Oh I'm pretty sure the accident WAS an accident.

I think once it happened and Tracy knew the shaker was lost,she had to come up with an alternate plan.

BTW a little detail but I thought Tracy COULD swim.

I know how TIIC don't give a crap about history/details...but she and Paul went to the Bahamas for their honeymoon if I remember correctly...she could swim then.

Eh,watching the clips....I'm just reminded how VILE the majority of these characters are sometimes. I mean,Luke may be charged with attempted murder(heehee),and Tracy might be dead,and Skye's all worried about her relationship with Luke,accusing him of running out on HER again,just because he wants to skip town? HELLO! The cops were after him. LOL

They all came off as pretty cold and selfish. I did feel for Dillon a little.

And ya know it's not that I don't realize Tracy's selfish too...but I still don't get the mentality of some people that Tracy "deserved" it.

I think I need to stay away from SZ for a while.....LOL

Eh,I hope we get a good Tracy/Dillon convo.

I doubt it though.

Maybe we'll be surprised. There's always a chance.

I'm looking forward to the Alan stuff too. It should be FUN.

As someone said on SZ though.....Luke/Tracy fighting over the mail was funny.

I realize TIIC see Tracy as a "villain."

But villains are tricky. If they are on an ongoing show,you HAVE to give them vulnerabilities. The viewer HAS to see their point of view sometimes.

Otherwise,they just come off as completely unsympathetic. Or cartoonish. Or both.

I don't know about the scenes being forced Ms.Q. Keep in mind I haven't watched the show....I saw the clips at NeverQuiet.

I thought the initial scenes in the Q living room,especially the one where they all gave each other "the sign"....REALLY corny,not funny at all.

The reason I asked about Lulu/Skye...real or not,is that THOSE scenes,both yesterday and today,came off as forced to me.

They seemed very fake,especially Lulu.

Maybe the actress is playing it like Lulu MIGHT be scamming Skye AGAIN,and we're being left in suspense.

I certainly didn't feel the scenes rang true to me. Not genuine at all.

WOW. Yes Tracy's done some bad stuff,but she didn't/doesn't deserve THAT kind of treatment. And the fact that they were all so quick to say so...you know the one about people who live in glass houses?

Ah,well. LOL

This story,and the people in it,save for Tracy,have just become irritating/dumb to me.

If Luke loved Skye,he'd have left Tracy a LONG time ago.

There's nothing stopping him RIGHT NOW.

About the SD rumor...I have a strange feeling...if someone DOES spy,it'll be Lulu.

Personally I see much more conflict/story/potential in it being Lulu who sees the date/sex(if there is sex)than Tracy.

Here's why: she and Skye sort of bond.

Lulu believes Skye loves Luke.

Lulu prefers,or said she would prefer,Skye as a step mother over Tracy.

Lulu sees Lo/Skye together.

Should she tell Luke?

If she tells Luke,they may be stuck with Tracy forever.

If she keeps quiet,and Skye goes back to Luke,Lulu will forever know what took place and that her father doesn't know.

If Skye turned up pregnant,as some have spec'd...and Lulu sees the Lo/Skye sex,even better in the sense that Lulu has to decide the lesser of two evils...letting her dad possibly be happy with someone that does care(Tracy),even though it means Lulu won't be as happy.

Or living a lie with Skye as Luke's new wife and/or the Skuke child,with Lulu knowing the truth.

Or breaking her dad's heart.

Sooo much more potential story,with Lulu being the one to see.

Tracy seeing?

Can only mean one thing...blackmail leverage.

*yawn*.....Skye must stay away from Luke,break it off with Luke,or Tracy will tell about Skye/Lo.

LOL And that's assuming there will be something to see,and that the spoiler is right.

Eh...I'm kinda thinking I need a GH break. I may come here for updates and watch any good clips. But I'm pretty sick of this show at this point.

About the Lulu/Skye...there was a spoiler on some of the sites...although they can't always be trusted...but that was long ago.

Maybe that was the start of it.

I guess if they are doing the "legitimate couple" route with Luke/Tracy,they have to have the angst/conflict with Lulu since Skye will be occupied elsewhere.

I read a rumor...maybe on SD,that RC is pregnant again and they delayed the "bonding" because she had been ill because of it.

I dunno. LOL

Guess we'll have to wait and see.

The scene between them came off as really kinda fake to me though,that's why I think maybe she's pulling something.

About the Jason rumor...BWAH ! Although it could be interesting.

I could actually see the co-CEO Lo/Tracy thing.

I'm probably in the minority,but I don't think Tracy not agreeing with Lucas's lifestyle is pathetic.

