Ms.Q my theory is,Guza will tire eventually of the Luke/Robert thing...and I won't go so far yet as to say GH no longer wants Tracy/Jane.

I don't think we're there yet...and I hope she sticks around for another few years if they'll have her.

MinervaFan I think Skye's baby's daddy is Lorenzo,but yes I too can see her lying and saying it's Luke's,when Skye finds out about Manny,and the chart switching thing.

I think Luke's next "exit" will come when he decides to leave town to get over Skye.

It doesn't look too good.

The writers seemed to have definitely back burnered JE,and by association,Luke/Tracy.

JE was promised a big story with Gerald Anthony back in the day,and when that didn't come to fruition,it was part of the reason she decided not to re-sign back in 93.

I can see her becoming very unhappy if things continue on this way...and choosing not to re-sign in November,that is,if they even offer it to her.

Skye's baby will be born around November sweeps....which concidentally,is when JE's contract runs out.

Just sayin.'

I don't know....I'd love to be optimistic,if I had something to be optimistic about.

And,we don't know if TR HAS been offered a contract,or if he signed. At least,not for sure yet.

Rumors/Spoilers:

But here's the facts:

TG still has to take his second break,and he'll leave around the third or fourth week this month.

By the time he comes back,TR will be back,and they are supposed to go looking for Holly.

No Tracy mentioned.

This is supposed to last until May sweeps.

Then I guess TR leaves again,so maybe from May sweeps until the end of June,when TR is rumored to come back again,Tracy and Luke might have something.

Then my guess would be,once TR is back,they'll be off on another adventure and Tracy will be left doing what...trading insults with Skye and snarking at the teens?

*sigh*

Then,IF TG comes back to PC before his vacation,we may get a few Tracy/Luke scenes...and then he'll be gone again,until the first of October...and JE/TG will have about five weeks of interactions,before November sweeps.....and if JE doesn't re-sign,that's it.

And truthfully no one hates a wet blanket more than me....but it doesn't look good at all. I'm trying to appreciate the TG/JE stuff we're getting.

Only problem is,we're barely getting any.

All I can do is PRAY Tracy/JE doesn't get screwed.

I'd be fine with it too,if it meant she'd get airtime/story.

These hacks would rather show Nik scattering Courtney's ashes,and Sam getting yet ANOTHER story...rather than giving JE even a few crumbs outside propping Luke.

Hmm....wow if this is truly the case and this is all we're going to get,they aren't really learning anything from RS and TR coming back. They still haven't learned the viewers LOVE TQ.

Okay,so we know TG takes a short vacation around the end of March,then comes back at the end of April.

My guess is that when he finds out Skye is pregnant,he leaves town to try and get over this.

SD,according to SZ, says that Luke and Robert head out an an adventure to bring Holly back to justice because she's on the lam.

Sooo...where does that leave our girl? A few scenes before Luke leaves, a few scenes when he comes back,and then if SD is right,they won't even have interaction during May sweeps?

I don't have a way to scan the column,but basically it mentions that Tracy has tried to be a good mother.

It says JE is subtle at showing it,but Tracy's maternal side is there.

It talks about the chapel scenes,and Tracy's prayer...and promises.

Says that actors like JE are a blessing.

Very insightful...and Keith,and/or any relatively new TQ fans...I'd recommend it,the author's notes especially,because I think Debbie has SUCH a good grip on who Tracy is,and she in a nutshell defines most of the relationships/history in Tracy's life,so that you understand why she reacts/acts the way she does with these people...the only relationship missing IMO is the one with Alan.

kenna I actually thought the comment about the marriage meaning a lot to him...well TG is great at subtext,there's almost always more than one meaning to any scene he's in.

I felt his comment was kinda sweet,in his own Luke-ish way. I don't think the money was the first thing on his mind when he made that comment.

Now of course had Tracy overheard it, "my $15 million",would've been the first thing out of Luke's mouth. LOL

About the comment to Robert about the beautiful woman...island, I think that was mostly two guys just shooting the breeze and I didn't read too much into it.

It IS interesting though,that Luke could have taken her up on it,especially as much as he takes off...and Tracy might never have known.

But he didn't. Even made a point of mentioning his marriage,and pointing out his wedding ring.

Ms.Q I watched the Luke/Holly/Robert clips on NQ and I didn't think Luke's reaction to Holly's question about him being happy was all that bad.

