Its the switch up I see in True Crime stories when an upstanding pillar of the community ends up doing heinous things under people's noise whom would never beleive he'd do when in actuality, he's a covert monster. Yes he was. Ted had a dark side. One thing I noticed that different is I felt OG Ted had the capacity to kill Leslie if she pushed him too hard. I don’t get with this Ted as he’s been far too patient with her . His angry doesn’t convey the darkness that the character had before. He was ain’t ish in a way I came to feel was worse than Bill. I don’t think the new guy portrays him more from a heroic standpoint.

The older Ted was more unlikeable. The character came across warmer and mo sympathetic today whereas the older one portrayed him with a dark side. Thats why I said his scenes with Leslie will tell alot bc thats where he comes across the most like a villain and had me feeling bad for her at times
