I'd like to have a discussion with some fellow foreign film fans. I'm not very familiar with many, but I'm interested in them and was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations.

Also, I'm not referring to the mainstream "Hollywood" foreign films that everyone knows about (ex. Amelie, Motorcycle Diaries, etc.)

I just watched a film the other day called Beau Pere, about a 14-year-old girl who falls in love with her stepfather. I really appreciate that foreign filmmakers are bold enough to tackle controversial subject matter, while American censors would have heart attacks over such things.
