Just wait, they'll probably create a new character for Roger Howarth to play. Like Franco's twin Branco, an annoying soap opera journalist.
And he’ll feel exactly like Todd, if only through emphasizing a certain aspect of Todd’s personality.
God, Cameron’s reaction is breaking my heart and I didn’t give a sh!t about Franco. William Lipton is just amazing.0 -

There's a lot of hotness in that hospital lab today
They should have set the confrontation in the steam room!
The prettiness is the only distraction from B&B spinning its wheels for a half-hour. There’s a beyond-Tyler Perry-level of repetition and stalling on this show.
This detour with Vinny feels pointless, unless Brad’s trying to show that Thomas is a stand-up guy for not capitalizing on Vinny switching the results. Which would make him look like a better romantic prospect in the eyes of Hope, who’s still not over Liam’s betrayal, and cause further angst for her marriage.
Which would be... boring.
Oh, that fight at the end with the POV shaky-cam shot. Comically bad. (From the grandeur of Sheila/Lauren in the lab on Y&R to this, 30 years later...)0 -
Hilarious that this show is hyping up this Adam/Victoria/Billy stuff like it’s the most intriguing story ever. The stakes are just not there.

Mishael Morgan lowered her stock value not wanting to come back as Hilary. I haven't cared about anything going on with Amanda long enough to sit through more than a few weeks before tuning out again
I think she’s done good work as Amanda, but yeah, it’s a fail. And the show decided to sideline the one character who finally made her spark: her sister Imani. This show dangles promising developments and rips them away.

I am so ready for Paris to beat Zoe's ass. My only regret would be that it's fight choreography and not the real thing.
Do Thomas and Vinny have an onscreen long-lasting friendship or was this newly created
I want Paris to give Zoe the full “Diane Jenkins Headbangers Special” in one of the Forrester offices. Too bad they don’t have budget for that anymore.
Vinny was Thomas’s oft-shirtless partner-in-crime during the whole Beth fiasco.

Just read the article on SOD. I knew it was too good to be true.
Why would they say anything?! God, these people don’t know how to build suspense or mystery.

Nadine Velazquez has been cast as the fourth member of the group. Sounds like her character has become sort
of a Wendy Williams type.

However, what’s most important is that Abby be on the show and the musical chairs between Marci and Kate is unsustainable.
They’re too different to keep doing the Lecy Goranson/Sarah Chalke swap, for sure.

That was by far the worst Snatch Game ever.
And to think Latrice Royale was embarrassed for her season!
I agree. Half of them were dreadful (Olivia, Kandi, Tina, Utica). The others were meh. I agree that Gottmik and Rosé were the best of the bunch, but that wasn’t saying much.

There's a great chance these aren't the final 5. The DGAs and Oscars haven't match nominations since 2010.
Certainly the Oscars have had some left-field choices in recent years (Benh Zeitlin, Lenny Abrahamson). The above seems a feasible final five, though. I see Regina got nominated as a first-time director.

Directors Guild Nominations:
Lee Isaac Chung - Minari
Emerald Fennell - Promising Young Woman
David Fincher - Mank
Aaron Sorkin - The Trial of the Chicago 7
Chloé Zhao - Nomadland
I wonder if that’s our Oscar final 5 or if Regina King might break in.

C’mon now. This is great comedy!

I deleted my last post as it could be perceived as spoiler-y. But I’ll take Franco all day, every day over Peter.

I like her toughness but no to her being a villain. Days has enough villains. A complicated but fundamentally decent character who does what she has to do without being a villain is so much more interesting.Just saying that she could perform it well if they did, which I didn’t see when she was playing the Gabi alter. She seemed limp as that “character” to me.

I really sympathize with the dilemna they have. Neil's passing could have been a jumping point to bring back Malcolm or Drucilla. But Shemar Moore ain't coming back and VR has burned her bridges. I wish TLW would recur to at least fill in the matriarch role for a while but I think she has moved on too.
So they are indeed kind of stuck. What needs to happen is for them to have the guts to introduce an entire new clan that can drive stories for decades and use Devon and Lily to get us to care.I sympathize to a degree, as it was an unexpected tragedy, but they did absolutely nothing with the cast they *did* have on the canvas (BJ and CK), and that’s unconscionable to me. CK may not have been back full time at that point, but she was around. And, to this day, years later, they’ve done close to nothing to honor Neil.

Technically there was not, in the sense that there was very little material at that time for the Winters et al.
Use it as a jumping-off point to generate renewed energy in that part of the canvas and really honor his legacy in a way that carried the show forward. Plant a seed. Get Neil a secret in his will that Devon and Lily have to uncover. Something. Y&R hadn’t been in the public eye like that in years, and like you say, I had modestly hope that the outpouring of support would have at least inspired them to recognize the goldmine that they’d ignored for years. To no avail.
And, to add, of course they used those scenes to win the show Emmys.0 -
So is RoHo officially gone?

Given that he’s trending No. 1 on Twitter for a show that doesn’t even air here, he’ll be monetizing his BS somewhere else very soon.

Rebecca Herbst has been excellent too. I just rewatched that scene, and I liked how how she tried to be strong for Cameron.
