We're supposed to believe that this baby is so critical to the Dimeras yet Sami gets drugged, kidnapped, injected & generally tormented throughout her pregnancy. It's sheer luck that a miscarriage hasn't been induced. At the very least, Tony should chew Elvis out for putting the plan in jeopardy with his antics.
