Which networks in everybody's opinion seems to be dark or campy or somewhere in between in tone ABC,CBS,or NBC or a combination and why you think so?

In recent times, NBC. Days flirted with, wallowed in, and is still recovering from camp for a while now and Passions has always been campy.
