Wow. What an INSANE episode of RHOC! They almost broke the fourth wall last night with the 'somebody really is injured, now let's get the medics here' scenes. Heather reassuring her sone Nicholas felt very mom-like and genuine. Nicholas reminds me of RHoM's Lea Black's son, a smart and sweet kid who calls it like he sees it. Can't believe Bravo kept filming. Can't believe Kelly's helmet fell off in mid-quad-roll and she didn't get injured at all. Quads are so dangerous! Hope Vicki ended up ok. Clearly Tamra did, judging by the previews. I know Meghan and Jim are not fans of Vicki, but the least Meghan could do is go to hospital for a quick visit to drop off some flowers and ask if she can be of any help, given that Vicki is not far from her in Palm Desert. Jim is such an !@#$%^&*] lol but his assholery is weirdly very watchable. He just don't give a sh*t. I felt so bad for Tamra's mom. Kelly was doing nothing to calm her down, instead just making her more and more anxious. K did the same with Brianna over the phone. Next week, Tamra calling Shannon jealous because Vicki is the victim now is PERFECTION -- and I'm not even a fan of Tamra. Actually, next week's episode in general looks pretty good. BTW I read somewhere that this season the number of episodes have been curtailed to 16, mainly because of this accident which halted filming for a bit. Maybe that is a good thing.

@Cheap21: IA. Lotto is an autotune mess and I hate it. I think it's the only EXO I've ever hated (I like Wolf now btw!). I am also disappointed in CL's effort. I feel like this would be edgy and exotic in Korea -- in 2005. In the US, it is completely generic. I preferred Hello Bitches a lot more. Red Velvet had their comeback today. I have no clue what to think about the mv (the styling of Joy and Seulgi in particular is a MESS), but the song is a bop. It has a very classic 80s girl group feel: Bobby of iKON also released a solo song, and it will be twinned/go up against a solo by Winner's Mino (which hasn't yet been released). Here it is. Caught up on RHoNY. LuAnn came for Bethenny as she was well entitled to do. Seeing the Berkshire scenes again where Bethenny just spews bile was a great reminder of what a toxic, bitter sicko Bethenny is. I am actually stunned her BFF Andy called her out on it. She hit the cray button when she called up her married fiancé's 'daughter' *cough*intern*cough* on the show. I really need two more Reunion episodes where Bethenny gets raked over the coals for her noxious behaviour. I also think she got another nose job between the end of this season and the reunion. It now looks like a tiny insect. Carole is her yapping lapdog. Equally ghastly human being. Even though she looks like one of the Sister Wives in that outfit [ (c) Tamara Tattles], it weirdly suits her, and her face is looking rejuvenated. Don't care about Ramona's tits. Even with the cocaine allegations thrown at her (another lovely Bethenny moment), I still like Dorinda and appreciated how she stood her ground against that emaciated pitbull. Dorinda is pretty much the only one on the show unafraid of Bethenny's power. Even LuAnn is cowering. Luann should dump Tom. I know she thinks this is her only chance at re-marriage, but honestly, she, Sonja and Ramona need to stop dipping their toes in the same tiny sperm-bath of balding 65-year old men. This is a pool where marriage is not and will never be a priority, lol. Widen your horizons, Lu! ------- RHOC: I know everyone is raving about the addition of Kelly this season but... there is something really off about her. Maybe it's her teeth freaking me out, but she comes across as a whiney chipmunk. I love that she absolutely decimated Heather and Shannon, but I just do not find her 100% likeable. I also think she is abusing something. That meal with Heather, she seemed high. Shannon Beador is starting to refer to herself as Shannon Beador. Delusions of grandeur. Her smoochy-moopsy 'video diary' with that high-pitched nitwit DavidBeador was some badly-acted scripted bullshiot. I can't with her twinkly eyes and 'exclusive video footage' of naked DavidBeador eating guacamole in the jacuzzi. ----- I have no heart to watch RHoNJ. I feel it will be an exhausting void of nothingness. I loved the mini-show they did following Teresa's family while she was in prison, but this... this is just terrible. Nobody is coming out of this looking good, except maybe the two newbies occasionally.

