for Victor as the bad guy that's not the worst (ala EJ) on the canvas, but he's not the good guy either, etc.

she's already left a handful of times and tried to see what's out there. There is nothing. It's sad, but true. If DAYS isn't cancelled she'll be back before the end of the year, imo - if they still want her.

i love how @ the beginning of Chelsea's unalive herself/depression storyline peeps were disgusted PTB were using this kind of stuff just so a character could get a man, and PTB assured peeps the storyline was sooo much deeper than all that, lo and behold it was all a means to an end for Chelsea to get a man. Just really gross and off-putting, as if the characters weren't off-putting enough.

i mean... Victoria and Nick killed a guy a few short months ago, so it's just another day in GC, tbh. I'm guessing she didn't do it. Her son and daughter are pretty crazed and out for blood... so my theory is Daniel followed Stark back to the motel, Phyl hid in the bathroom... there was a scuffle and then the door slammed, when Phyl came out of the bathroom Stark was laying in a pool of his own blood, leading Phyl to think Daniel killed him so she has to cover it up? I'm also expecting Diane to get off, and Summer to shoot her at the wedding or rehearsal dinner, something. They seem to be going really hard in making this story about Phyl's kids' reaction to her death and how important she is to them, etc. but this is JG, so you can always expect boring, nonsensical mess that makes you actively dislike characters you didn't even care bout prior.

this storyline (anything Thomas/Hope) has run it's course and should be deaded. Thomas is a creep and Hope is his target/victim and it's very, very disgusting at this point. The whole doll thing took everything down a gross path and the show hasn't done anything to "clean" it up. It is very gross watching predator Thomas go after hopeless Hope over and over again. Like at this point I'm like "good for her" but at the same time... no. This is gross. i can understand Liam's frustrations because the oblivious attitude Hope has wrt. EVERYTHING Thomas is truly maddening.

wait, really? That's a pretty huge get (imo)! I thought she was pretty set w/ all those GAC movies. I always loved her/thought she was a very charismatic and great actress that managed to be sympathetic even when she was being the worst (lol) and it was such a boneheaded move that GH never locked her down before DAYS scooped her up. I personally thought it was a big loss for the show when she left. My interest is def. piqued.
