I just caught up on the shows this week. I think it's very telling that Ana was the only Miami housewife not to be featured on the Lost Footage episode. I was also surprised that Adriana's whole 'actress' storyline was cut, along with Mama Elsa's Cuban coffee storyline.

^Agreed! Btw, I just read an article about Bethanny filing her divorce papers this week --- the article goes on to say that there have been 36 housewives that have been divorced! I just counted the total number of housewives we've had (minus Vancouver) - that's 36 of 64 housewives that have been divorced! I think it'll just be Atlanta and BH for awhile, which is good because 3 at a time is a bit much.. once Atlanta finishes, OC will pick up later this spring. I think Miami will get a 3rd season. Andy made a comment at the end about how he can't wait to see more from them. The reunions rated ~1.3 million each with a 0.6 in 18-49, which is in line with Top Chef/Flipping Out/Millionaire Matchmaker... so I think they'd continue with it.

Don't y'all remember seeing Portia get out of the hot tub last week? Girl has a donkey booty! Pheadra better watch out, girl has competition. I know I'm in the minority, but Portia cracks me up. She's so dumb, but so innocent about it. But I am the guy who also likes Alexis on the OC, so there you go. Anyone know why Atlanta and Shahs are moving up an hour on Sunday nights? Atlanta is now at 7pm instead of 8pm (CST)... I know these shows aren't hurting in the ratings, so what's up? I think switching might confuse people. On Miami - loved the reunions and happy they got a proper reunion this season. LOL at Mama Elsa "You be quiet number three!" Anyway - love Lisa. I think they all have a spot next year - Alexia will take over as housewife and Ana (unless she picks up a major storyline) will just be a friend of the housewives. BTW - I totally think this lady looks like a fat, 60-year old, hot mess Ramona from NYC. Look at the hair, the face... it's all there!

So next week is the season finale for Miami? Dang This season was definitely longer than Season 1, but I also feel like it was shorter than the normal NJ/ATL/NYC/OC/BH seasons. Any idea if there is a reunion this year? I'm sure there will be. I hope they let Alexia stay on the full reunion too... she had more of a role this year than Ana!

Same thing happened with Fernanda on the OC for Season 6. Peggy got the HW spot, and Fernanda was in the press as the first lesbian housewife... she was even in the professional group and single photos taken for the promos/website, and had a bio as a housewife for awhile. I think they realized she didn't give much and her role was left on the cutting room floor. I remember her big Independence party - no one went to, not even her friend Tamra.

Yeah, I remember Brandi and Adrienne meeting for coffee or lunch one late morning and being very friendly towards each other. After last week's episode in Ojai, I'm starting to see Yolanda as another Aviva. She's above the drama, rarely drinks, doesn't want to be part of the crazy antics. Oh - and what is Taylor's role this year? I think we've seen more Camille than Taylor. Aside from the scene where Taylor gets drunk and yells at Yolanda's husband, we haven't seen Taylor at all, other than being a fly at dinner parties. Have we even see one scene with Taylor alone at her house, or with a friend/family member that isn't a housewife?

I thought the Miami scenes leading up to Lisa telling Karent about her cheating boyfriend was pure soapy drama goodness! The build up, the editing, the final bomb... amazing. My heart broke for Karent Oh and for BH - I think it's sad/odd/crazy that Adrienne was SO quick to drop the lawsuit bomb. It's like she does that on a daily basis... she's way to used to handing out lawsuits.

Just catching up on Atlanta... unless it was planned in advance, I don't think Porsha was brought on as Kim's replacement. Porsha was filming way before Kim left the brunch. By that time, she had already met with Nene and Cynthia, and held her event that Kenya went to. Right? Also, Kim and Kroy really turned me off with their exit. Wow.

This week's episode of BH finally hit over 2 million (~2.23). That's a good sign for the BH franchise considering the disappointing ratings of the premiere and episodes following up to this week.

I thought Kenya and Nene were friends this season? From the previews, it looks like Kenya is going after someone and Nene is trying to hold her back. I don't think Nene and Kenya were actually fighting there. I think Nene was trying to block Kenya and grab her arms.

Yolanda was a bit of a bore to me, but she seems to stir up drama later on. It was odd that Yolanda didn't quite understand or listen to Kyle during that party, yet seemed really engaged... i.e. the astrological signs. I finally caught up with everything - WHEW! Miami was pretty entertaining. I think one of the best LOL scenes during that whole lingerie party was when Marta was drunk, crying, and looking a hot mess and Daysy the maid tried to console her, speaking in Spanish - and Marta can't speak Spanish and just nodded the entire time. LOLOL! I wonder how the Bravo contracts work with physical contact like that. In reality shows, you normally go home. In this format, 'going home' really isn't an option, but I really don't think they're just allowed to slap/punch each other like that without some kind of punishment, right? I was shocked to see Beau from Big Brother. Glad his ass was thrown in the pool - he was trying to find drama and get screen time. The producers and cameramen need some more practice - there were too many shots of the camera guys in these episodes. Isn't that poor editing? I can't ever remember a time when the other RH series had cameramen in the shots, even when they are in close quarters like that. For some reason, I'm sort of loving Karent and her Susan Lucci-smiling ass. Cracks me up. Atlanta --- I LOVE it - their personalities are so fun(ny) that I can't even be bored. I'm loving Kenya already - she cracks me up. BH was a bit boring for me, but I'm happy it is back. Too bad the ratings weren't huge - they were quite the disappointment.

Love how y'all are discussing Miami!! I've been overseas the past couple of weeks and can't wait to get home and catch up!!!

I would LOVE to see Danielle back in NJ now that everyone hates Teresa. What an interesting dynamic that would be... would Teresa join Danielle or would the rest of the gang? NYC --- I could totally see Andy bringing Jill back. She already mentioned that Carole and Heather should be fired; she said that she likes Aviva a lot which would fuel the Ramona/Jill feud; and would give Luann a buddy, who clearly needs one. I think Sonja is expendable, but still, they've done 7 housewives before... they're doing it with Miami and BH... it can be done again for NYC. Jill's WWHL appearance was a ratings test... and it won. Out of the entire NYC S5 run, it was the highest rated WWHL episode on Monday night. Also, there were more NYC S5 episodes than any other season, which is CRAZY to me because I felt like the season was so short. Unlike NJ, I could have continued watching more NYC without feeling tired of it.

Wow - I wonder if he's considering bringing her back... start the buzz early; could bring the ratings up for Season 6. It's almost not fair (and a bad idea) to air the NYC reunion the same week as the NJ reunion. NYC was so tame, and the promotion is totally overshadowed by NJ. Heather was awesome though - she stands up for what is right and is usually spot on with her opinions. Poor Carole needs to be able to defend herself in this arena, although I'm sure she doesn't give an F about what Luann thinks. You could tell Luann was making a stand and planned to stay relevant - she wouldn't shut up last night. Ramona was pretty tame, which surprised me.

I was also surprised to see that Adrianna sings the Miami theme song. I love the opening song and how it ends with that Pop-Up Video sounding "Miami" at the end. I also saw WWHL and it totally reminded me of Kim/Nene --- these girls are so bringing drama and want to be the new Atlanta or New Jersey. They just need to find viewers They also have too many ladies... Marta and Alexia are basically housewives because they are shown just as much, if not more, than some of the housewives. Throw in Mama Elsa and the drag queen and you have 11 female characters to keep up with, along with the (cheating) husbands and kids. Miami is cray-cray!