Agreed. Stick a fork in NJ, it's done. I would be very surprised if Danielle Staub would return, tbh. She was meant to be in Season 3 (aka the season that the Gorgas ate) because she was the one who in Season 2 Reunion threatened Teresa with info about her family -- info given to Danielle by Melissa. But she turned it down, and Bravo reached out to her a couple of times to return later which she also turned down. Apparently she wanted to go low-profile for her kids' sake as they had suffered in school while she was on the show. I can't really blame her for putting her daughters and their chances at an education first. RHoNY: Finally watched this sh*tshow of a product placement infomercial. RHoNY broke the fourth wall with this episode. The women were barely hiding that what we are seeing is instigated only for the cameras and that this show is their JOB. I absolutely believe Dorinda when she said Tom called her up in order to set up a scene where the 'waiters reveal that it was all a big mistake.' That kind of scripted BS makes me lose a bit of empathy for LuAnn -- and I *LOVE* the Countess. But she is wedded (pun intended) to the idea of getting married to this jerk (who ain't all that in the looks department) and getting a Wedding By Bravo. I wish she had cut her losses and just said Tom and her are working through things but the wedding is off for now. Instead she just looks desperate to be married -- at any cost. Lord, Ramona looked so bad with her awful hair extensions and that hair turd on the top of her head. I wish I could find a gif of it but I can't. IA with some of you who say Carole needs to stay. Her SL is a bore (I had forgotten she was still with that whey-faced kid), but she stirs the pot and pits people against each other so they can fight her battles for her. She is a bigger pot-stirrer than Dorinda. She is mean and spiteful, but there are moments when she is almost human. The only problem is that Andy loves her and Bethenny and won't have a bad word or a bad-edit done against them. It is depressing watching a show where two toxic people will always be protected. The other women have the deck unfairly stacked against them. Bravo should just let the audience decide who they like and let the chips fall where they may. Bethenny. Sigh. Obviously she did this 'reveal' for ratings and because she cannot stand that Luann was the STAR this season. She couldn't bear that Luann stole her thunder and was going to get a wedding out of this. She is really angry and unhappy and toxic and I feel like she hates most women deep down. Also she can't act. I hope she gets EXPOSED at Reunion. I can't help but like Sonja because she is a Sag like me. I'm glad she ended the season being the most sober and level-headed of them all, without losing that hint of delusion that makes Sonja, Sonja.

So basically what we are saying is to watch Auckland instead of OC this week? Because Whatshername getting inseminated + Shannon's fake vow renewal are not calling to me rn. Shannon seems permanently set on Offended! mode. Also: I'm trying to warm to Kelly but so many outbursts are starting to seem like contrived.

I finally watched this latest episode of RHoNY. I cannot believe how tolerable Carole was here! Sonja is literally a wind-up toy who has nothing to say until you wind her up and she repeats "Tom was my lover! Tom was my lover!" over and over. Bethenny is literally the worst. She is an absolutely awful human being, gleefully feeding off another person's possible unhappiness. She prolonged telling LuAnn for days just so she could make fun of her on the sly. And I thought she was bleeding out of every orifice/on her deathbed? Not in that tiny bikini. Poor LuAnn. I really feel bad for her because she knows that these women made it their business to bring down her engagement. I also felt for when she told Carole that her marriage to Alex de Lesseps was open because she just had to put up with his cheating. Otherwise she was not cut out for that kind of life. Best moment of the episode: lol amazing analogy! Carole's was the kicker.

With Bethenny it's a tough one. She does create drama and stir the pot, but she's such a bully. No one is allowed to call her out on her methods or her bitterness. She has to be the winner all the time and to do that, she must put the others down. Case in point : LuAnn . The rumor is that B wanted to have the engagement /marriage SL this season, and when it looked like L was beating her to it, she did everything to pissed all over. Basically abandoning her principle plan to alienate Sonja off the show, because she needed her to show up LuAnn. As for Nene, she will be advise to pay off the IRS quickly and quietly. But former cast member? Lmao. Now she needs the Bravo cheque to help pay up. Brawway ain't gonna cut it. She has that new face to pay for, too.

Was Dr Woo the one who attempted to do brain surgery on her and shaved her head, and then Viv and Jennifer's mom broke out of the looney bin and set it on fire? Back in 1994? Lol wow I'm old.

We'll blame this on the show being a borefest. God bless the two new girls because they are the best things on there. Everybody else is tired and fake.

