Recast or send her ass out of town, that's all I have to say.

I don't care for more writing at this point. Vail doesn't impress me, and the only good thing about her was that she and Enggen had some natural chemsitry, as much as I didn't like either of them. Now that he's thankfully gone, I'd like the same for her as well.

If you'd have concrete suggestions of things I say/do to change, I'd welcome the feedback and would try to respond. That is best done via PM. I apologize if you are perceiving rudeness; you seem to understand if so it is not intentional. Therefore, if you have specific issues, I'd appreciate the feedback. Regardless, I am asking you nicely to please refrain from personalization; I will as well. I'm fine if you agree, disagree, or ignore me. But if you have a specific concern, I am offering to address it, but that is not appropriate for the public thread.

Back to show: I am very hopeful for the Williams clan now. For me though, the missing link will always be Mary. If Carolyn Conwell is unable to reprise the role, I'd either like a firm statement on Mary's whereabouts, or maybe (gasp) a recast. She is pretty essential here.

She's not the greatest actress, but she's so charismatic and I don't think they've given her any writing that lets us see how good she is. Her character is so cold and illogical that it's hard to like her, but I do. She gets me so mad sometimes (when she was prosecuting Kevin I hated her) but I think she's so sexy and just...fun to watch. i like her realtionship with Paul, too. Her best work to me was when she lost the case agaisnt Victor, the first time, and she let Paul console her. She could be so dynamic if they just wrote her SOMETHING that makes sense and gave her a clear throughline, a pulse.

Exactly, the writing sucks SO much for this character. She's basically used to fill Adam's storyline or whenever they need someone that people will hate for prosecuting their favorite characters.

"Colleen", Lily, and Heather all suck. Some actresses might suck harder than the others, but it doesn't negate from them all being sucky.

I'm hoping for a skilled recast with better writing, or a simple exit out of town.

I happen to enjoy Heather the most when Victor treats her life crap and slams the door on her ass.

I regret that they never really dealt with the Paul-Heather relationship. So much territory there...how it has affected her perception of men and relationships. Maybe, if the Williams come into focus, it will happen.

Maybe they'll revisit it. I wondered why they had to recast April. But this is important unexplored territory, and it may be part of the reason many of us never fuly got Heather.

Is she healthy, alive and kicking? Because that picture is perfect.

Slutty librarian worked very well for Lucy Coe on GH. Maybe if Heather could become is "Stockholm Syndrome" partner in crime? And become a very, very bad girl :)

    • Christian Streaty wrote her second freelance script today on Days. Surprised they gave the first funeral episode to a newbie.
    • And the third thing, which I have no cite for, and I may look to see if one is findable, but supposedly she said that the show had too much gay content in it. And, to be fair, that could be someone making a criticism about balance & not be bigotry but when it's added to the other, that's why it bugs people.

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?
    • This is the coldest early June in my life. It's like it's January.

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!
