does it both you when actors/actress are [presenting an award from a show, and the person who wins is from that show and they get all crazy?

random i know, but i was watching a clip of VR & whatshisname who use to be Y&R present for fave female newbie and Michelle Stafford won and they got all crazy.

I don't mind if they get exicted because it is their co-star and friend. What bothers me if they go all Adrienne Frantz/Justin Torkildsen (who shouldn't of been giving out a Lead Actress Emmy to start with) and screech so much you only here Susan and there are two Susans up for the award.