What WOULD be pathetic is taking it too far,like committing a hate crime.

But I think it takes guts to stand apart from the crowd and speak your mind,especially when you're going to be called "intolerant" just because you don't agree.

Unfortunately,that's not GaP's intention.

Gap need a scapegoat...and there are only three people these days,since AJ's gone,that they use for scapegoats...or to be eevvillll....and that is John Durant,Tracy,and Alan.

And four if you count Helena.

That's it. So,when they need someone to do or say something that's going to get everyone else riled up...it's usually one of the above characters.

Which is why I just don't take GaP,or GH,or their so called "storytelling" seriously,anymore.

I hope her part in it is minimal...and that's all I'm going to say about that. But hey...at least she didn't set a house on fire full of people with HIV/AIDS....like Skye did on AMC soooo many years ago.

Well Ms.Q I still maintain it's a two second plot point.

My guess is that Tracy hides to make it look like Luke has done something.

Of course something might really have happened,remember the Miami kidnapping thing?

But most likely she hides,maybe gets Coleman to help her.

And it's all to get Luke in trouble. LOL

Well,only problem with that is that Tracy is going to look once again like the bad guy...because her family will be mad she made them worry.

Once again,Tracy won't be allowed to be mad that Dillon is plotting against HER,but Dillon will be allowed to be mad because Tracy tricked them all.

How much ya wanna bet,that's EXACTLY how it goes down?

And it's not that I'm saying what Tracy is doing is right....far from it.

But we should get to see her point of view,and how angry and hurt she is,and I doubt we will.

It'll be all about Tracy being evil to poor Dillon and Luke.

And of course,Tracy will be in trouble with Mac herself when the truth comes out.

It'd be a nice twist for Tracy to concoct a story about being kidnapped and getting away,and no one ever being the wiser,but it won't happen that way.

And as far as how long she'll be offscreen....my guess is she'll be "missing" most of next week.

Which since TG I think will only be gone until 01/27/06 ( I THINK), makes sense. We're certainly not going to see Tracy while Luke is gone(hey,we hardly see her now. ) LOL

For those reading it, one of the fanfics Ms.Q provided a link to,"Beautiful Disaster",has been recently updated.

It's a fun fanfic...sure it's got flaws,just like all the fanfics do,just like the REAL GH does,LOL.

But it has humor,emotion and bonding.

Love it so far.

Oh,SOD and SOW for next week should be out before this Thursday or Friday,actually sometimes someone at SZ posts SOD on Monday if they get it.

So for those of us not spoiler free,we should know beforehand if this week is going to be anything serious,plotwise.

I still maintain we're about to see a turnaround in the "Lacy" relationship". I just think it's going to be a slow one,and not in the way we might expect.

I read your fic updates coolkid,I ADORE the Jason stuff,too funny.

Hey,you should have Mac arrest Jason for littering or something. Now THAT would be funny.

I liked the Tracy/Luke scene. But after reading the TG/JE interview in the new SOW(which really is a cute interview),I don't expect the "Lacy" relationship to ever be a typical soap relationship.

That is,if we're waiting on any grand declarations of love anytime soon,I hope none of you are holding your breath.

I also didn't really like that Luke,after finding out from Alice that Tracy didn't go off about him leaving with Skye, said that Tracy was his "ideal" wife.

What,ideal meaning she's just going to let him carry on with another woman?

There are elements of it,like the Skye involvement,that make me think,no WAY would Tracy want to remain in the relationship,knowing Luke was carrying on with Skye. Tracy would've either booted Luke out,or taken care of Skye,a long time ago.

Even if she didn't love Luke.REAL Tracy would never just sit idly by and allow it.

Of course GaP have said in the latest SOD that Tracy/Luke do love each other...which is something they never said before,so maybe we'll see some progress in that area. And TG/JE continue to maintain,there are feelings there.

But like I said,be sure to keep breathing....LOL

I think the spoilers are overblown as usual.

If not,color me surprised.

I don't see anything major coming of the spoiler we're talking about Ms.Q....it isn't even supposed to BEGIN to take place until next Thursday,and TG leaves on Friday.

A two second plot point,is what it is.

And it'll probably be a two second plot point that won't make LUKE look bad.

Oh,Goodness no.

However there are several pics showing Dillon,Georgie,Lulu,Sky,and Mac,and one of Tracy,the following week,and the ones with Dillon look serious.

The one with Tracy/Lulu,you can't see JE's face so it's hard to tell what her expression is.

I don't see how Luke's plot in one day could lead to him accidentally letting loose some virus,as has been spoiled.