Don't worry. Shannon will play victim as always "I've been under a lot of pressure," "She pushed me to breaking point," "she made me do it," "I am usually such a peaceful person" etc., and her stans will eat it up because she is now Poster Girl for the Poor Cheated-Upon Wives Who 'Forgive' Their Husbands brigade. (And I do feel sympathy for her situation -- she exudes unhappiness and dissatisfaction in her marriage and her life). And IA with you about her wanting to de-throne Vicki. I think she genuinely was her pal the first season but last season with the fake cancer scandal, she saw her chance and cut her off. Honestly, I think that she let a lot of praise go straight to her head. She really acts up the family scenes in front of the cameras now. She has not realized two important rules of RHOC tho: 1. Tamra and Vicki will always make up and break up, and 2. Tamra will betray you in a heartbeat, cut you off and try and get you off the show. The fact that Shannon thinks she can ice out Vicki from the show AND 'manage' Tamra is the height of her delusion. Kelly is loud and unconventional and more importantly seems to want to enjoy life and live it up. For some reason, the latter really pisses some people off (see Lisa V's haters). IA with Chris B, Giraffe is literally the worst HW of all time. She was last year, too, when she was all smug and self-righteous and hiding behind Jim Edmonds' status.

@Cheap21 OMG I LOVE BLACKPINK RN CHEAP. And Lisa is the one I think I will fangirl over -- I couldn't take my eyes off her! That is not to say that you cannot stan 2ne1 and BP at the same time. If anything, BP's comeback has made me go back to 2ne1's old songs and relisten, mainly because Boombayah and Whistle are more uptempo while 2ne1 have some classic ballads in their back catalogue (Missing You, Lonely are two of my favourites). I really appreciate Bom's voice in those, also Minzy and CL's. Out of the two BP releases I really like Whistle. But BBY is catchy too.

Kelly is a mess and out of control. From a RL perspective, that is extremely problematic. From a viewer's POV, it is gold. I thought she got unnecessarily vulgar for the sake of the cameras, butShannon obvs set her up with those "friends" in a bid to humiliate her and besmirch her reputation on camera. Shannon is coming across so badly. She really follows the same pattern -- pick on somebody, isolate them, swear that you will never forgive them, and guilt the other ladies to do the same. She did it with Heather, then Tamra, briefly with Giraffe, and now with Vicki and Kelly. When they don't toe the line, she upbraids them like a prim school-marm. Tamra already looks about ready to dump her ass and turn on her, "Spiritual Gangster" stylez. Heather having a hissy fit like a ballerina with a ladder in her tights was Was nobody paying attention to her or something? Her fake crying, omg. I really cannot buy any story either she or Terry are trying to sell me. He comes across so much better on Botched By Nature when he's paired with Paul Nassif. Megan getting inseminated -- couldn't care less. And neither could Jimmy. David skeeves me the f*ck out. He comes across as incredibly spineless and fake. That 'surprise' vow renewal feels about as real as Shannon's nose.

I dont listen to them. I really dont really get into girl bands and the two that actually resonate with me, 2NE1 and 4MInute pretty much disbanded this year lol I know, I feel like I have the cursed touch with girl groups given that two of my faves have essentially been sidelined. Here is the Wonder Girls' Why So Lonely, Cheap. It's pretty catchy and the mv is more fun and tongue-in-cheek than the average gg video. Although the 'rapping' section is atrocious! I prefer Sistar's I Like That. (Also in gg news, Red Velvet are expected to have a comeback in August, while YG is making way for their new -- and imo under-talented -- gg, BlackPink): And speaking of 4Minute... HYUNA. Her summer album is out. I haven't listened to the album yet although some are saying there are good songs on there. Here is her title mv, though "Eottae?" (How's This?). I don't know... the song is catchy and yet boring? I keep waiting for a hook. The video is ok, though -- and Hyuna gets to make out with a guy in it, lol.

Thanks NBA! IA with Cheap. I like Eileen a lot but last season she looked bitter and angry and like she was doing YolErika's handywork. FOH is probably best for her. Maybe she and Faye could switch places. Carole looks contrived af. Proof money can't buy you cla-asss. She looks like a down-and-out wicked witch. Everybody else looks spectacular, especially Bethenny, Ramona and Jules. Finally watched last week's episode, Carole and Bethenny are such mean girls. I can't. I can understand Bethenny's fear of getting to close to somebody with an eating disorder, but the way she dismissed Jules' very genuine defense of herself was mean. I still say B and Carole are lowkey gunning for another Jules relapse, for some morbid amusement of their own. The Countess stays boss, as usual. I loved her scene with Ramona at the end, as they strolled through the Upper East Side arm in arm. Bethenny was so mad that Lu got engaged in Vail -- I bet she was hoping for LuAnn would do it in front of the cameras, so that she could accuse her of opportunism and making it 'all about her.' As opposed to, you know, All About Bethenny.

