Three Stars to Join LIS Cast!!!!!!!

Life in Salem is happy to finally break it's silence on a high-profile story and announce that Annette Bening, Andy Garcia, and Chazz Palminteri are joining the cast as younger versions of Helena Cassadine, Stefano DiMera, and Mikkos Cassadine! They will be on recurring but will have a large role in The War.

"Annette plays a younger Helena in the seventies, while Andy plays a younger Stefano in the seventies and Chazz plays a younger Mikkos in the seventies," EP/HW Daysfan/Tara explains "Stefano and Mikkos have a hidden connection, this will be explored. And of course the relationship between Helena and Stefano must be explored, mostly through flashbacks. You could say it's slightly like Santo and Colleen, just none of the couples will be sitting around reading letters[laughs]. And it won't be quite so much of a romance story, but again Helena and Stefano will be similar."

All three are on recurring but will get some airtime. While the airtime may be small they still again have large roles but "won't conquer the whole story. The main focus will be on the now, not the past."
