I enjoyed the EJ/Lucas scenes. They have a fun dynamic. And I was just glad to see Lucas in general. LMAO at Lucas gloating that he's going to invest in Johnny's movie. And EJ is still bruised from his last fight but is already trying to start sh-t with Lucas, haha. Tbh I love Lucas but he's probably lucky that Roman stopped EJ because I'm pretty sure Lucas wouldn't stand a chance against him. "I don't mean this as criticism. This is a real question. Do you ever think about how stupid you are?" Even Roman had me laughing today. EJ is trying to fight with Roman too! Lmao, dude needs to lighten up. Johnny wants Abby to play Marlena in his movie? That was such a huge WTF. But Johnny and Abby talking about her affair with EJ was funny. Johnny knows that EJill is where it's at though. Maybe he should make a movie about them instead? 😂 I also laughed at Johnny saying that possession is nothing to be ashamed of and Abby just being like, "huh?" This episode was so much better than the Gabi/Jake/Ava/Rafe/Xander/Gwen show.

Ha! We've known this for years, Johnny. I'm glad that EJill is officially canon. 😂 One of the many reasons I want Will back is to see if he has chemistry with nuEJ. 🤣

Liz is busy trying to figure out if Finn just likes her or if he like likes her. 🙄 There's no time for her to have a POV when she's busy trying to make Easton's fourth character work. I'm still waiting for Liz to find out about what went down at Spencer's "rager"? LOL. I know it's obviously not going to happen at this point. Carly got a big reaction scene and confrontation with Nikolas. How come Liz doesn't get to be mad at Nik for scaring the crap out of her kid? I'm still waiting for Liz to find out that Cameron helped Stella when she had her stroke, too. She's stuck in Finn hell 😭

I think it's a little late for that! 😄 Obviously Esme isn't going to be with Spencer forever, so Cam is really her only other option if they plan on keeping her around for awhile. I guess it could happen. Let Eggo be Joss's problem! LOL

I thought I was imagining this, so I'm glad someone else saw it too. I noticed those looks today. It seems so random? I mean I can't imagine Cameron ever getting with Esme since he knows she's crazy. But they definitely have more of a spark than Spencer/Esme (which isn't saying much because they have anti-chem but you know what I mean lol). I mean I'm all for Cam/Elmo if it gets her detached from Spencer's hip. 😂

It's funny but all I see with Johnny is that he's definitely Roman's grandson. Carson Boatman really favors Josh Taylor. Rafe definitely needs to go and he needs to take Duke with him. He's totally played out and he's never been interesting to begin with. His pairings are all total duds. This triangle with Nicole? Please. He's completely devoid of chemistry with both women. Ava can stick around for awhile and mix it up with Philip, Jake, Nicole, and Tripp. Get her out of Rafe's kitchen and have her cause some trouble. Good girl Ava who spends her days cooking Italian and tending to Rafe is so lame. Gabi was really trying to order a hit on Ava today. Okay then. Even Jake was like WTF and he used to be in the mob. 😂 Looking forward to more EJ/Nicole, even if this is starting out as them just getting together to piss Sami off. DF and AZ have chemistry. What is the point of Brady? I don't even dislike him, he just doesn't do anything but be a busybody it feels like. Is he the town cockblocker? He's always telling Chloe not to date Philip and now he's telling Nicole not to go out with EJ. Dude, shut up and let Nicole have some fun and go for a ride on EJ's big "ego." 🙃 Brady needs to start doing drugs again or something. This is another character that is played out. He either needs a rest or a really fresh storyline because constantly jumping from woman to woman and being a busybody is zzZzz.

I enjoyed the Cameron/Spencer scenes, other than I thought it was stupid that Cam didn't listen to Esme/Spencer's conversation through the door. Laura Wright and Cynthia Watros did good work today (duh). LW makes the best bitch faces. I want to see Nina taunt Carly with the fact that she and "Mike" were sooo in love in Nixon Falls, haha. How did nobody in the Q mansion hear them fighting?! I see that we're getting back to Jason/Britt already 😂 I don't mind but what was even the point of the Jarly insta-love then 🙄 Jason was all about Britt, then he was suddenly in love with Carly hours before the wedding, and now Sonny's back so they're immediately putting Jason back in Britt's orbit. Whatever. Sonny says to Britt that they have a lot to catch up on. Do they even know each other? LOL Now how did Esme know Sonny would be at the hospital? Can Sonny please squash her like a bug? I'm not afraid to say that I missed Marcus Coloma today.