Get that prime NY real estate next to Andy, LuAnn! Also: Dorinda hopefully backing up Lu. Dorinda is love. I hope Bethenny and Carole are thoroughly called out on their mean antics at Reunion. I haven't watched the latest episode yet but apparently they also went after Jules in the epi and forced her to admit that she purged recently. It sounded ugly on their part.

I know! It made me really mad the way she reached out to say hi to Meghan on the beach -- Meghan who was basically driving the train last season to railroad Vicki! BTW, I still can't believe Meghan was given another season. Not only is she hugely unpopular, but watching her inject herself for 3 minutes and bitch about her phobia of needles is also deeply boring. Jim looks as checked out of that marriage as David did two years ago. Shannon just will not let go of her resentment of Vicki, she basically treats her just like her husband. IA that David is incredibly relaxed and happy-looking at the moment. I don't know whether it is because he is about to leave his wife or whether he is now cool with being hen-pecked. But sometimes I worry that Shannon will wake up in the middle of the night with David standing over her with a pillow. Tamra's transparent Jesus talk makes me think that she must be desperate to stay on the show and ingratiate herself with church-going Middle America. In the past three seasons, people have really been gunning for her to be fired.

100% agreed. I have a love/hate relationship with New Jersey and their entire story arcs they've had since season three, and these two heifers irk me the most. Jacqueline and Chris are downsizing and sell off their jewelry, furniture, etc. yet she still could afford cosmetic surgery on her donkey head. Meanwhile, it seems the show is trying to pick up on Season Seven where Season Five left off: Teresa vs Melissa. Wasn't that squashed last season? Overall, I was intrigued the most by Teresa's homecoming. The new girls look like they have potential and the season preview looks juicy. But other than the homecoming, the first episode felt like a bad reminder of the toxicity of Seasons 3-5. That's probably what made me most uncomfortable about the episode -- the hint of S5-7. I still get hives from those seasons. You best believe that Jaq is going to play victim and seek out a feud with Tre in order to stay relevant on this show (how else is she going to pay for the face lift??). 'On Display' also knows that victim-playing with Teresa is the way to go now that her music career is dead and buried. Lord knows Melissa has some kind of saint complex, so best believe we will be seeing her suffering nobly and keepin it tugethuh for the sake of da fambly.

RHoNJ: Dolores and Siggy seem to be a good fit so far. Siggy especially is too fabulous. The two people I can't stand are Jaqueline and Melissa. Jaq must be the most self-absorbed woman in NJ -- everything is about HER HER HER. She and Chris (still hot btw) are in dodgy financial straits but she's planning her next face-lift? Ok. The way she belittled Teresa's note makes her still seem emotionally stuck in high school. And Melissa is fake as usual. Totally unconvinced by her 'heartwarming' family scenes, especially with Gorga Senior who looks like he can barely stand to look at her. Also I don't really need to see that much of Joe Gorga. Ever. I cried when Tre came home, walked into the kitchen and gave Juicy a hug. Then her girls came running and jumped on her. It felt truly real compared with the Gorga stuff and all the contrived sh*t from season's past. As crim as the Giudices are, I will always love watching their family the best. I have a fondness for Juicy. I think he loves his daughters a lot even when shouting at them or snarking with Gia. Meanwhile, Gia is amazing and as young as she is, I admire the way she became another mother for her sisters while Tre was in jail.

