  1. I'm still hoping that will happen before AMC ends. Have Jenny return to convince Jesse to be honest about the baby, restore Angie's sight, and say goodbye to Greg.

I think they've already said goodbye. Greg just needs to move on and get laid already.

  2. The climax of the story that got me officially hooked. Man... I loved the fallout equally too culminating with Janet attempting to blow-up Laurel and Trevor's wedding and then deciding at the last minute not going through it. I wish that was on youtube. Remember her tying up Kendall and that WIG! LOL

It kind of bothered me that Harold the dog figured it out before Trevor and that Harold would be the hero. It was like watching Benji or Lassie.

  3. I remember it, and remember not being overly smitten by it. Megan McTavish, right? I applaud them for doing something with Myrtle, but it was a tad ridiculous.

I thought so too. It was a bit out there. Why didn't Santa attend Myrtle's funeral?

  4. No, did they do a ''woman in a well'' story like a year after AMC's? Or maybe a fugly dark-haired woman (like JFAP) posing as a pretty blonde (like Nat)? I don't watch DOOL, but I remember reading something about all that.

I think Marlena was stuck in a pit.

  5. My grandmother is turning over in her grave right now. She hated Erica and she would always curse at the TV every time she was on. I got curious, so I started watching to see what all the fuss was about and of course I fell in love with the show. I was probably the only kindergartener who preferred to watch All My Children instead of Sesame Street.

I think I feel a deep attachment to the show because it connects me with my grandmother who is no longer with us. :(

I'm deeply hurt about the show's cancellation but I'm not going to stop being a fan once the show is done. It will live on on youtube and on my VHS tapes and I'll reminisce with fellow fans on this board.

  6. I know, right? And YET... I'm a little intrigued. Roya Megnot would have been a better Erica than Lisa Peluso, but in both cases it would have looked like little girls playing dress up, both too young. I used to think Anna Stuart would make for a good temp Erica when she was still on AW but I don't necessarily agree with that anymore. Her energy is perfect for women like Mary Smythe.

But both actresses would have been alot more age approrpiate for the deSORASed rape retcon Erica...lol. I can buy Peluso as 14 years older than Kendall. That would have been interesting to see her in the role

I don't really believe JDB considered temporarily recasting Erica. If she did, she's f*ckin crazy and deserved to be fired.

  7. Then-AMC executive producer Jean Burke considered temporarily recasting Erica with Lisa Peluso when Susan Lucci was doing “Annie Get Your Gun” on Broadway and was very sick (either pneumonia or borderline pneumonia).

I would've had a sh*t attack if another actress played Erica.