He has to be running for a reason,though.

Well it's Luke he doesn't have to have a reason.

It could simply be that Tracy goes to Mac to have Luke arrested and Luke runs.

How dumb. Sometimes,I swear this show......

Why can't he just leave town to go visit Laura,like he said he does at Christmas?

Why these bizarre plots?

Anyway I hope Tracy rips Dillon a new one. He deserves it,this time.

I saw the MediaNet Pics....Dillon does look upset.

But it's not Skye,Lulu,Georgie, or Alan that gets hurt....and it doesn't appear to be Tracy either,because the pics are for the week ending 01/16/06. Unless it's one of them and it happens after those pics.

Well Keith if you go back a few messages to where Ms.Q posted the Q video clip link,one of the links will take you to NeverQuiet.Net,which I think took over for GH Video Theatre.

You have to register to view,but that's where I've seen most of my clips,unless someone at SZ or here posts one.

There are a few other sites that do clips but none that I can think of right offhand.

Anyone else have other sites/links for clips?

Well,truthfully lately I've been getting by on watching Tracy clips and not even watching the show.

The clips take about five minutes,which fits my schedule much better. LOL

About yesterday's show....I haven't actually watched yet,but I did see the preview,where Luke says," I have my date."

Hmm. Just based on that alone,it seemed to me,that TG played the line a little angry,as if he were mad Tracy told him no.

Of course when I watch it,I might have a totally different view of it.

And,I think there may be some significance to the fact that Luke asked Tracy to go,NOT Skye.

Hee.

Because before,when they were so adamant about the marriage being a sham, Luke wouldn't(and didn't) hesitate to carry on with Skye right in front of Tracy.

But maybe I'm reading too much into it.

coolkid trust me I feel similiar to you about the treatment of Tracy at Luke's hands.

If I knew Jane had a decent chance at a story without TG...one where Tracy would be more respected....I'd be all for it,although I'd miss the great spark between TG/JE.

But she sometimes barely gets airtime even NOW,being married to one of the most famous male characters in daytime ever.

So,paired with someone else,under this regime,we'd see her even less.

It's a Catch-22.

I guess I'd rather see the current story,and get to see Jane a little more,with a co-star who obviously adores her,than the other options.

I don't know if the Edward dying thing is for sure yet. It IS time,past time actually,for it to happen.

I just hate that the Q's seem to be dying out. I hate to think it's Ned instead of Edward,but.........who knows?

As much as I don't like Jason,I'm kind of glad Alan and Monica made peace with him. Maybe that means we'll be seeing them more?

About the Luke/Tracy thing. That actually sounds like it could happen. It's not too "out there" to come true.

As to who she might be talking to,Dillon,Ned,Alan or Edward,any of those would be my guess.

And since we never see Ned....*cough* most likely I think it would be Edward.

Maybe,if he gets sick,it might even be by his bedside.

That actually makes the most sense. And if Luke accidentally overhears,I suppose it depends on what Tracy says. If what she says gets to him,I don't think he'll throw it in her face. I don't think he'll say anything to her yet.

Heard it was awful......hate that the Q's got dissed AGAIN.

2006 better be a good year for my girl and her family.

That's all I have to say.

See,I'm one of those that I really don't have a lot of sympathy for Skye.

Number one,because I can't respect a woman who doesn't have enough respect for herself NOT to just say to a man," woo me and maybe I'll be your mistress."

Number two,because Skye being around Tracy or Luke at all is by her choice.

You know what they say about staying out of the kitchen if you can't take the heat.

And number three...I hear some people say Skye doesn't answer Tracy back when Tracy makes her insults.

That's true,sometimes she doesn't.

But there are other times when Skye says things to Tracy,like "bitter old hag," etc,etc....that in that particular scene,seems unprovoked. In other words,those times,Skye struck first.

And sometimes when Skye does strike first and says things like that,the writers don't give Tracy a comeback to Skye either.

It's really a petty debate,but that's how I see it.....I don't see Skye as being monstrously mistreated by Tracy and Skye not allowed to ever say anything back. I see the insults as pretty equal,actually.

And why people seem to overlook it,when Skye insults Tracy,is beyond me.

The very fact that Skye is willing and able to be Tracy's husband's mistress behind her back is enough reason for Tracy to scratch her eyes out,IMO.

It won't happen,though...because Tracy isn't allowed to totally be herself anymore than Skye is.

But that's enough about that.

Back to the subject of Tracy,since this is a Tracy Q appreciation thread.

I'm hoping she'll be on today...she should be,by the previews.
