I’m so tired of Hope being the wronged/battered wife while Steffy is the jezebel who cant keep her legs closed. All the while Liam skates again. Bill has zero investment in Steffy/Finn. He’s just using Finn as a prop to simmer down people tired of the before mentioned triangle. Someway somehow Finn will be the bad guy in this story. Either it will be because he drives a wedge between Steffy and Liam parenting or he turns out not to be a nice guy all the while Liam will get to be the hero and forgiven again.

Actually today’s ep was a little weird as Y&R’s ep today in the US had Bill in Genoa City already while on B&B Bill was announcing to Wyatt & Flo he was going to GC...I’m wondering if B&B is still a day or two behind following the Impeachment trial. 

 

Oddly Kelly Kruger made a random appearance as the publicist lady again, I’d rather have her back on Y&R as Mac would be better than some current Y&R ladies at the moment.

Vinny is motivated by love of Thomas of course! Shades of Reese Buckingham all over again who partly switched babies because of Brooke’s behavior towards Taylor, but we did not get Wayne Brady & Tylo back to deal with that aspect of the fallout at all. 

 

I want Mac back, but I don’t know if I want Kruger playing the role. She seems slightly improved since her initial stint but still not up to par. 
 

Impeachment trial definitely screwed up the timeline. Oops.

I think Sharon case is for sure. She hangs out with Lauren Woodland who is an obvious Trumper. Amelia Hienle definitely is and I’m sure there are more. Honestly, I don’t have expectations for actors or entertainers to be an ally or to support a cause. I watch soaps, well if I do, for the entertainment not the activism.

Honestly, I think someone just said let’s bring her over to Y&R without much thought to how she would fit in. I would say, if this was Y&R about 10 years, she would be fine. In this current version she doesn’t fit in.  She feels like a better fit on GH.

gone by then. Y&R and Bold may get another renewal, but I don’t expect soaps to be a thing on daytime later this decade.

I agree that Sony is content with Josh Griffin at this point even if he tanked the ratings since his return. They will just ride with him until CBS pulls the plug probably because no one much better is available and there is no way they are allowing anyone from the Bill Bell writing tree to return at this point.

Sharon had too much work done already too soon. I think her nose job affected her voice because she sounds completely different compared to even 5 years ago.

I can’t see MS’s Phyllis hooking up with Billy.

Right? It would be better if SC was a more convincing leading male. I know Ross Moss wasn’t a great actor, but at least his f-boy ways could be seen as endearing to some. And of course the Logan girl is the victim.

I think your assessment is correct. I do think JM and MS prefer working with each other, and I believe the last time she left she had a falling out with JM and PB or

Jack had another fling with Nikki a couple of years back but Phyllis seems to be a no go, despite the fact that it is as viable as any other pairing.

I think it’s because MS wanted Phick as part of her deal when she came back and JG is obliging despite Phack being the superior pairing. Well at least what I’ve heard....
