Checking in. My Tracy love isn't as strong as it used to be, but I suppose when she gets back onscreen, that will change.

For the record, not all the Tracy fans here refer to Laura/GF by that acronym. Regarding the short hair - HATE IT. HATE IT. HATE IT. I really liked the curls she had going on for a while in summer 2006. There was one day, though, when the curls were very lop-sided, but I would still take that over the current look.

Wasn't Ingo let go a long time ago, only for it to be revealed that it was inaccurate? Hoping for Tracy screentime in the future...

Linnie and LuAnn: Right before the Markham Island SL started, Robert Scorpio and Tracy ended up trapped in the Quartermaine freezer. Handcuffs were involved. Does that sound like something you'd like to see? I'm able to upload.

As soon as I start to somewhat consider the hair decent again, she gets it cut. IMO, she looked softer and younger with the longer hair. Not very long, just longer and "oomphy." Once upon a time, I made this banner showing my support of the oomph. I will try to upload Markham island clips soon.

To the Moms out there:

I'm fine though I am bummed about the summer. I am convinced I have the opposite of seasonal affective disorder. I used the FLOVE the spring/summer too. How is your dog doing? That's dumb. I never had to do that. We would just wait until the next Friday. That's not your fault the lecture was scheduled on a Friday. But I agree with hooked - DO NOT MISS!!!

Wow. I am really bad at counting. And I must have accidentally FF'd the apartment scene with Tracy.

TracyQ, have you missed a lecture, and that's why you have to go to the make-up one? Watched Tracy's scenes. She only had 3 - one by herself in Luke's Haunted Star office, one with Nikolas, and one with Lulu. She feared Luke left town and suspected he might not never return. She also was trying to convince Lulu that the intervention was a good idea. Lucky/Lulu/Ethan, Luke/Shioban, Luke/Elizabeth and Luke/Shioban/Ethan/Lucky were onscreen together as well. Linnie, thanks for the Sonny/Luke dialogue. I'm glad that Tracy was mentioned.

I'm sorry to hear about your dog, hooked. I hope you get her back tonight. OFF TOPIC - On the topic of pets - What are people's experiences with kittens/cats? I so need to move out of my parents house (25 years old) but really want a pet to ease the lonliness factor. I can't do a puppy because I would be gone from morning 'til evening, and it would need a lot of training, but what about a kitten? One that is litter trained and up to date on vaccinations? As strange as this is going to sound, I lived with cats for about a week in high school. My mom's friend was on vacation, our old house had been sold, and our new one wasn't ready to move into yet - SO, she let us stay in her house if we watched her cats. It was nice having fluffy friends to come home to even though 2 of the 4 were evil. I don't want to end up with evil cats. And I definitely do not want 4. 1 or 2 would be good. Thoughts???

I think what TracyQ meant about "No Tracy" was that she doesn't have a role in the promo other than to serve in the background. But oh well. It's just a promo. We know she will have a larger role in the actual episode. To those celebrating - Happy Easter. Easter was WAY cooler when I was younger. I remember having the family over and going on an Easter Egg hunt in our large backyard. My cousin would pretend to trip over the plastic eggs. If it felt heavy and made noise (like there were coins in there), he would skip it. Then, he would proceed to trip over another one and hope it felt like there was nothing in there (this meant there were dollar bills or more in the egg). Now, at the age of 23, he has a soon to be 5 year old and a 2 year old, and he is probably teaching them the same tricks. Meanwhile, my mom gets to be jealous because her sister is a grandmother, and she's not. Oy... My mom would have killed me if I was pregnant at 19. Glad you enjoyed the old videos, Linnie and TracyQ.

I dug up this video from around May 2009. YouTube removed it, so I posted it on Vimeo. Song is "Mad About You" by Belinda Carlisle. While I was digging up old videos, I found one I made in December 2008 to "Seasons of Love" from Rent. I decided to update it and make it to 2010. YouTube had removed my original.

TracyQartermaine and I teamed up to make this video using the Bruno Mars' version. YouTube removed it, and TracyQ replaced the original with the Glee version. Here's hoping YouTube keeps it up. :-)

Thanks for the TG article hooked. I'm actually OK with the author bringing up Laura. We might not like it, but LnL is a huge part of Luke's history, and it makes sense for people to compare that relationship to LuNacy's.

It was nice to see Tracy for a second day in a row. Am looking forward to the intervention. Do we know why Carly is there though? I wish she wasn't involved, but oh well... Do we know the next Tracy date?

TracyQ, I enjoyed your most recent video. hooked, teary eyes + cracked voice. It was more emotional than usual, but not crying, crying.

This might be unpopular around here, but I personally think Genie has a better deal going than Jane. Isn't Y&R the top rated soap right now? Isn't she guaranteed an actual story line with screen time? Jane seems like the kind of person who is A-OK with little to no screen time, but as a fan, I am disappointed. I'd rather see her jump ship and get something to do than sit on the side-lines of her leading man's huge story line. The March episode counts say it all. IIRC, Jane had 5 episodes and Tony had 17. Then come May, Jane will be side-lined again while Tony goes on vacation. Again, Jane probably loves the time off, but I sure don't.

I remember being in elementary school, and my mom would always come into our room to wake us up, and on one April Fool's Day, she said that one of the pipe's at the school broke, and that there was no school. My sister and I were SO excited. And then she said "April Fool's." Not cool. On the topic of school, so glad that April 1st fell during spring break this year. Who knows what my students would have had in mind. TQ, that kind of reminds me what I did to my sister once. I went on the computer, selected all, and made the font white, so when she came back, it looked like it was deleted. I was evil.

Glad to see Tracy's name listed in an April preview. I wish she was more involved in Luke's storyline, but what can you do??? At least they haven't completely forgot about her, like they apparently have with Ethan.
