I find it weird that there are more consecutive AMC episodes in general from the 80s than the 90s. Just wish there were more 70s.....

Thanks!! I don't remeber if Angie and Travis are on the episode I just posted. I know the episode I am working on they are!! Evidently Travis was injured somehow and Angie is helping him. This next episode will feature Tad/Dixie and the Chicken Suite!

I am hoping I will have more soon!! How were they trying to refocus? I don't know much about this Era.

I always thought DS should have toned down the supernatural a little bit and amp it up during the summer. During the rest of the year they could focus good old fashion Gothic stories soaps love to tell with a few supernatural happenings. That would have been good for the writers to take a breather from the Supernatural so the summers would be a lot fresher.

Most people are not aware she was married. Most people think Myrtle was never married and her maiden name is Fargate.

Come to think of it. My mom also has the week Tad proposes to Dixie in the Chicken Suite and Brooke is tending to Adams heart. Also during that week Erica introduces Eric Kane to everyone in PV meanwhile Natalie and Jermey seem to be wanting back to be with one another. I like all of the scenes with her and Trevor during that time!! Mom also has the week Tad comes back and comes face to face with Dixie. It is funny yet sweet how Opal passed out. That tape also contains a Phil Donahue special. Anyway, would anyone be interested in seeing those???

Both. I have moms tape still in my VCR with the Oprah Special on it. I hope she recorded the 20th Anniversary AMC Special with Oprah.

It is weird haring someone refer to Myrtle as "Mrs. Lum" and I find it shocking that she was at one time a villain. I would love to see some of that Era.

My mother has the entire week, the oprah special, and the carol burnett special all on one tape. I actually have it in my VCR right now lol!

I don't know a lot of SFT. I keep hearing on the boards "Soaps shouldn't rely on one character driving a show!! Did we learn anything from SFT??". I am not sure what that means.

Pretty Accurate. The Carrington stuff was amazing but the other stuff was bland IMO. It didn't seem to go anywhere.

Ya, the first season is pretty painful IMO. I think it started out WAY to slow. Also, the poor family really didn't fit in. It is funny how Dallas was original going to be about lifestyle then became all about Ewing Oil then dynasty was going to be about business then it became more about lifestyle. KL is the best. I love Abby!!!

OMG! That episode is from WFAA Channel 8! That is the station in Dallas/Fort Worth were I live!!!!!!! Oh, I thought that was funny!