LuAnn is so spectacular this season, I can't even. I love that she called them out, and the way she called them out was so genuine. She was clearly hurt, but at the same time has enough belief in herself that she can walk away and say 'I don't need people like you poisoning my life.' I really love her this season. The past few seasons in fact. Yes, even during the Pirates of the Caribbean mess. London, I would LOVE it if Cynthia and Leon reconnected. I remember a few seasons back, Leon was invited to some fashion show she was doing in NY Fashion Week; the way he looked at her walk the runaway, it was like there were stars in his eyes. He was appreciating this womanly Cynthia doing her thing while Peter was busy whining about her fibroids and 'weight gain' being a dampener on their sex life. All I could think was 'Run, Cynthia! Go hang out with this guy who seems to take you seriously and loves spending time with Noelle!' Btw, I don't know if you read Tamara Tattles but a few months back she posted the following Blind Item which sounds a lot like it was about Cynthia and Leon. Wow! This song gives me definite 12.30 vibes, like it was written by the same songwriters and producers. The end part was unexpected. Just when I thought it was about to finish, they come back with that little... segment, lol. In some ways, I don't blame them for going back to the style and sound of one of their bigger hits. 12.30 was a great song, and this def sounds like BEAST. I also get that Beast want this cb to be a success, especially after Hyunseung left and Cube dismantled 4Minute. My only concern is that the audience may view this kind of song as outdated. That is a shame because I am already exhausted by the 1,001 girl groups dressed as cutesy schoolgirls. I am also exhausted by SM's embrace of EDM as the only musical genre in the world. Apart from Monster and Sistar's I Like That, kpop is releasing some boring songs right now. When is Beast's first live stage? I hope they win some of the music shows. I also want to see what the choreography looks like in a live setting.

RHoOC: Tamra is a nasty piece of work (as we all know). And Ryan is cut from the same cloth. He hasn't changed since he was a teen. Always playing Tamra against her husband du jour. The only difference with Tamra is, he is chronically lazy. Fatal combination. What a boo boo Terry and Heather made about Terry operating on 3 hours' sleep. That's like asking for a lawsuit in an industry where medical malpractice suits are career-killing. Jury's still out on Kelly. Obviously she's watched the show and knows Vicki is the person to ally yourself with. I'm not sure how genuine an image she is presenting. Shannon has made a grave error and that is (1) buying into her own popularity hype, and (2) taking everything personally to the nth degree on a quasi-scripted show like RH. She will be left out in the cold when Tamra and Heather pull the rug from under her and get back with Vicki. Meghan who? What is this giraffe nobody doing on my screen?

This is the first time I've been excited about RHONJ in, like, 5 years. It is giving me old school vibes. I'm so glad those awful twins and that other one with the thug husband were sent packing. LOL as soon as they launched into the blood chat, I swear I could FEEL every male, gay or straight, (and a couple of females) switch channels. I thought the way Bethenny and Carole treated Jules was disgusting. Look, it's clear something is going on. Jules's marriage is self-destructing, she probably has zero appetite and is super stressed. She is also very, very intimidated by Bethenny. I feel that these Two Bitches prodding Jules about her food issues might trigger a falling off of the wagon for Jules. A mean part of me thinks B&C would love that, just so they could be 'proved right' about her anorexia. Another mean part of me thinks that B&C are extremely competitive with Jules about her thinness and food issues in a weird way. Both are pretty twiglike themselves. Dorinda makes me love her so much this episode. She was such a good friend to both Jules and Sonja (not to mention Bethenny last episode). This is why Dorinda is such a good addition to the franchise. Messiness aside (and who isn't messy on RHoNY?), Dorinda has lived a great life and she is kind. She is a mother hen to these women, and that warmth is very much needed on a show where the relationships can be very sharp and caustic. Luann is so boss in another great suit and her statement necklace. I can't wait for next week when she shades them all. Honestly, do B&C have any fans left? They are coming across awfully this season. Oh, and Bethenny handing her blood-stained pillow to her sweet chauffeur for 'cleaning' was BARF INDUCING. I would rather burn the damn thing than ever show a period-stained pillow to anybody! She's rich enough to just get rid of the thing!

@Cheap21 Those charts make me sad because it feels like SM are trying to push Lay further away from being important to EXO and more on his individual commitments. He deserves to have as many lines as Chen in the M version of the album -- after all, he is the only native Mandarin speaker left in the group! BTW @Cheap21 BEAST dropped their new mv Butterfly! It's a ballad like I've heard them sing before, but the whole group looks so pretty. I feel like it's almost acknowledging the loss of Hyunseung to fans, but that it is also time of moving on in terms of the sad feel of the ballad. It also ends a bit suddenly for me lol. Still, it is only the pre-release and may not be the main single released to promote the album. And hey, they even gave the pretty one some lines to sing.
