It was too short to be dull.....LOL Did it even last an hour? I see there were no camera views of Lindsay Davenport after the match. She must have been crushed. I am curious what Tennis Channel will say later on about the match. And everytime I hear Kevin Anderson speak with a lisp I think of Cindy Brady.

Sloane was a class act on the handshake. You could tell she was telling Madison that one day she'd win one. I picked Sloane in the ESPN poll. The majority had Madison but she had played too well in the semis and I didn't think she could play that well again. She didn't play well at all. She went off course and even tried going in to the net to volley. That's not her game.

Madison sure is stinking up the place. Poor Lyndsey Davenport....

I hope the US women keep it up in Australia in January. I was very impressed. Lawd I'd love to talk to Thiem and Grigor....I don't know how much tennis talk we'd have though....LOL....as Sophia would say...."You'd have me peeling off the ceiling.....LOL. Speaking of Thiem.....I noticed he wasn't wearing his thongs at the US Open but was wearing long underwear...hmmmm.....

I wanted someone new to win it. Like Thiem, Grigor or Juan Martin....seeing Nadal win the US Open is pure zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. He hasn't even had a great summer and his matches in the US Open have been lackluster.

The first 2 sets were awful but the last set both ladies came to play. It's too bad we had to have someone lose.

The forehand shot of Delpo almost hitting Roger in the head and going in was priceless!! It was apparent that Roger was flustered that not everyone in that stadium was for him minus the Argentinian fans. The true Roger fans were for him but the neutral fans were divided.

All of ESPN picked Roger and both TC and ESPN were hoping for a semi....aint happening....they already had an epic final at AUO.....time for some different winners...Delpo will beat Nadal. I've never cared for him. He is so bias in his broadcasting and always pimps the American males. He had the gull to praise John Isner for being ranked in the top 20 for so many years. Really?? I didn't know that was newsworthy. And he never gives credit to those he should. During his calling of matches he says the weirdest dumbiest things too. Ugh...I just can't with him.

The American women are leaving the men in the dust. ESPN & Tennis Channel all giddy about Sam was laughable. Brett Haber being the ring leader. He is such an annoying broadcaster. And I wasn't too happy with his Thiem comment the other day. I knew Sam would lose to Kevin and John to Mischa. I can't believe John McEnroe and others believed John would make the finals....ha......yeah right. And it looks like Andy might be out for the rest of the year. I haven't missed him or Novak. I will admit I do miss Stan the Man....as for Milos...blah...he had wrist surgery and will be back in October. Don't miss him at all.

She had it a day after my birthday although the doctors induced labor yesterday. The men's bottom half of the draw is pure trash. So many pathetic players left. The draw was so lopsided from the start with only Sasha on that half. I can't believe such a shitty player will make the finals....lawd...its going to be awful.

Tomic hasn't played since Wimbledon and it didn't seem like he was coming back. His ranking has fallen to almost 100 in the world. BTW...Sugarmama is winning......Darren looks upset....LOL. He is such an awful coach.