It would've been strange for him to gush about how happy he was,and it also would have been strange to hear him just shout "NO !" when she asked him.

His response was kind of middle of the road,which is what I would expect it to be.

Ms.Q,I would say that everything is going on in Tracy's mind....the first time it happened,she thought it was a dream, the second time it happened she was afraid to say anything to anybody because she knew she was awake.

Anyway,this person is spiking Tracy's drink with some hallucinogen.

So basically,Tracy is imagining these things happening.

She probably talks to herself,it won't be until something waayy out there happens,like her showing up at the hospital ready for work,that people know something's up.

I'm glad...I hate that means we have to sacrifice Dillon/Tracy scenes because of GQ's marriage,I hate that TIIC think it has to be that way.

Luke is crushed when he overhears Skye & Lorenzo talking about "their" baby. Skye has a hard time trying to tell Lorenzo that she is pregnant with Luke's child, but when she finds out what Lorenzo did (switching Lulu's chart) it comes easier than she thought.

Luke & Tracy realize there is more going on than they both realize, but a slur of the tongue reveals all.

angel I could get into a Luke/Tracy/Robert thing as well. Yes,Robert knows Tracy,JE/TR were both on at the same time when JE was on for her second stint,89-93...although Robert "died" in 91.

I also think Helena could be involved in Ms.Q's fan fic,maybe this would be a form of mind control or something,maybe Helena slipped hallucinogens in Tracy's tea and she's having a psychotic break...and Luke is thinking about having her committed. OH,that's totally Helena,what a way to break Luke...not only one but BOTH wives driven crazy and Helena will make it look like it's all Luke's fault.

And the only ones, coincidentally,that can break through to Tracy is her family,but Helena has convinced Tracy(by paying off her doctor)that the rest of the Q's and Luke mean to harm her.

And I wish I was as positive as you all about the reason for the sudden miscast,but I was just the other day thinking,that if they ever killed him onscreen,they'd probably find a way to get JI back for it.

Maybe the "can't live without" spoiler,if it's really Luke/Tracy related, will come true as well.

Ms.Q I like the little story too.

It could go all kinds of ways....it could be a dream of Tracy's.

It could be Dillon wishing for a "more normal" family,or a different family,kind of like "Freaky Friday",only something went wrong and this is what happened.

It could also be something more sinister....like Helena has been holding Tracy prisoner and this is all just virtual reality,kind of a brain washing,to make Tracy forget who she is.

Here's hoping TQ will be on more than one day this week !

I agree about the chapel scenes too. It also would not only have been more in character for her to only promise to TRY,it just would have made the scene better....here's this woman who,even in the face of her son's possible death,won't deny who she is. Which considering who she was talking to,there wouldn't be much point in denying who she is,since He already knows.

An alternate universe sequence with Lacy.....unless it's a Dillon fantasy/dream,doubt we'd get it on GH.

Although funny....just the other day,I was thinking I'd love to see a show that was one "stand alone" episode,in which the couples all traded personalities.

You know,Georgie would be the film buff and Dillon would be the straight A geek.

And Luke/Tracy...well I don't think they're that different,personality wise.

They did grow up very differently though,which would change some things,that'd be cool to watch.

In the "banishing clip" with no dialogue,with Original Edward,David Lewis...he tells her "pack your bags".

Even if I hadn't watched the scene and remembered it,I read his lips. LOL

Anyway....no mention of Tracy in that.

I don't think ES would stay on too long,she's already said she wouldn't want to do it long term.

BUT it's just the fact that if you think about it, maybe the writers are bored with Luke/Tracy,or are running out of ideas,but they just don't seem to be too invested in them lately.

And even though I like "Lacy",that doesn't bother so much as the fact that if Tracy isn't in Luke's sphere...we may never see her.

I don't think Geary has as much influence as some people say,and even if he did,who knows what he would choose to do,or whom he'd choose to work with?

I am going to write a letter supporting Tracy.

If anyone is interested,I'll take comments and add them to my letter from you all,and/or post the addresses if anyone wants to write their own.

Public support can only help.

I would advise,that you only mention in your letters,the things you like.

I have heard that TIIC count any letter,negative or positive,as a letter FOR that actor/character.

So,I'm keeping mine Tracy based and positive.
