Thanks Nex. You know, doing recaps I miss many things while I try to get the gist for you folks, and I'm so glad you commented on their emotion and facial expression - it was so rich. Tracy broke my heart, and Luke's anger was so real... and yet... and yet they love each other and everything is put in second place for that.

I also missed the fact that it wasn't just their theme music, it was their theme music with lyrics - even more significant. What's this, three times now? Luke's proposal, NYE? and today? Twice anyway.

I liked the emotions they displayed today. Loved that she said my life is in your hands to him.

Sorry Remos but SOC isn't/hasn't been fun any more. And at this point those posters opinions dont mean crap to me. I'm tired of the constant bashing/bobble-head banter. They can have that hell-hole. I'm gonna watch the show without thinking of what SOC posters have posted daily. It makes life much more enjoyable.

Funny - the LnLers are saying look, Luke is kissing Holly too so how much could he really love Tracy (seriously 4 years in and you STILL won't read the memo?). Anyway for those who haven't seen it yet and are worried, I've had warmer kisses with male friends of mine in front of my husband (and no, I'm not talking about cutie-Frank or the Cub leader). There is zero interest in anything but the game, so just like the talk about the LuNacy fight was overblown yesterday, any talk about a Holly/Luke kiss will be overblown today. It's all fine.

They didnt kiss. They were flirting but no kiss. This is why I dont frequent SOC anymore. It's nothing but hate. And I no longer have the will to stomach it any more.

^^^ that amuses me, especially coming from a country where you have more dialects/accents than you can shake a stick at. I find him perfectly clear, as you know, and he says things in the most interesting way. After Tracy he's the most easy 'voice' for me to write (not that I've been doing much of that seeings how they are on ALL THE TIME!!!)

The Luke hate at SOC is grabbing Tracy in it's wake along with Ethan.

I hope Luke will be the one to set Holly straight, and at some point he's got to be the one because Holly will only see it as a one-way thing if Tracy alone tells her. The problem with the way they write Luke's dialogue is that he doesn't throw anvils, he throws feathers. Tracy challenges him to tell her who he chooses and Luke says there's no choice to be made, and we are then left with realizing he just said "I don't have to choose because it's only been you." And today when Holly said she doesn't want to talk openly with Tracy around, Luke invites "Mrs. Spencer" to join them, meaning "My wife isn't anyone's 'inconvenience' and anything you say to me can be said to her because we are a couple". Sometimes I wish they would give him grander declarations in the vein of "You don't get it do you. I love you Tracy, I love YOU!" We need him to jump on a sofa somewhere for all to see.

This is why I don't go to SOC much any more. I'm over the negativity.

And i agree Remos sometimes I do what Luke to grab Tracy like a caveman and tell the world Tracy is his one and only woman.

Good Lord in heaven, what is this with Tracy 'getting physical' with other women? I'm sure it's Luke's wet dream, but it seems to be the writers' as well. First Monica now Holly? For pity sakes she's over 60! Put the woman in a nightie and put her in bed with Luke you want her to wrestle.

I was just reading an article on Daytime Confidential about how CBS is going to try and keep their GL people. They sounded adamant as opposed to PR BS. I hope it is the former. The last thing we need is some influx of GL actors.

We need an *outflux*...lol...not an influx. Speaking of, Ethan needs to be the next one to go. Accents are great. We've had plenty of them on GH. Diction is an *entirely* different component and when one sounds like they are gargling with oatmeal, call me unreasonable, but I'm not a fan. (I'm leaving hair out of it since I see Funny is around. Oh Star, that's so cool. Yeah the kicking... it's to be experienced it cant be described. I once heard my husband trying to explain that kicking was like indigestion and I just cut him off - it's nothing like it. Enjoy these moments - and I agree with Hooked. My daughter and I had that push-pull thing from conception, but little boys come with their own sweetness that can't be compared. With a little boy you always know you are the center of the universe.

I gotta tell you on SOC, the Holly vs. Anna wars are huge. I thought Tracy vs. ewcbo was bad but we at least know who came first and who was chosen in the end. Anna/Holly have no such clarity.
