    • Well, a good number of sets were up when I was there, but there was a limited number of people around. Even Y&R seemed dead, but maybe everyone was out for lunch at the time? I remember driving from the parking lot and preparing to enter the roadway when I saw Michelle Stafford and Christian LeBlanc returning from what I think was their lunch break. Not sure where they went or were coming from.
    • A scene I cannot wait to see. Julie Harris as Liliemae is the gift that keeps on giving; she's not outright evil, but frustrating, and in her own way, still pretty lovable.
    • Kim used to say that you can tell when she was unhappy because she would try weird or new things with her hair.  I don't think Rauch was at OLTL at the time Zimmer was but their producer at the time probably wasn't much of a peach either.
    • I wonder if less set use was preparing for the move. They probably were preparing for this for awhile now
    • The early part of the season is decent. After that, Season 9 is one of the worst seasons until season 13. Season 10 is a little worse.    That would have made sense, even if it cost us one of my favorite scenes (Ben putting Lilliemae in a headlock). That's an excellent storyline and leads to the show's last strong season finale.
    • The TVC Studio 31 that they used for 38 years was only about 13,730 sq ft., according to the TVC website specs: https://televisioncityla.com/stages-offices/ Sunset Las Palmas Studios has 11 sound stages, which go up to 20,000 sq ft., though we're yet to learn which of those sound stages will house B&B. Depending on which one, the specs for it can be found here: https://www.sunsetstudios.com/los-angeles/las-palmas-studios/ Sound Stages 4, 5 and 9 are available for use starting September 1, 2025. It's unclear if either of those stages would be used by B&B since they begin production there starting Tuesday, August 19, 2025, which would be before the date shown on the website, but we shall see. Of those three sound stages, only Sound Stage 4 and 5 make sense since they are larger than the specs the show had at TVC, while 9 is quite smaller.  Sound Stage 4 would be the best option overall for B&B since it has 18,819 sq ft., the largest individual sound stage at the lot - Stage 3 and Stage 8 share space, which combined makes the space 19,900 sq ft. --- Forgot to add, unless there was an issue with storing the sets, the changes at TVC should have had no issue with production on the show, resulting in fewer set use as there has been no movement in terms of construction that would impact either show (B&B/Y&R). Of the 2-3 times I've been at the studio, the most recent for Don Diamont's 40 years at CBS, it was the most dead I had ever seen the space, but that could be due to vacations, holidays, or the preparation of the B&B move.
    • I didn't post about it in the BtG thread as I still don't watch the show (an hour runtime is just too much for me right now with a new soap I can't just mostly skip through) but I can't imagine the ego of someone who is hired as a breakdown writer and decides to [!@#$%^&*] their own name all over the show. Classless beyond belief. Any writer who cares more about masturbatory behavior than quality of work should not be hired.
    • Yeah, it would've made things more tightly woven.
    • I like Chelsea and Madison. Two very pretty black women as a potential couple. But I really wish this show would've showcased two very handsome black men as a couple instead.
    • I didn't even think of roasters from GH

Maybe this roast will take even more than two years
