The Phoenix Rising reference was all Roman Tishy. He threw that in and it made me

Honestly, I didn't know who to cast really. I was looking

for a a hillbilly/country guy and he popped into mind.

Keep in mind, I made this decision like right after DWTS.

He is only in like 6 episodes so it's no big deal.

I had a few other ideas but he came to mind first and it

wasn't a big enough role worth recasting sp I let it be.

Marlena sounded SO Sam like in this episode! I LOVE IT!!!!!

Oh, the Austin and Carrie scenes were so romantic. Perfect balance to the Nicole and Kate stuff. which rocked! I love that Kate knows now.

When do we find out who the MCF is? I want to know (though I have my guesses)

The MCF is not revealed for awhile yet. However, we are almost at the point now where suspects will begin to be eliminated and things will begin to unravel. You will see what I mean as we approach May. Slowly, all the beloved characters have been drawn into the MCF's web and now that they are we will begin to get to the part of the story that focuses exclusively on his or her plan and identity. Things will definitely be amped up that's for sure.

There is also some more romance coming too.

Just wanted to say I've been reading your blog for the past few months and I love it. I especially love the way you guys are writing the interactions between Sami and the other Brady siblings. I also loved John being the real Roman. What you guys are writing is what I dream of seeing on the real Days. The Bo molestation storyline and Will/Bo relationship was so unexpected but excellent. Keep up the good work!

As for the clue, between Easter and

everything else I am running late. I should've

just said that I would send the clues out on Tuesday

like I normally do but I thought I could get them out

early and I couldn't. They will be sent tonight, which

is ok because usually I send them after a I post a

new Vendetta clip anyway. I apologize for the

inconvenience.

I have a feeling it will be Steve, Kayla, Bo,

Hope, or Alice that dies. Just a gut feeling.

I should be able to narrow it down as we go

along.

They were married and slept together.

Tishy, daysfan is right about Spencr and Steven.

We brought those two back last summer too during

Mickey's funeral and we kind of opened the door for

future story there as Spencer was the product of an

affair. Steven has never told his on who his mother

is and Julie called him out on that last summer. It's

a source of great tension between Spencer and Steven

and it's one that we will explore in the future so keep an

eye on it.

I have a question. Does James and Marlena know who the MCF is? I know he or she talks with a voice changer but do they know? Or has that not been revealed.

Glad Belle got Clare back, Phil is a jerk. Love that Sami is supporting Carrie for a change. Great ep!

The MCF uses the voice changer at all times in case he or she is found

or gets caught. This way no one knows his or her identity unless

they actually catch him or her

In regards to James and Marlena, they do know but it was an understanding

between the MCF and all of his or her assistants not to call him or her by

anything but vague names like "cloaked one" or "boss" or things like that.

Plus, Marlena, James, Alan, etc all know they are dealing with a dangerous

threat and we know that all of them are involved in this plan for some

reason or personal goal they want accomplished. They won't say

anything because they know what he or she is capable of and they

still might need the MCF. It's kind of like they are using the MCF in

a way just like he or she is using them.

More will be revealed as we go along and when the climax gets here,

everything will be told right down to the last detail. You'll see that

it will all fit together well.

good so far. I like yoru casting/recasting

decisions. I will admit you writing off Hope

caught my eye first. I like writers who

take risks and that is a big one.

once Vendetta is over and things settle.

Good work though. I should say that when I first started,

my blog went through several changes and then I teamed

with Roman and we took off from there. Just find what style

is best for you and everything will fall into place. You are off

to a good start and I can see you will do great

I haven't gotten very far in catching up on the past blog episodes. Who started the fire and did it hurt anybody?

When Victor returned to Salem, he decided to cut his ties with Maggie.

Victor and Maggie had fallen in love and he didn't want her in danger due

to his dangerous lifestyle and now the threat the MCF represents.

Victor used Nicole, who also wanted his help with adopting the baby and

getting a job at Titan, to break his ties with Maggie. He created a setup

where Maggie found him and Nicole in bed together only they hadn't done

anything.

Maggie ran off and Julie blamed Victor, even though she gave Victor the

advice to cut ties with Maggie as well. Maggie has dipped back into her

alcoholism on and off since Mickey's death and she went on another binge.

She lashed out and set Chez Rouge on fire in a fit of rage. She quickly

realized what she had done but fell and hit her head.

The fire got worse, Julie was first on the scene and Doug entered to help

but was hit by a beam. Hope, Roman, Steve, and many others were dragged

into danger to try to save Maggie and Doug.

Both were saved but Doug is in a coma and Maggie remembers what she did

but not very clearly so she isn't quite sure of everything.

The MCF was sick of Marlena and worried she would blow his or her scheme so

he or she set her up by having her come to the fire scene and she was caught.

Everyone beleives Marlena set the fire based on her condition and actions of

late so Julie and Victor, who are trying to proect Maggie, chose to use that to

help cover for Maggie. Julie is also worried because she is the one that

convinced Victor to return to Salem. She went behind Doug's back and left

Salem to see Victor to do this and Doug doesn't know. Doug would be furious

as he and Julie were arguing back and forth about Maggie and Victor's

relationship and Doug is not a big fan of Victor's.

Justin was actually casted as Spencer last summer during the funerals then. I do have some plans in mind for the future for him.