Yeah, not that I'm dying to see Jax on my screen, but it would've made a lot more sense story-wise. Jax was actually part of the story and he's connected to both Nina and Carly. Maxie is totally irrelevant. Might as well have the mailman tell Carly the news about Nina. And I know that Sonny has technically only been back for like one day, but where the heck is my girl Phyllis? She needs to come to Port Charles. She has nothing left in Nixon Falls. No Lenny, no Tan-O, no friends now that "Mike" and Nina are gone. I mean I know she has that nursing job that she never seems to be at, lol, but she can get a job at GH. Make it happen writers.

I haven't seen today's episode yet but yeah, it definitely looks like all the chemistry that nuEJ was supposed to have with Sami went to Nicole instead. And I'm totally okay with that. They're going to look very pretty together once DF's facial hair and non-slicked-back hair show up on screen 😂 He looks really good in all of his recent photos that he's been posting on his Instagram story 😂😍 I'm all for this to begin with but if it gets Nicole away from that damn bear? Even better. Still laughing at EJ's line yesterday: "That's Rafe Hernandez for you. One enormous embarrassment." Yup.

I also thought it was random that Maxie, who isn't even involved in this story, was the one to tell Carly. Why not Jax? Did he get lost in Nixon Falls?

Yeah, they need to explain what Spencer is even doing with this girl. She seems like a thorn in his side and he clearly likes Trina, so why is he sticking with Elmo? Is she blackmailing him? Give us something!

I agree that they need to give us more info about Esme. Right now she is very one note. She's really obsessed with stalking Ava and driving her out of town... why? Spencer usually seems really annoyed by her and there's not even a hint of romance or affection there. Even Joss noticed how "off" they are. Give us some sort of idea what her deal is because right now this is just a random girl glued to Spencer's hip and it's annoying.

I hope the Nina/Carly showdown is good today, but I fully expect them to be BFFs by Thanksgiving.

I love how we're in the midst of Sonny's return and Carly finding out about Nina, and not one person even commented on yesterday's show other than to say that Joss is annoying. 🤣 They really screwed this story up.

The next season of Beyond Salem will probably revolve around Duke. We'll get some back story on him and meet his family. Duke will give us some insight as to how he was affected by being shuffled back and forth between Nicole and Rafe's houses. They'll bring back Serena's elephant statue to be his love interest.

Today was pretty boring besides EJ/Nicole. I loved EJ's dialogue today and he was totally the voice of the audience in regards to Rafe, Rafe/Nicole, and that stupid bear. Are we really supposed to believe that Nicole brings Duke to work with her? 🙄 Yeah, that's totally something a 45-year-old business woman would do. Please. I'm all for revisiting EJ/Nicole to begin with, and I'm especially happy if it gets her away from Rafe. This Rafe/Nicole crap is so awful. I agree with whoever said that DF and AZ have some sparks. More of them please and less of Rafe. Plus EJ/Nicole getting back together will make for great drama when Sami eventually returns. I just want to know what the actors think when they get their scripts and see that they get to do scenes where they discuss a teddy bear. 🥴 "Duke? Looks more like a sheriff to me... a rather useless one." LOL, EJ doesn't even want to know the story behind Duke because it would be too embarrassing for Rafe. I love how much he hates that dolt Rafe. He's soooo right that Nicole can do so much better. #FreeNicole #BlowDukeToSmithereens EJ basically saying that Nicole likes his big dick 👀😂 Boy, calm down. Why can't Jake and Gabi get a place of their own to live? Stop sponging off of Rafe. They're such losers. I'm so over Xander and Gwen. I love Paul Telfer but Xander is boring right now. Xander should be causing trouble all over Salem, not being lovey-dovey with Gwen, who has also become really boring. I feel like a switch has flipped with Chloe/Brady/Philip. Did the writers realize that they were writing Philip as a complete lunatic? Suddenly the writing is more rootable for him and Chloe, they're getting flashbacks, he's not being a total jealous loser, and his hair is improving (lol). That's not a complaint - I'd rather watch a more balanced triangle than Philip acting unhinged every time Brady and Chloe are within a 50-mile radius of each other. The Philip/Chloe scenes today were actually nice. The Jake/Brady scenes were totally forgettable.

I'm just glad that the Rafe triangle is in dead last. Rafe is BORING. I'm excited to watch Nicole's scenes with EJ later. He may be a rapist who has cheated on Nicole in the past, but he's still a better love interest than Rafe. 🤣 I do have to laugh at the Sami triangle winning. Does it really count as a triangle when the woman in the middle isn't on the show? I'm glad to see that people are liking DF as EJ, at least based on that poll. When he was cast I just remember a lot of whining about him not being James Scott.

It's sad that I had to stop and wonder for a minute if you were making this up or if it really happened 🤣
